"I was in Orange County for work today, and I always struggle finding healthy places to eat when I travel for work. I googled "healthy vegan food near me" and this place popped up. It was heaven sent! The moment I walked in, I saw healthy drinks that they sell at Erewhon and Whole Foods, so I knew right away this place was going to be good. A young employee named Christine helped me figure out what to order, as I asked for suggestions on something healthy and not fried. She was so sweet! The dish I ordered was light but very tasty. The tofu melted in your mouth. The shrimp was made out of a root vegetable. The flavors were delicious. I didn't feel bloated or heavy afterwards. I took some leftovers home (that's how good it was). She said there's a location in Reseda closer to where I live, and I hope it's just as yummy with a clean vibe. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend for anyone who wants delicious, healthy vegan food."
"Living here in Westminster, it's surprisingly hard to find good bun bo hue. I've tried so many that are just watered down and lackluster. This was the first time I've had a good bowl of bun bo hue in the states. The picture I took was literally half-way through my meal because I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. I knew I had to leave a review later. The broth is super flavorful and clean. They give ample amounts of noodle and meat with a good variety of different meats as well including pork knuckle, pig's blood, fish ball, and beef. I will say that it's not very spicy but they leave sate for you to add to your liking. The lychee lemon does taste a bit like canned lychee juice but regardless is quite good! I would just ask for less sugar. It's a family run business and everybody was very courteous and the restaurant is clean! Stop by if you have a chance. I know I'll be coming back."

"I'm done w/ my reviews fr my trip to Toronto. Its time to share some local delights. 6 Van 8 is a quán nhâu, specializing in small plates that go well w/ cold beer.We indulged in chicken wings, fried chicken feet, calamari, clams & octopus, prawns and my personal fave, goat curry. All of the seafood was fresh, and the remainder of the items were very good, except the chicken feet. They were overcooked & dry. The goat curry was really authentic according to someone at the table who grew up in Vietnam. It was served w/ rice crackers: I enjoyed this dish the most. The goat was tender, and the curry had a nice tang to it.Regarding the ambiance, there are tables of 4 & 6. However, the A/C wasn't on at first on a hot summer night. It was turned on later and became more comfortable. Our waitress Ha was super nice & friendly, and took care of all of our special requests. If you are looking for a quán nhâu w/ authentic dishes, and great service, 6 Van 8 will not disappoint."
"Located in Huntington Beach, this place has a little bit of everything and the entire menu had up to 50% price cuts which we all need to catch a break in prices when it comes to surviving! But hurry this offer is only until September and time has been going fast for sure! This isn't on the Main Street where everything is hectic and crazy, it's a nice quiet area with plenty of metered parking in the front. I ordered the Sesame chicken, egg rolls, popcorn chicken and Peach green tea. Everything was yummy and very affordable for sure. Service was fast and portions were just right. My friends all ordered the pho and they finished it, even ordered to-go."
"This place has been here for decades and I feel bad that I never gave it a try until now! It shares a kitchen with the now-closed Banh Canh (vietnamese udon) place across the street and so they have 2 menus! There is so much to choose from! I got the wonton BBQ pork soup and my cousin got the recommended banh canh #15; both were solid. The BBQ pork in the soup was delish. Banh canh was actually very good too; you could get the broth more thickened or a thinner broth. My cousin ate the entire thing and said she's definitely coming back. The lady serving tables was so sweet too. She had recommended the banh beo but we had no stomach space. I presume the owner was the elderly gentleman who came by our table to ask how everything tasted. He was also very sweet and happy we enjoyed the food. Definitely coming back with a bigger party next time so we could try different things!"
"This is a pretty average Vietnamese place. Typical casual vibe. Service was great. We were seated and had our orders taken quite quickly. Food came out fast and hot. They gave us free dessert after as well. The food itself wasn't special. The pho soup was fine, but the toppings were a little sparse. The chicken and veggie stir fry I got was okay, but the sauce wasn't mixed that well.Overall, a decent spot to get a quick bite, but not one I'd crave."
"Had to update yelpers on our 2nd visit. Gave 4 stars previously because parking limited. After this visit who cares.... food is so worth it. Service and ambiance remain exceptional."
