The good:I came here with my husband after we tried the fried chicken place next door. We were still hungry so we got the Famous Star charbroiled burger with fries and a drink. The worker was really friendly and even brought the meal to our booth. Now that's quality restaurant service! I liked that the lettuce inside was big and fresh. It was green and leafy too as opposed to the white iceberg type lettuce. Their burger sauce reminds me of a more sour/tangy thousand island. The inside was actually quite clean and neat. The interior has lots of photo art of local Long Beach spots like the aquarium. The bad:There were homeless hanging out front that made the place feel a bit seedier. There were no baby changing tables in the men's restroom (I'm unsure about the women's). The fries were on the salty side. The interesting:This is a Carl's Jr/Green Burrito combo place.

First off, the service here is amazing. The staff are so friendly, I come here at least twice a week and dine in. The general manager, Luis Mendez, is the most friendly and professional manager I've ever met. So kind. The food is always served fresh and hot and they never make mistakes on my order, love this place! I tell all my friends and family members to eat at this location because you will never get the best service from anywhere else as you will here.

Went to this place and this address specifically has a rude supervisor. I asked for water cups and she proceed to give me those cups they give in the inside dining that has no lid and i nicely asked for a water cup with a lid and straw but she denied rudely and loudly saying "if you're going to complain its not my problem and go ahead but this is all we have" when i can clearly see theres many resources through the window I think this supervisor is named MiriamDefinitely don't recommend this place

Run by absolutely incompetent people. Every single time I come here they are out of ranch. Without fail. Every. Single. Time.The level of stupidity that there must be to not be able to properly order condiments for a fast food restaurant is beyond me. Hire some new managers but it does not make sense how every other car is Junior or other fast food establishment has the condiments in stock but you guys fail to have anything in stock every single time.

I just went to Carl's on Long Beach Blvd. & 7th street. The dude taking my order felt annoyed he had to help me- I ordered and pulled forward nobody came to the window so after 8 min I left. Makes sense why that Carl's didn't have anyone in drive thru.

Hor-ri-ble! This fast food place is distraught, outrageous! Do not order from here you'll never come back. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOULL. NEVER. COME. BACK. This place is outrageous due to the chicken nuggets! The chicken nuggets made me throw up in my uncle'a BRAND NEW TESLA I assure you I threw up EVERYWHERE and I swear it ruined my uncle day, I got sick for a week due to the nugget! So first off when you go to the drive-through, there's an automatic machine. No one talks to you, which is fine. Placing my order the automatic system asked me if I wanted 2 chocolate chip cookies for 99¢. I was tempted so I said yes. However, when I got home and opened my bag, I noticed my cookies were not in there. So now I was robbed of a dollar. Don't get scammed here guys.
