I walked in, asked for a $28 cake and some other treats. Leaving I felt over charged so I called to check the price. I was over charged $20. Maybe they entered the wrong cake. Called and they verified via camera, I got a bigger cake than I asked for. I paid more but it's not what I wanted. I've been coming here for 3 years to get treats and our anniversary cake. I understand I got what I paid for but I didn't get or pay for what I asked for. I feel the right thing to do would be refund the difference or at least split it. I don't think I'll return.

candlelight bakery is the spot for birthday cakes and cupcakes. I get this all chocolate cake that my family loves and we try to get on every birthday. They have this Horchata cupcake to die for service is excellent. Very clean establishment highly recommend this spot. They also do custom cakes, wedding cakes and they have so much other things to choose from as in desserts and pastries. Check them out won't be disappointed.

Tried this place a few months back when my brothers girlfriend bought chocolate graduation cake for him. When she said it was chocolate my expectations dropped because I haven't found any chocolate cakes that are moist so I gave up long ago. This place has mastered a moist chocolate cake so here I am a new customer buying chocolate cake and telling the world about it, get you some.

I don't have a sweet tooth but, still enjoyed it.Now...fast forward to January 2024. It's my MIL's birthday. I tasked myself with the cake because, I trust me more than anyone else.My husband said "I'd feel better if you called and ordered ahead." My smart sister (above) told me the same. So I did.We show up at the time I said we would be there...We (I) were running behind and of course I needed to finish my makeup SO I had my husband run in.Uh oh - cake can't be found. She asked him if I called the right place. Of course I did!Luckily, there was another cake. They apologized and it turned out just fine.In the middle of dinner, I get a call that said "we have your cake, we close at ___, what time will you be here?"AWKWARD.

Was craving something sweet while shopping at the market next door and decided to give this place a try. At the time that I walked in they only had a limited assortment of pastries left. None of them really caught my attention except for some macarons which were a little too sweet, overpriced and a limited selection. I wish they offered slices of cake in case we want to sample them. Service is a little slow they had a long line with people waiting to grab a number so that they can be called on. Almost like at a meat market when you have to grab a ticket so they know who got there first. The ambiance is blehh, no where to sit and enjoy your pastry is a little small inside, and nothing too special.I would like to be back to try the custard cream puffs if they have any left that is!

Came in to order a cake 2 weeks ago for my kids bday party last Sunday morning. Clean spot walked in only 1 customer, also ordering a cake. Then it was my turn, although the young lady wasn't rude, she was just very short and annoyed about our questions for the design. She pulled out a book for pricing and she got upset when I asked about the cost being higher than what the book said. She got very upset (again not rude with her words) but with her tone of voice and demeanor just changing with the eyes rolling. Sorry we saw a different price on YOUR OWN BOOK. She explained it and made sense but it was her attitude that didn't help. Almost anything we suggested for the cake wasn't available or they couldn't do. Keep in mind it was a sports football theme party. She asked what time we would like to pick it up and said they opened at 10am so we said 10-10:30 she then said the earliest she had was 11. So why even ask? Just tell us. Said they couldn't have it ready Saturday night for us. Just overall a negative experience. I don't expect the red carpet but basic service would be nice. No big deal here just yet.... Until Sunday when it was time to pick up the cake, they have our pick up person the hardest time ever. Kept asking him for dimensions and design after he gave them our name and number for pick up. He couldn't get a hold of us because we were at the kids bday party and we couldn't answer the phones. Just ruined our cake experience and wasted extra time. So they got recommended to try this place for their cakes. Although the cake tasted good, the design wasn't of my taste. They couldn't make a normal pretty basic football field design. The value is not worth the hassle or taste. Definitely don't recommend It based just on my experience. We all have off days, maybe it wasn't their day when I ordered or when we tried picking up. Again cake tasted good, it was the service and just overallBad experience on pick up day. delaying our bday cake cutting for our kids, We were on a time limit at the venue we were at. I guess that's on me but really they wanted identification or the metrics or the day of pick up. Luckily I didn't go and didn't find out until a few days after. That service is 0 stars.

Ordered a 2 tiered cake for my aunt's 80th Birthday and Retirement and it turned out beautifully. It was a simple designed cake with fresh roses, macarons, and ribbon. The top layer was vanilla cake with whipped cream frosting and fresh strawberries. The bottom layer was marble cake with custard filling. My family loved how the cake turned out, not only was it gorgeous but it tasted good too.I ordered the cake 1 week in advance and was so happy with the customer service received. They gave careful instructions regarding the fresh flowers for the cake. Also when picking up the cake, the staff boxed the cake appropriately and helped carry the cake to the car.

I'm a Chocolate Freak !!! Everything about the Chocolate ganache cake is absolutely satisfying .. Red Velvet and the Oreo cakes are super yummy as well