"My boyfriend has been on the lookout for the best place to get Bo Ne so we came across this place! Lots of menu selections and interestingly includes some Western foods including macaroni or Thai food like Pad Thai. I got the Bo Luc Lac with a Nuoc Mia Rau Ma. I always get these at Vietnamese restaurants and sometimes they don't come out in one portion where it's not the typical shareable dish. It came with rice, veggies, and a small bowl of soup! Such a perfect combination and definitely had me full at the end of the meal. The meat was tender and not chewy at all. As for the drink, it was really refreshing and delicious if you're both a sugarcane and pennywort fan. I tried a bit of my boyfriend's Bo Ne and felt like he could find better. It wasn't too bad if you wanted a quick bite for lunch. As for his Soda Chanh, it had more lemon-y taste to it than a good balance with the soda to it. The workers are attentive and act quick! We'll prob come back and give it a try if we were looking to try their other dishes."
"It's Sunday and drizzling around noon the line was out to the side walk but the wait was not long at all, maybe 10 minutes. It's packed! We managed to get an indoor table way at the back. I don't usually eat pho. I don't like the noodles but I wanted warm broth today. They will give you a number and tell you where to sit. I ordered the Oxtail pho ( did not eat the noodles). The broth was delicious and the oxtail was flavorful and tender. Minus the kids next to me coughing up a lung and not covering their mouths the experience was okay. Next time I'll sit outside if the day is nice. I will return."
"I have eaten lunch here now a handful of times. Before everywhere else went vegan, Âu Ląc lead the way and made it yummy. We've tried their "Chicken" curry and "Shrimp" appetizer. The drinks. a double chocolate and a green drink. Last time I tried their chocolate dessert which was so good. My personal favorite is their Spring Rolls. Leaning towards trying their seaweed salad. Everything is so good. Highly recommend."
"Wow! This place exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh and delicious! Since everything is made to order, be prepared to wait a little but I promise it's worth the wait! I got the larb noodle salad and got my kids the chicken bites. We ended with the choco roti with ice cream. The roti was crispy and delicious! Kind of like a crepe. Will definitely be back to try other dishes!"
"This place is great despite all the recent bad reviews. My husband and I decided to try this place out since it was in our minds for a long time. We loved the food that we ordered here! Everything was amazing! Great quality. Here is what we ordered:1. Bánh khọt shrimp 2. Bánh hỏi heo quay yoyo 3. Mì xào cá salmon The first two dishes are the best sellers at the restaurant"

As a vegetarian, I was so excited to find this all-plant-based Vietnamese restaurant. I just wanted a little snack, so I ordered the sexy buns. I thought the dish name was questionable, but the buns were indeed sexy. The bun bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and pillowy soft inside, the vegan meat had great texture and flavor, and the veggies were crunchy and fresh. So so good and I want to go back and get these again, and also I want to try everything!!

The raising amount of MSG in the common BBH places made me try to find a new place.I happen to buy a ton of jerky from their jerky store. The BBH here is great. They give you a ton of meat. The portion is very filling. The broth is fine. I usually ask for clear broth (less oily and fatty) and order beef only (no blood, no cartilage.)People complaining about price but this is 24, everything is expensive. For what you get I think it is worth it.

Must stop by and visit now! They're currently offering up to 50% off almost their entire menu! Limited time only!Parking: This is Huntington Beach .. parking can be difficult. We got lucky with a spot right in front of the restaurant. It was metered parking with the first 2 hours being free. I noticed there was also other street metered parking across the way.Ambiance/Environment: Very warm and welcoming. It's very spacious with plenty of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. Great for large groups.Service: Shout out to our server Abril! She was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, refilled our waters when needed, and checked on us while eating.Food & Drinks:1) Burning Titan - This was recommended to us since this was their "must try" entrees. I had the choice of substituting the meat and noodles, but I decided to leave everything as is. This only came in one size, and I'd consider it a large bowl. They were very generous with the brisket beef and amount of ramen. The soup was definitely spicy and flavorful.2) Kung Pao Chicken - My partner wanted a rice dish. I tried his dish, and this is definitely better than Panda Express! It wasn't too spicy though, nor was it salty. There wasn't as many peanuts as we thought. There was a good amount of chicken to rice ratio.3) Crispy Wonton - I like their twist on the wontons because not only did it have cream cheese, but it also had avocado! The wonton was crispppyyy with a beautiful brown color. Though, I wish it had more filling of cream cheese and avocado. Don't forget to dip it in the sweet sauce!4) Thai Tea with boba - This wasn't too sweet. The boba was decently chewy. The tea had a weird aftertaste, so I think they could work on this item.5) Vietnamese Ice Coffee - I'm a crackhead for caffeine, so of course I ordered a Viet coffee in the evening. You know it's concentrated when they don't fill the cup up all the way. This is what I call a Viet coffee!Pricing: I'd say it's definitely worth its price. We visited while they were still offering their deals. Can't deny a bowl of pho starting at $9.99. Especially in this inflation, that's a steal.

