Food is always good. My favorites are the lemon pepper bagel, the açaí bowl, the gyro, and one must try a royal cookie from here at least once in their lifetime. Calm vibes inside and the staff is always very kind.

MUST TRY THEIR GYRO! I love gyro's & their gyro was so yummy & really hit the spot. Their tzatziki sauce is none like any other I've tried & it was amazing! It was creamy, tangy, & tastes so fresh with high quality ingredients. Trust me, you can tell the difference compared to other places I've tried. My mouth is watering just thinking about it now. This place is a hidden gem. The ambiance was very relaxing & I cannot explain it, but any stress I had just melted away when I was there. The service was fast & everyone there was super friendly.

Paula is great, super friendly and fast. Had everything bagel with cream cheese and added avocado. Washed it down with a chai latte. Delicious!!

Honestly for a hospital cafe the food was solid. Can't ask for much but it gets the job done and to me sandwiches are like a n easy on the go comfort food and I like how many options they have for meats/breads/etc. they have something for everyone. The service was fast and the workers are so kind.

This place is part of the Los Alamitos Medical Center, it's in the back corner so when you arrive, pull into the street next to the center and park. Quiet, very clean little place. I'm looking at the bagels and I see, lemon pepper. I'm like, what the heck is a lemon pepper bagel? So I order it and you can see from my pic what it is. It was super tasty that morning. I was really hungry that morning too but I brought it back to work with me and ate at my leisure and the entire time, I'm thinking, this bagel's really good!

Great breakfast got the lemon pepper bagel after my dr appointment added meat and cheese yummm so good will definitely be my routine after every office visit

I love Café Niko! They have a wide variety of healthy offerings from sandwiches to Starbucks drinks. Food is always good and made fresh daily; their gyro wrap is a customer favorite! The café itself is very cleaned and the owner is just the best. She welcomes customers with warmth and such joyful countenance! I cannot recommend this place enough.

I was visiting from Michigan during the holidays. As my sister and I headed out to do our Christmas shopping, we realized we hardened eaten all day. As we know,hungry people were more inclined to purchase greater quantities of non-food items. So as to avoid any fiscal damages, we thought we would stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat. She had heard good things about this quaint cafe at the Los Alamitos Medical Center, so we decided to check it out. And let me tell you, it didn't disappoint! The cafe is tucked in a little corner. It reminded me of those little coffee shops in some of the quaint towns I've visited in the Midwest. The place is very clean, and has a very welcoming and warm atmosphere to it. They have a variety of food selection; and for the coffee lovers, they also serve Starbucks coffee. Best of all, the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend it.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem. It's located on the backside of the Los Alamitos Medical Center off of Cherry St. For being a small cafe tucked in the back of a medical plaza it's extremely clean and well presented with a welcoming atmosphere. The sandwiches and all of the breakfast items are great, and everything seems very fresh. They Gyro wrap is actually excellent! They also serve Starbucks coffee which is a convenient bonus. The staff has always been super friendly and the owner really seems to care about her customers. Highly recommended if you're looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch at a reasonable price.

Paula and her team are the best! So friendly and they make great food. Especially the breakfast sandwiches :)
