California Sushi & Teriyaki

When you enter the restaurant, you are hit with a strong smell of cleaning supplies. The menu was pretty overwhelming especially since it takes up a whole wall. I got the beef teriyaki plate and didn't finish it since the beef was way too salty and the play didn't come with enough rice. For service, the lady at the register was nice and brought my food to me. I probably wont come back.

Small sushi joint that I found while Yelping in Norwalk - reasonable prices, plenty of indoor seating if you wish to dine in, quick service. Met some friends here at 6 PM on a Thursday evening. There were a good amount of customers waiting for their orders but we were able to place and receive our orders in around 15 minutes. I was a bit full from lunch, so I just ordered the gyoza. They were nice and warm with a crunchy exterior and flavorful filling. I didn't try the sushi, so it's hard to comment on the quality of fish and sushi ingredients, but I'd be open to trying a roll if I ever find myself in the Norwalk area in the future!

I love coming here for a quick fix of some simple japanese items. I especially like getting either their udon or ramen combos. It is well worth the cost! The texture for both the ramen noodles and udon noodles are amazing. The broths are also amazing! Not salty yet super flavorful! I also appreciate that you are able to place a phone order and pay in store, this makes eating here super convenient. All the tables inside are very clean but this is more of a to-go place.

Great tasting food , wait time very reasonable, staff is friendly and polite, good price, very comfy place to eat too I'll be back

I fuxking love this place!!! It's my favorite teriyaki place. I don't fuck with their sushi much but their teriyaki is . I always take it to go usually call in my order. The times I've ordered in person the wait wasn't long. Lots of food for a great price!!!

Every time I come I ask for a box of salmon, but now I wanted to try something else so let's try the new (volcano) bake salmon roll Highly recommend is delicious!

Ambiance was poor looked kinda cheap didn't wanna judge and tried anyway but food had no authenticity The roll o got was uneven. Soda machine put out too much syrup in the drink. Not trying to be mean but this place felt lazy in appearance and quality

I went in for a quick meal, got a rainbow roll and when I got back home there was hairs in the roll... would not recommend to anyone.

Service was great . Ramen taste like top ramen, they add a different broth and protein but the noodles are definitely top ramen. Sushi was actually good .
