"I was in Orange County for work today, and I always struggle finding healthy places to eat when I travel for work. I googled "healthy vegan food near me" and this place popped up. It was heaven sent! The moment I walked in, I saw healthy drinks that they sell at Erewhon and Whole Foods, so I knew right away this place was going to be good. A young employee named Christine helped me figure out what to order, as I asked for suggestions on something healthy and not fried. She was so sweet! The dish I ordered was light but very tasty. The tofu melted in your mouth. The shrimp was made out of a root vegetable. The flavors were delicious. I didn't feel bloated or heavy afterwards. I took some leftovers home (that's how good it was). She said there's a location in Reseda closer to where I live, and I hope it's just as yummy with a clean vibe. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend for anyone who wants delicious, healthy vegan food."
"Calling out to my Vegetarian-Yelper, be ready to be bedazzled by a small family own restaurant!I recently visited Hoa Sen, and I'm so glad I found this gem in Westminster! As I try to incorporate more plant-based eats, it's a bit challenge to find a spot with truly delicious and satisfying plant-based dishes, that serves great Chinese/Vietnamese flavors and styles. I found a several in Westminster that's worth a trip!! Yippee. From the moment I walked into Hue San, the atmosphere was inviting, with friendly hostesses and staff ready to serve. The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of flavorful Vietnamese dishes made entirely from plant-based ingredients. I like the old school "placemats" which are those paper Chinese astrology. :)It was hard to choose what to order, but we ordered papaya salad, crispy noodles, "fish" and the spring rolls--all four were amazing! 1- The papaya salad is a must. I think I pretty much ate this whole plate that was meant to be shared.2- Vitamins spring rolls had the perfect balance of fresh herbs and savory fried tofu.3- The fish dish was too salty but very aromatic. My friends liked it.4- The vegetables crispy noodles were "meh" and drenched with thick sauce.Overall, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The only downside was that parking can be a little tricky (one-way round about), as the location shares with other businesses."

"When we walked in, there was a line to order. It goes by pretty quickly. And the place can get crowded fast! However, there are tables outside too. The dahi sev puri was so delicious and flavorful! I wish I ordered another round of it. Masala dosa was pretty standard, good nonetheless. The Surati taco was interesting. I ate it all bc I was hungry lol but it was a bit too sweet. I wouldn't order this again. Mango lassi supreme was yum."
"The service was okay, not nice but gets the job done. The place is pretty crowded and the area for sugar and such hasn't been cleaned in a while. The chai was honestly not even chai, like flavored milk. Please don't get it, no amount of sugar helps it. The sweets are okay but the experience is very overwhelming."
"This is a great place for vegetarians since everything on the menu is vegetarian friendly. Since this is a Vietnamese establishment, everything they offer is a vegetarian version of common Vietnamese dishes such as Bun Bo Hue, Phoenix, Vermicelli, etc. Everything we ordered was delicious, but I think the Hu Tieu (noodle soup) was a bit bland.I recommend the following dishes: #31. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio ($13.95), #9. Goi Mit - jackfruit/lotus salad ($14.95), and #10. Mi Xao Gion ($14.95).Service was great and the restaurant is spacious. The parking lot is a bit small, but if you come early, there will be no problem."
"Excellent food. Very homely ambiance and simple menu. Seevice is quick and straightforward. This is the no-nonsense Indian restaurant that serves authentic Indian food that you'd expect to get at someone's home cooked by their mom. Very comforting. Undhiyu was amazing. This is something you don't find in any other Indian restaurant across SoCal. Must vist."
"My newest addiction. I live 15 min away so if it were even closer I would be having this even more than I already do. Their wraps and salads are great along with the long list of dressing options. My favs are spicy chipotle, Caesar and the Mediterranean ranch. No matter if I order DoorDash or pickup they always get my order right with modifications. I'm super impressed with this place."
"Friendly staff and so far the shakes and meals we have ate are delicious. I would say the caliber of ingredients reflect the price point. They make their own organic almond milk!"

As a vegetarian, I was so excited to find this all-plant-based Vietnamese restaurant. I just wanted a little snack, so I ordered the sexy buns. I thought the dish name was questionable, but the buns were indeed sexy. The bun bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and pillowy soft inside, the vegan meat had great texture and flavor, and the veggies were crunchy and fresh. So so good and I want to go back and get these again, and also I want to try everything!!

Hole in the wall vegetarian spot. I ordered the Wonton Noodle with "shrimp" and the "BBQ Pork Spring Roll". Both were amazing and tasted phenomenal. The menu has a variety of items and I am definitely going back to try them all. The service was also great, all staff were nice, prompt, and genuine.

