On January 1, I placed and order on the app. I ordered 2 single famous stars no cheese and 1 with no onions, 2 double western bacon cheese burgers, 2 orders of onion rings, 3 shakes and a cheesecake. My order was missing a famous star burger and the cheesecake I ordered was missing. The famous star was not made correctly as I asked for no cheese and no onions. The one famous star that mad it into the bag had both cheese and onions so to me it was basically inedible.I called the restaurant today at 8:16 pm and got a scratchy line. The manager that came on refused her name and I told her what happened (I stated what happened and she insisted that I come right now so she can replace the missing items. I told her that I am not coming back today) and she said that they were a franchise not corporate store when I asked for the corporate number. Then I asked for the franchise owners number and she paused then 10 seconds later she hung up on me. To say the least I was more then livid.I couldn't get customer service on the phone so I sent them an email. I voiced my complaint to them and requested that somebody call me. (I guess you cannot ever expect them to actually pick up a telephone and call you.) After several attempts I sent them the following message.---------(CKR Case #: 226742)---------Why can't you just call me like I requested. I hate wasting my time typing. I was wronged by you and your app. I was missing a cheesecake and a famous star. And the famous star that I did get had cheese and onions on it so it was uneatable. So basically it was missing 3 items. I had a horrible experience with the franchise. I call to complain and the wanted me to come right then to replace the items. Was not going to drive down there. Also the telephone was scratchy and I had a hard time understanding the conversation. Also, I asked for the customer service number for the corporate office and was told that it was a franchise and not a corporate store. Then I asked for the number for the franchise owner and caught flack for that. I said I want to call and speak with the owner and the woman manager that I was speaking with just hung up on me.I am really disgusted with the first use of the app and I am really disgusted that I have to do this via email. I hadn't been to a Carl's Jr in years, but I was nearby and starving after the gym as I had no breakfast. Ended up ordering from their 2 for 5.99 menu and all they had was the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with egg and sausage. Not a fan of sausage, I wolved both down and they were decent. Service was excellent as the employee who took my order was very kind and efficient. The restaurant was very clean with no foot traffic inside, which was kind of surprising since it was later in the morning (9:30ish).

Carls Jr just has an OK burger. The fries and the jalapeño poppers just doesn't have that amazing taste that I would expect. It doesn't feel fresh and it just doesn't hit the spot for me. The inside is nice and at this location they had cool Halloween decorations as well. I got their original burger and their zucchini burger with waffle fries and jalapeño poppers. Mediocre at best. The thing that made this place stand out in my book was the extremely nice personnel and the fast and prompt service. Just for that reason I would go back and try more things from their menu and try to make sure I found something that was above and beyond or at least different from any other fast food place.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich for $3.84 and the flavor was alright but good for the price. The place was clean as well to dine in. The BEST part about this location is how kind and attentive the staff always are! The kindest ladies work here and give excellent service all the time!! They even recommend the deals to look for.

This Carl's NEVER seizes to amaze me! Today I meet Josefa S and my LORD she will put a team of people to shame because she was a team all by herself! She took drive-in orders, bagged food, got drinks, took food to tables for guest who had already ordered AND took orders for guests who walked in. Thoroughly impressed by her is an understatement! Whatever this staff needs to continue being awesome... upper management, PLEASE give it to her! She deserves some flowers and then some! She did all these tasks, didn't miss a beat, smiled and kept on moving! How awesome is this lady! Order came out quick. The interior was very modern and surprisingly well kept. The staff was helpful to get us more sauce and our forgotten soda cup. Good spot for a quick and easy meal. Loved their festive decorations.
