Each component. Each factor. Each crafting step. This was touched by an angel. The natural sourced yellow coloring, mixed with natural mango flavoring, gelatin, poured into star shaped molds have invented something so life altering .Complimenting the minty floral essence of the flower of jasmine creating such a heavenly experience.God touched the Traffic Circle location of Calitea.God Bless Ms. Sarah & Mr. Somnang for creating such a lovely experience & providing the upmost customer service.

So when you 2 star a place while writing your review, the yelp app asks "oh no, what could improve?".... So here's what this business can improve.... Customer service: I just experienced the owner approach me and did not introduce herself, nor did she ask me if everything was fine, she said with a stern tone "can you turn your phone down?" Which isn't very kind of heart especially if I'm inside of your tea shop just had filmed content and the sound is the business loud music in the background of the video which I'm playing off my iPhone 16 pro max.... So technically the music playing in the tea shop is LOUD, not my phone! I can tell by the tone and the stern attitude that her intentions weren't in the right place! My response was "are you the owner?" She said "yes" and I said "I'm writing you a review"... After 3 mins....I walked up to her and showed her my phone and showed her I'm filming content and promoting her tea shop. Hahaha because my intentions are pure, and she just said "it just sounded loud". Well idk what's going on with this tea store owner but she gave absolutely no empathy or compassion and there's no one here but me and maybe 2 ppl walked in and out! Well I've been here before with my mom, and I decided to come back today! The music is loud. It's her own music and I like loud music! I don't have an issue with the music being loud in here! She came to attack me intentionally and that's why I'm giving 2 stars for the lack of empathy in customer service. I'm sure this is a public space and I've been sitting here working on my MacBook and iPhone not bothering anyone. So the review I told her I'll write is this one here. Hope she reads it and realizes you shouldn't impulsly attack ppl in your place of business when the loud music is your speakers which I don't have an issue with. I recorded inside your business, you get a shoutout, and now you just lost me as a potential 5 star customer. Definitely improve.

CaliTea is located in a small street mall with limited parking. There's plenty of room inside for seating and the ambiance is aesthetically pleasing. Restroom requires a code and is clean and maintained.CaliTea was recommended so my son and I visited. I was impressed with their coffee options and was excited to try it out. Customer service lacked energy and our drinks lacked flavor. There's a small fee for toppings. With so much competition surrounding CaliTea, I'm not sure I'd visit again.

Walking in, I quickly became nervous when I saw their expansive menu. I usually find that a focus on quantity compromises quality, and this case was no different. We tried one of the Barista's Fav's: Oolong White Peach Fruit Tea and Milk Tea (a drink that I love ordering at other tea shops!) The non-milk version looked oddly cloudy. Their artificial taste was a bit off-putting.Note that there are more outlets along the counter seating, not so much around table seating. Workers were friendly. If you can snag a parking spot in the tiny lot, then the shop seems like an okay place to study or get work done.

I came here for the first time to support my niece's fundraiser for Poly ASB. It's a cute little boba shop with chill vibes. Upon entry, we were greeted by the friendly workers. There are many drink options. I decided to go for the biscoff milk tea with boba because I've never seen that flavor at any location and I love those biscoff cookies. My daughter got the mocha frap. We spent about $16 for both drinks but it's a decent size, like a large. Both drinks were delicious and I would definitely come back just for the biscoff milk tea. My daughter shared her drink with her brother and he said that's the best mocha frap he ever had, better than Starbucks! Teenagers approved. I'm happy to support this small business that also gives back to the community. Come try this place , it will not disappoint

