Calixtos Pizza

Family ran and great pizza! Crust is thin and have some good crunch/flavor to it. The owners are very friendly, attentive and thoughtful. We went with a simple half and half, along with splitting an antipasto salad..... pro tip: GET THE HOUSE DRESSING!!!! It's your mom and pop pizza joint, the ambiance as is expected. Looking forward to going back AGAIN and AGAIN and trying more including the pasta.

We went to NYC in November, so we're a little bit "pizza snobby" so.- for us- It's mid. I also like fresh California ingredients... Calixtos did what it was supposed to do! We're thankful for that! We will be back because we live in a "pizza desert."

Does not look anything like the picture. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Paper thin... well, more like credit card thin. Really nice people but it's not cool to advertise one thing and provide another.

We called ahead to ask if they sold pizza by the slice. They said yes. A pepperoni and cheese slice is $6. Cool, can we get two slices? Can we upgrade and make them supreme slices? Yes. Once we got there and they rang us up... "$22 please" ?! We ordered two slices? Your medium pizza is $22.It's $6 for a slice of pepperoni pizza and it cost $5 extra per slice to add bell peppers, onion, sausage, mushroom to make it a supreme. I wasn't a fan of cutting a slice of pizza into tiny pieces either. I ordered a slice not cut up squares of pizza.

Great customer service. Small location with a good amount of indoor seating. Prices are moderate. They do charge an additional fee if not paying with cash.

I just want to start off by saying pizza has been my comfort food after a bad day lately and it's so awesome walking into their shop and the owners are always SO FRIENDLY and welcoming. I always order from them for parties or when I have guests over but these past two times have been just for me & my mental health and yall have no idea how much your friendly faces and conversations turn my day around. On top of the pizza being BOMB. Wish this place tons of success!!! Food is amazing on top of service!

Pizza by the slice that is made to order (which means it takes some time).Slices are $5.99 here. It cost me $1 extra per spice for pepperoni and an extra $.75 for other toppings.The slices here are thin and crispy but large. They pre-cut my slices into eight mini pieces. I got pepperoni and olive and pepperoni and mushrooms. They were generous with the toppings. The thin crust held up well with all the toppings and cheese and is not doughy at all. Overall great flavor. For once slice it's not bad, but when you buy two slices and it's $16, makes you wonder if you should just get a whole pizza somewhere. Anyhow, just a thought, but I do like their pizza. Calixtos is located on Magnolia and Heil in the strip mall right before the freeway entrance.

1. I love the thin crusts and curled-up pepperonis on the pizza! The wings were not salty, and they have juicy meat! The cheesecake had a nice creamy texture, and it was not sweet!2. The spot has fun casual vibes!3. There are few indoor tables, and there is no outdoor seating!4. Staff were friendly, and they were honest about the wait time to complete my order! Large Pizza, wings, and cheesecake took about 35 mins!5. Pizza was okay we got a cheese / Meat lovers pizza. Better than main chains but there are other places I would go first. Cant remember if they had house made ranch if they do then its a 4 star if its some bottle ranch then 3 stars. Service was okay. Ambience could you some work to give it more of a nicer modern touch. Just gives me local small pizza joint vibes.

Great pizza and kind service. Definitely will be coming back. My friends and I enjoyed it. If you like good pizza come here.
