Cabo Taco Baja Grill

We came for the show at La mirada theatre. The location was convenient, the food was super( fajita salad), with excellent service. It's definitely 5 stars

The only reason I have gone here several times is first of all its close to the theatre and second of all I want to keep given them a chance. They are out of chances.What I can't understand is the Taquitos only come in beef. Huh? When every other entree can be served beef or chicken. Are these Taquitos Frozen? Can they not make them with chicken? This makes me think they are not fresh. They sure were not tasty. 5 taquitos served with a bunch of lettuce and a scoop of guacamole. And I paid for that mess.Sorry, I'm done going to Cabo Taco.

We came here for dinner before going to the La Mirada Theater. It was an excellent choice. We beat the crowd and the service was great. I had a huge burrito stuffed with chicken and rice. My boyfriend had a huge serving of steak and shrimp fajitas. The chips were crispy and the salsa had the right amount of spice. The drinks were refilled promptly. I ordered the homemade cheesecake, made and served by the owner's wife. The Oreo crust is topped with coffee flavored cheesecake and topped with chocolate. So delicious. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Delicious meal.

Unfortunately, this was not a hit with the hubs and I. The salsa was good. We both had the carne asada plate. Sadly it was bland. Zero flavor. The carne asada was dry and flavorless. Leaving disappointed and hungry. It's obviously a place that many others seemed to enjoy. So give them a try. It might be to your liking. The service was good though.

Meh. Food was ok. Anbiance was very nice and chill. Cool music playing ... probably a great business meeting place since they have a full bar! Service was good. If you wanna hang out and chill with clients and have a drink... probably a great place. But, to me, the food was just average. YMMV

The food was pretty good. There were about five or six vegetarian options. We went with the cauliflower and potato tacos and the beans and rice side. We stayed and talked for a while and they didn't rush us to leave. As it was a weeknight things were kind of quiet and calm. Since it's right next to the movie theater, it's a great location.

The service was great, our waitress was friendly and efficient. We were catching a movie and she was able to take our order almost immediately. We ordered tacos - carne asada and shrimp. Just something quick and safe since we were short on time. Unfortunately, the carne asada was a bit dry and lacking flavor. The shrimp tacos were good though. Perhaps next time we will try something else.

Service was great, chips and salsa lil boring.. verde burro solid B.. not that tasty , was very lean though ! Points for that ! IPA was ice cold and A+.. everything little bland .. but really 3-4 stars. Went 4 because service was A+!

The food came out fast and hot. Made exactly as we wanted it. The service was exceptional. I would take 3 sips of my coke and before I knew it the server refilled me. Our server Jeri was very attentive. 10/10 we will be back.

Enjoyed lunch here prior to going to the Theater. Service was super attentive. Beer was cold and tasty. Had the crispy shrimp tacos and the taco diablos. Fabulous choice. We will return when visiting the Theater. (Unfortunately we don't live in the area)
