Carlitos Diner

I come here often for taco Tuesday with co workers and they never disappoint! The staff is always super friendly and attentive. We always get our food really fast. The interior was super clean and very calm. I had a great experience thank you guys always!

Last Tuesday night we had a crisis of hunger! I suggested Carlito's or the Urgent Care we were so famished! Carlito's was the right choice. They were not busy at 6:15PM. We ordered Nachos and the Taco Tuesday special! The food appeared STAT! My girls was so happy with her Nachos. I tried to distract her so I could get a picture but she skillfully blocked me!I had I el pastor and two carne asada, plus rice and beans. Needless to say they were perfect and I inhaled them quickly.The ambiance is basic but comfortable, the room is light and bright. The service is like you are eating at your auntie's house.The food is terrific, the menu has all the diner classics and all the Mexican food you dream of.We both agreed we can't wait to eat here again!

My boyfriend and I have been going to Carlitos for years. We started out going to the original location, but have since frequented this new location since it is closer to our house. The quality of the food is always super fresh and the portions are generous. They also gave us free chips and salsa (not pictured) for the table. The owner is always so welcoming to us. We will continue to come back and support this business!

Cute little diner with easy parking. I got a carne asada burrito and my daughter got bean and cheese nachos. The guacamole is delicious and fresh. My burrito was perfection. The beans are so tasty! We heard they serve breakfast too. We will be back!

Nice and Quiet! Music is playing but too loud just enough to hear it. Food is HOT chip & salsaOk salsa lil bit too much tomato but still ok.Will be back. Soon gotta pick up my eye wear from next door.Get your eye check so you can see this beautiful plate of food. Serve is fast I am only one in here.

Wha a wonderful breakfast! Surprised it was not more busy. The decor is cool and the restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. It took a little bit for our food, but it was well worth it. We had a short stack combo with sausage and a chorizo and egg plate. Both were very good. We are looking forward to another visit soon for taco Tuesday. I can't wait to try their salsas!!!

I was craving a crunchy taco for lunch, and the spot we used to go to closed, so I turned to Yelp tlfoe suggestions.I came across Carlitos - I checked with my coworkers and they weren't familiar with it, so we figured it was probably new. (*Turns out they had been there 3 years)I was surprised I couldn't find a photo of their crunchy taco, but I saw they had it on their menu. So we figured we'd give it a try.I ordered a shredded beef crunch taco, with rice and beans, a side of chips and salsa, and a small guac.The small guac was tiny, but we figured it would give us a taste, and it was real tasty. Their chips were really good - light and crispy! The salsa was ok - not too spicy, and real tomato-y. We really enjoyed the crunchy taco. The shredded beef had a really good flavor. And the rice and beans were good too - definitely enough to share.Overall, our lunch was tasty - we took it 'to go'. But I do have to admit that I was surprised that nobody was in the restaurant and it was lunchtime - maybe most people take their food to-go - ??Glad we finally discovered Carlitos - we'll definitely go back sometime to try other menu items.

I have seen the sponsored posts on FB and was much more intrigued about the Menudo and Pozole that Carlitos Diner serves up every day. I haven't had a bowl of that breakfast of champions soup for a long while. The lovely missus and lovely daughter accompanied me for lunch at the Magnolia location. We were greeted and sat at a booth. The chips and salsa dip were a nice start. The menu is extensive because Carlitos Diner does Mexican as well as favorite American fare. My menudo was certainly a good-sized bowl full of savory, well seasoned, reddish broth with good chunks of well cooked tripe and pork knuckle and skin with spoonfuls of chewy white hominy on the bottom of the bowl. The spices on the side included a mix of lime and cilantro and chopped onions with my choice of warmed corn tortillas. The menudo was great, but I'm not a big fan of the big bare bones. The missus liked her taco and enchilada plate, and the daughter took home some leftover cheese and chicken Quesadilla because it was much more than all of us expected. The service was fine, and Carlitos Diner for lunch today was a good experience. I want to try the Warner location next for the Pozole.

Meundo was good size and they gave you good amount . Very hot !!Sunday mornings next time

Carlitos is a hidden gem!Me and my sweetheart wandered in on a Sunday! He had the chorizo & eggs, he said it was delicious! I had the huevos rancheros with 2 sunny side eggs, with soft yolks!!YUMMY!!