I had been to the CaliTea in Cerritos before, but not in Long Beach even though I've known about the Long Beach location since I usually frequent the Robeks next door. On a recent trip to Robeks, I simply got a wellness shot, which I finished in a few sips, and I went next door to CaliTea to treat myself to a hot milk tea.Why a hot milk tea, you ask? Well the night before, I checked my Fivestars account and saw I had a reward for 20% off hot milk teas, and it was set to expire the very next day. I thought getting a drink from both Robeks and CaliTea on the same trip would have been excessive, but this time was an exception!First, I admired the interior of the shop as it felt pretty cozy with a music selection somewhere between relaxing and upbeat. I was immediately greeted as I walked into the shop where only one customer was sitting by the window, probably doing some work. Signicade signs were present to show some Barista Favs as well as a Christmas Menu even though Christmas was over 11 months away. The London Fog caught my eye because I had no inkling as to what it was. After the employee explained it to me, I thought it would have been a great choice considering my head was hurting from doing so much at work that week. I just wanted something that could help me relax and transport me to a happy place for just a brief moment. The London Fog wasn't listed on the menu behind the counter, so I had to ask for the price. It was 60 cents more than a Signature Milk Tea and 80 cents more than a Classic Milk Tea. I was also informed that the London Fog was simply a barista custom-made drink, hence why it wasn't a menu item. I wouldn't know if they offer that drink at the Cerritos location, however.I was also asked if I wanted hot or iced milk tea. Well, my 20% off was only for hot milk teas, so easy choice; I highly doubt it would have worked with an iced milk tea.Lastly, I was asked if I wanted boba in my tea. I've had boba in iced milk tea before, but never a hot milk tea! It took me by surprise to the point where I even had to ask if that was a common thing, to which the employee said it was. At just a half dollar, I was willing to upgrade my drink for the boba. Actually, more like 40 cents since the 20% off applied to the boba as well. The wait wasn't too long. It was about 3 minutes before a barista presented me with my hot cup of tea. She also pointed to a boba straw at the pickup counter as well as a hole in the lid of the cup that would fit such a straw. I had never seen that before either, so that was pretty unique to me.I did enjoy the drink, but the taste wasn't as prominent as I had hoped. I was hoping for something that could help me imagine myself chillaxing with a pina colada at the spherical chair at the far corner of the shop, but this didn't quite do the trick for me. Also, there wasn't a table within arm's reach of that chair, so I had to be careful not to spill anything while I snapped a photo from that chair.Directly across from the pickup counter is bar-style seating facing a wall. I tried sitting on the stool at the far end, but it was wobbly! I then sat at another stool, and that was wobbly too! More customers were coming into the shop, and so I simply decided to walk back to my car with my cup of tea. There are a few board games in the lounge area of the shop that you can play while waiting for or enjoying your drink, but some of the boxes were in pretty bad condition. I can definitely appreciate the addition of Jenga, Connect 4, and even Mancala, but on the other hand, who knows how many people have touched them?!Service from the girls behind the counter was pretty good. They were welcoming and gave out good vibes during my short stay there.I also noticed a $5 Thirsty Thursday offer, both on the Fivestars app and on a sign at the near corner of the shop. I forgot to ask about this, and I'm not sure if that would have even worked in conjunction with my 20% off reward.Overall, it was a good solid visit to this CaliTea, and I can see myself coming back next time I'm in the area for a non-Robeks related reason. Hopefully, my next Fivestars reward will be a good one!

I came on a weekday and got the daily $5 drink with additional cost for boba! I got the taro milk tea and at first it did not seem that flavorful but as I kept drinking it got better and better! They have plenty of seating and board games to play! The waiters were very nice and the tables were clean.

One of my top 3 boba spots--and it's definitely not number three. First off, I just love being at this location. The staff is always so friendly, and whenever my previous organization needed a spot for events, this was always our go-to. Super supportive and genuinely accommodating. Their cake pops are SO GOOD--dense but sweet. As for the drinks, I think they took my favorite, mango green tea, off the menu, but honestly, you can't go wrong here. Everyone I've seen order any drink has loved it. Their Thai tea is so rich, and even when I add a lot of sweetness, it doesn't mess with the flavor, which I love. They even have a rewards points system! The overall vibe is like your neighborhood boba spot, with good music, comfy, swanky seating, and even some games at one point. Naturally, I'll be back here.

Second time ordering the same drink and it was worse today than the last time. Just by looking at it I knew it was gonna be horrible! Taste like flavored ice really! They have other options but honestly this shouldn't be on the menu if yall can't make it DECENT enough! Adamant parking space, otherwise. Probably need to update hours online because they closed early on Tuesday when we arrived. And a bit slow.