The new owner said it was now 2 restaurants in one. Que anh Que em n Hoa Binh but after eating 2 items I can say categorically that's not the case. I love the old Hoa Binh I believe the owner was Chinese from VN so the Chinese food was authentic like all their Chowmein, the new owner is I believe NVN. I ordered chow mein I stress I wanted beef n seafood, I got cha siu? And a bunch of calamari that looked like rubber bands n tasted like rubber bands too! and a few shrimps. I ate it it was ok I guess. The appetizer was grilled pork roll (nem nuong cuon) are they joking or what? Prove me wrong but I think this was a gross tasting SPAM, I'd never eat spam even when I was a starving college student, why would anyone do that? If that was not spam why did it look like crushed tofu, the sauce was good though. I'm fed up w the bad food around here I just booked at a beachfront 5,stars all inclusive hotel in Cabo w ayce drink n eat continental cuisine m. Needless to say I ditched it, I think 3,stars might be generous. I did rate the udon side of resto 4 stars. I was sad the old owner quit, every other restaurant is on their last leg except the kei concept group which got every young adult following them like he was a snake charmer. I'm debating if I want to give it another chance to try their bun cha.

Amazing food and even better service! I can't believe this place was right under my nose the whole time. This is officially my new go-to pho spot--and I'm from Irvine, where I'll gladly pass at least ten other places just to get here. Totally worth it!

After visiting Asian Garden mall, my family and I were looking for a great place for Banh mi bo ne. This restaurant popped up in the search. We ordered both Banh mi bo ne and Bot chien - they were good to our taste. To me, the beef was a bit chewy but to my family members it was not. The bread was warm and crispy. The staff was friendly and fast. The restaurant looks clean and has quite pretty decoration. I would come here often if I lived here. However, they do not offer public restroom.

"Coming from a Vietnamese, this place is THE BEST com tam in Orange County... hands down. I like to try com tam at different places but always come back to this place. I've been eating here since their OG location which was literally a few restaurants down from where it is now. Used to come here after every Sunday mass with my family. Their rice, meat selection, fish sauce, spring rolls, everything is sooo delicious! Not to mention took the huge portions they give you! Honestly their com tam incomparable imo. Try this place out and I know you'll also love the food. This place needs more love! I'm sad to see this place not as crowded as it used to be at its original location. I hope they stay in business because they're the best in town."
"This spot was recommended for the crispy rice chicken and it did not disappoint bc I love burnt crispy rice and the ginger sauce was really good. We ended up ordering 5 Togos to share with family. Our server says they specialize in bun rieu so we had to try that as well. Their bun rieu reminded me of Vietnam when I was there last year. Soup was very flavorful, better than most places I've tried. The chicken salad was good too. We also tried the mi ga roti (roasted chicken w/dry noodle). That was our least favorite dish, the sauce didn't match with the noodles and and the chicken didn't have much flavor. I thought it was better with the ginger sauce that came with the rice. The gentlemen who served us was patient and accommodating. Will def come back for more crispy rice chicken."
"This place was pretty great! Fast service and delicious food. All of my picky kids loved it. Husband was obsessed with the pho. The place was clean and I enjoyed my experience. Will definitely go back"
"Daymnnnnnnnnn finger lickin good Portobello tenders!!! Seriously!! You need these mushrooms in your life right now lol I dunno bout the other foods here, but the portobello tender is a MUST GET! 10/10!!GOLDEN! CRUNChY! FAT & JuiCy! FRESHHHH! Owner was asking me if I needed some extra dips. I refused, but if you're a saucy person then you will need extras. BUY IT! The little sauce container was pretty small. About $9!! I don't even like fried foods much...No REgREtz!!"