Been planning for months to meet a friend in Artesia and have pani puri. As it was my first time ever having pani puri my friend suggested Surati Farsan as the best place to get pani puri and other Punjabi goodies. It's her favorite place to get pani puri and she has been coming here since moving to California from India. We arrived right when they opened so it was pretty quiet. But it quickly filled up with customers. The first thing I noticed upon entering was all the Indian sweets and lots of ornate boxes stacked up. Then the salty snacks were neatly stored and so colorful. My friend ordered 2 types of pani puri, a drier version that had crispy thin noodle-like topping and one that you put your own "water" (tamarind and mint water). While both are delicious I really loved the one you put the "water" in yourself. It was like an explosion of flavor and textures. Sweet, salty, sour, crunchy, and satisfying. We also had a lentil soup with mint potato patties. While it looks simple, the flavors were like a warm hug and slightly spicy, in a good way. The icing on top was the amazing rose drink with ice cream. My friend said it was to balance the spicy meal and help with digestion. Before leaving I ordered pani puri, lentil soup for home, and a box of sweets. I was so very full but was going to make the most of my trip to Artesia. Let me just say, my food was packed beautifully and all set for the week. Service is good and efficient. They have lots of workers at the counter and it's gets busy shortly after opening. Parking is plentiful on the street (meters), public parking lot off Pioneer (meters), and a few free spots behind the grocery stores. So happy my friend took the time to share her culture and food with me. LOCATION: 4/5FOOD: 4/5SERVICE: 4/5VALUE: 4/5AMBIANCE: 4/5PET FRIENDLY: outside tablesCLEANLINESS: 3/5PARKING: 4/5

A great spot for lunch or a snack! The Chana bhatura is my all time favorite thing to get here, but the aloo tikki chat is great as well! The only thing that could be improved on is they tend to forget about orders (after you order at the kiosk) and need to be reminded of what you ordered so it can be prepared. No problem, just show the receipt.

Golden Flower Vegetarian Restaurant came highly recommended by my cousin as one of her family favorites. On one of our larger family outings, we decided to come here to try their vegetarian interpretation of beloved traditional Vietnamese dishes. They are located on a fairly busy road, but they have their own small parking lot for customers only. If you're lucky you might find parking. Also, you can tell they cater to the local Vietnamese Buddhist community, because their menu discloses that they are able to omit onion or garlic for the super intense who believe onions and garlic are foods that excite passion. They were quickly to accommodate our large group of 10 by combining 2 tables. Please note there is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.Huge family order! There were 4 Banh Xeos ($14.95/each) for the table to share, Bun Bo Hue ($13.95), Bun Rieu ($13.95), 2 Bun Thit Cha Gio ($13.95), Com Bo Luc Lac ($14.95), Bun Tofu Xao Xa ($14.95), Pho ($13.95), and my Banh Canh ($13.95). For drinks, there were mostly waters ($0.50/each NOT FREE), 2 Sua Dau Nanh ($3.00/each), Dau Xanh La Dua ($5.00) and 3 including one for me Rau Ma ($5.00/each). They forgot my banh canh with the original order, so they had to ask the kitchen to rush it. I munched on some of the shared banh xeos. The exterior was not as crispy as I liked and the filling was mainly bean sprouts. I'm not a fan of bean sprouts so I was removing most of the filling. When my food arrived it was less than impressive. If you are not familiar with banh canh it is a Vietnamese udon noodle made with tapioca so it has a slippery slurpiness. The bowl had imitation proteins, tofu, mushrooms carrots, broccoli and onions. The broth was not as flavorful as other vegetarian restaurants I have been to. I really did not like the imitation proteins. The tofu, mushrooms and onions were okay. I ate the broccoli to be healthy. My aunt was so funny she kept telling me she can make every dish better. It's true though. She really does. The meal was edible but it would be hard for me to come back when there are better vegetarian options out there.

It was getting late but my pregnancy cravings for Dabeli were at a ridiculous high... my husband was able to find a vegetarian Indian place that had all of our faves! And let me tell you, the Dabeli hittt the spotttt! (As did the other 2 items!) pav bhaji was delicious, saying it's one of my favorite dishes and my mother's is my favorite, this still fulfilled the authentic taste and flavor. They made it relatively quickly and Uber eats was able to deliver within 45 mins. I would highly recommend this place for the chaat like foods!

If your looking for a healthy spot with exceptional salads and wraps check this place out. I order the downtown Cobb salad which has hard boiled egg, grilled chicken, avocado, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, and cheese with your choice of dressing. I recommend the honey mustard with this particular salad. The portions are big and they include a small pita bread to your order not to mention everything is fresh everytime. The service is friendly and they make sure to remind you about their rewards program. It's a perk if you come you get 15% off when you build points. The ambiance is spacious, clean, and has indoor and outdoor seating. If you're looking for a guilt free spot come try this place.