"Found this place through co-workers who usually order here for lunch meetings. Located at the Enclave plaza at 190th St in Torrance. It wasn't busy when I got here and just wanted to get a quick Togo food for dinner. It's clean and choices are not that extensive or crazy. Wait for the Togo wasn't long and what I have ordered was delicious!"
"Beautiful restaurant and very warm service! :)My siblings and I came to dine here tonight and we ordered the egg rolls, spring rolls, fried tofu and garlic fries for appetizers. Everything was delicious and had different flavors. Each dish had its own sauces which they served to our tables and explained which goes with which :)Next, we ordered five phos, two of the phos with filet mignon and brisket. The meat was soooo tender and delicious! We all loved the broth! It's always nice to find a pho place whose broth is fresh and not oily. We also ordered a fried rice. It tasted really nice, but it was dry :') We ended up putting our pho broth on it, but it was still good. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area. We all live in different cities, but if we come back to Garden Grove for pho, it would definitely be here at 99999.Again, stellar service from everyone here at the restaurant! Thank you :D"
"The seafood here was amazing and fresh... I recommend coming in early so they don't run out of certain seafoods... as they did not have all the clams when we came last. The service was pretty good but you do have to wave down the server a few times to bring napkins and water when they are busy.I'd give them 5 stars but their noodles are meh... and the soup I had last time was lackluster as well. So I highly recommend seafood and stick to the seafood!"
"Hidden gem in my opinion. They're definitely known for their broken rice dishes but I decided to try their Goi Ga (Chicken Salad) which was super flavorful and my friend got one of their rice dishes. The salad had fish sauce on the side too but the salad itself was salty enough for my tastebuds. They have a deal for certain dishes like the Chicken Salad so you can order 2 entrees and get 1 free or order 1 entree and get 1 free select drink. I got the dessert drink Che Ba Mau which was sweet and perfect after the meal. Inside was pretty busy and spacious. Many dishes to choose from so worth the try!"
"Small mom and pop type cafe/ restaurant located in a strip mall in Garden Grove near the Westminster area specializing in hu tieu - a noodle dish that comes with soup or soup on the side ('dry'). This noodle dish is popular in South Vietnam with Chinese/Cambodian influence/origins. This is commonly eaten earlier in the day or for breakfast. Came here when family was in town and although the space is pretty small, they were very friendly and accommodating for our relatively large party. I ordered the 2. Hu Tieu Mi Nam Vang (dry - soup is served on the side). This came with a combination of rice and egg noodles with pork, ground pork, shrimp, and quail egg. Such a delicious combination of flavors and textures... the noodles were also chewy and very well done. Such a treat, because I rarely get this dish when I visit family or go out. I also got the corn milk, which I liked a lot. Never had it before and it definitely had a corn flavor. (I love almost all things corn - I mean...this drink is almost like a paleo bourbon, lol)Parking was easy at the time because there's a lot and street parking in the area. It was also relatively early so not a lot of people out yet. Big fan of this place."
"Took my wife here for a date night. Great decision. Atmosphere was great. Service was good. Food was excellent. The lobster dumplings and filet mignon potstickers are a must try! Highly recommend."
"I never leave here unsatisfied! The absolute best team of people, they are so kind and give the best recommendations! Their pho broth is delicious but my favorite is the Garlic Noodles! There's so much flavor in their marinade it just hits every time!"
"I found this establishment to be hidden gem! Food and service to be fabulous. I was visiting California for a few weeks and went there twice!! Highly recommend."
"Tram Cream Coffee 3 is the place to go if you want a unique coffee experience. It's the ideal place to relax because of the welcoming, relaxed ambiance that has a touch of Vietnamese coffee culture. This place has exceptional egg coffee that is rich, creamy, and well-balanced. Another delicious delicacy is the little cocoa egg coffee with coffee jelly, which has a chocolatey flavor without being too strong. You feel completely at home thanks to the kind and attentive service. A lovely seating area and a welcoming open exterior are among the comfortable and varied seating options. Because it is located in a small strip mall, parking can be a bit of a challenge, but the effort is well worth it."
"Back at it again. The food is addicting. My mouth salivates before I even dig in. I love the orange chicken. It was my first time trying this dish. It was so crispy and juicy. The chicken surprisingly was not dry and very moist. It's not like the original orange chicken. It's way better! Will be coming back for more!"
"The BEST Vietnamese sandwiches in Orange County!! Delicious, reasonably priced, and so fast! We've been going here since my son was a baby (and the employees were always so sweet with him!) - 17 years later, we're states away, but every time we visit, we stop in! Love it!!"
"Great food and good prices. We came here specifically to try their raw shrimp salad. It was amazing!! Spacious dining area and awesome customer service! Highly recommended"
"It is surprisingly very empty at noon. There are not a lot of Vietnamese (or even Asian) restaurants in the area, so it is nice to see a Vietnamese establishment in Anaheim. We got:Mama Wings: The wings are very small (4 on each plate... that's $2 per wing) and very garlickyBone Marrow: There's more bone and sauce than marrow.Wagyu Carpaccio: The beef slices are tender and cooked. Watercress (the greens) is an acquired taste. You may or may not like it.Skillets: Pork Meat Ball skillet, Ribeye and Truffle skillet, Beef Tenderloin skillet: They're all okay. They are probably the most bang for your buck if you want to be more filled. The sauces were runny.Shaken Mignon rice plate: beef bites are tenderWhat I like about Vietnamese food is despite ordering a lot of dishes I didn't feel "heavy" after eating all the food. Unfortunately, the portions are relatively small for their price, so you might still be hungry. The flavors are appropriately seasoned though."
"I don't understand why this place is so highly rated. My friend and I ordered 2 bowls of Bun Mam. My bowl was brought out first. The broth wasn't hot enough and the fish was still raw because it hadn't completely thawed. I was so hungry that I left the fish and ate the meat and fish cake. The roast pork was very hard to chew . I had almost finished 1/2 my bowl but my friend's bowl still hadn't been brought out. Meanwhile, the two of us ordered 2 bowls of Bun Mam at the same time. And I reminded the waiter, my friend's bowl of Bun Mam was also brought out and the result wasn't any better than mine. The broth wasn't hot enough and the fish was raw like mine. After that, I had diarrhea all night. It was scary. Opening a restaurant requires a conscience and careful cooking to serve customers, otherwise no one will dare to come back to eat."
"They have three different style Bun bo hue from the different regions of Vietnamese which I have never seen that in any Vietnamese restaurant. I went with the Bun Bo Hue and the beef bone. Unfortunately I was disappointed when it arrived. The broth was not spicy and it lacked a lot of ingredients that goes into the soup. The beef bone was full of fat and was not cooked long enough. It was hard to chew. The "large" bowl was not large. As much as I wanted to give this place two thumbs up, I was not thoroughly impress . Friendly service. Difficult parking because it in a busy plaza!"
"For was very good. Tui (girl who had taken our order-excuse me if I miss spelled your name) was very nice. Ordered Seafood noodle soup and pork noodle soup. Both orders were served in large portions and bowl. We also ordered the donut. We enjoy our food sumptuously. Thank you for warm delicious food."
"Food was very authentic. Service was okay. Looked like a one man show.Ambiance was a Vietnamese fusion restaurantand club...looks like they karaoke and party on weekends."
"Fast service. Granted it was empty when I was there. The food was decent. Can't say it's the best I ever had but it solved my craving.Overall ambiance: this seems like a family restaurant. The restaurant is also really clean. Our server was constantly cleaning around and organizing the place.Hope business picks up for them :)"
"I had high hopes for this place with the good reviews and nice photos but unfortunately was very disappointed with my experience here. This place is pretty hard to find since it's located in the back of Bluegold which is next to Equinox on the 2nd floor of the plaza. The venue itself is super tiny with few tables and few bar seating so all we could get were bar seats upon walk in. The bar seats were also super short and uncomfortable so the table was down at where our knees were so I was worried I would spill and drop food and drinks all over the place. We decided to order the garlic noodles and shaky shaky beef. The type of noodle they used for the garlic noodle was too thin and the flavor was off so I really didn't enjoy this dish much. The shaky shaky beef was tender and the sauce was good. Definitely a bit Americanized but that's as expected. For dessert, we got the banana mousse and the texture of this was just oddly jello-like and was not good at all. Overall was very disappointed by both the food and drinks here."