"The taco Tuesday special is a great deal, $5.99 for a trio of delicious tacos. We got a trio of paneer tikka tacos and a trio of saag paneer tacos (you can't mix'n'match, it has to be three of a kind to get the special price) to go and they were awesome! Hubby and I had leftovers. We also dined in and ordered a variety of items. It came to $70 for three without a lot of leftovers so this wasn't an awesome deal like the special was, but we did have some leftovers to take home and it was very tasty. I especially liked the Indian Protein Bread, it was hot and soft and flexible and yet held together well enough to use to pick up other food. The maharaja burrito was good. I wish they had a better selection of beverages on the menu (no regular chai tea?)"
"My 1st job was making pizza & have enjoyed pizza ever since,so I think I have a strong opinion on pizza. This is one of the best pizzas I have had!For the 1st time, I ordered a Deluxe Pizza and noticed a slightly sweeter crust, VERY good Tomato sauce & the Vegetables & Meat was very thickly cut!VERY NICE!I have never eaten here before but I will be back FOR SURE!!Thank for great food"
"Recently visited restaurant. I loved it. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and the service was very good. Would love to go by again. I don't live too far. Would definitely recommend."
"My BF came home with Mongolian "pork", honey walnut "shrimp" & green beans. Never heard of this place before and as I was eating it I didn't believe him for a second that it was all vegan. So much so I that I had to go on their website to see everything say vegan. I STILL didn't believe it so I had to call them lol. All this to show- their food is so tasty and I really thought it was real shrimp and pork! We'll be back :)"
"Love their Ramen anytime. Easy to order and pick up. They have plenty of options for me and my wife seeing as I am a vegetarian."
"LOVE THIS ITALIAN SMALL BUSINESS!It's so nice to go to small cozy restaurants and support small businesses. We have been here a number of times and always love what we get. A MUST HAVE is The Marinera Mozzarella :p"
"I come in here and get smoothies about once a week. The young man, Jude, who makes them always dies such a great job. All the employees here are friendly and helpful. It's a great overall experience."
"The worst meal I have had in a long time. Lulubowls is a delivery-only restaurant, offering a menu of healthy, Hawaiian/California inspired dishes with many vegetarian options. They are available on UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub. Our food arrived about 90 minutes after placing the order. The Green Papaya Slaw was $7, so I expected a small portion, but what we received was about three bites worth of watery shredded papaya, tasting only of vinegar and ginger. The Avocado Mac Salad was even worse-Dry, candy sweet, and prepared with flimsy, overcooked pasta. The Sweet Potato Potstickers were at least edible, but consisted of nothing more than mealy wonton wrappers filled with mashed sweet potato. Meh. The fried cauliflower in the Pineapple Teriyaki Cauliflower Bowl was delicious, and ultimately, the only tasty component of the entire meal. The rest of the bowl was flavorless, and I hated the weirdly sweet short grain rice they use. My fiancé got some non-vegetarian items and was equally disappointed. Avoid."
"As I'm sitting here, waiting for my delicious food to arrive at my table, I was just thinking that I can't believe I haven't reviewed one of my favorite places to eat.Not only does this place serve up amazing vegan Vietnamese food, but it is just all around an amazing Vietnamese food.My go to is usually the vermicelli rice bowl (massive) and/or pho and when we order food to go we usually order food for a couple of days because, really, the price also can't be beat. Oh, another great staple is their fried rice. It's a small place with a few tables inside and it seems like a family affair with maybe one in the front one in the back cooking. The service is quick and kind.Whatever they are doing I hope they keep doing it because I love coming here. The only downside is they are not open for lunch."
"Long gone are the days where we only came to Lamplight Lounge to eat the infamous Lobster Nachos. Those are only served on the Boardwalk area and you'll find a complete menu with various appetizers and entrees at the actual Lamplight Lounge restaurant. Like any sit-down restaurant in Disneyland, if you don't have a reservation, then you're best bet is to start lining up before it opens to add your name to the waitlist. We got there early enough and only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Everything is through texts so feel free to walk around the area while you're waiting. Just make sure you're back within 10 minutes of receiving the "ready" text.Brussels Caesar: I was honestly surprised by how delicious the Brussels were. I didn't expect a theme park restaurant to have high quality vegetable dishes but this was one of my favorite things we ordered. The brussels sprouts are roasted to a crisp, but not too burnt. And it stayed crispy despite the dressing mixed in. Highly recommend as a dish to share.Potato Skins: Misleading name because these weren't actually potato skins. They were like large, medallion-shaped hash browns. So good and crispy though! Comes with 5 pieces but it's easily split if you have a mismatched amount of people. And the paprika aioli and caper yogurt were perfect!Charbroiled Cheddar Burger: This tasted exactly what you would expect from an amusement park. It was a big burger and it came with a side of fries. But the patty was dry and lacking flavor. Vietnamese BBQ Pork Chop: Not sure if this was a special dish they had out for the Lunar New Year celebrations but it seemed interesting to try. The garlic noodles that comes with the dish is really good but the pork was just alright. It was a little dry and the char siu flavor tasted really artificial. Green Tea Donuts: Also not sure if this was special for LNY but we had to get it! Comes with 5 pieces and they're just regular donuts dipped in a really good matcha sauce. I was impressed and would get it again! I had a much better experience this time but not all of the food hit expectations. I wouldn't say it's worth waiting over an hour though so plan appropriately to have a reservation."
