"Love coming to Chiang Rai for authentic Northern Thai food! The menu is large so I get some dishes that I love every time but also try new menu items each visit. Some items I get almost every visit is the papaya salad, khao soi noodle soup, and midnight chicken. This visit, I added green curry, thai fried rice, and pad thai stir-fried noodle. For drinks, got the thai iced green tea which I enjoy more than the thai ice tea, however the thai ice green tea can be quite sweet so I started asking for more milk to make the drink less sweet.Highly recommend Chiang Rai for amazing thai food!"
"Happy hour drinks and appetizers! Woo woo!An extensive menu where everything looked delicious. I settled on the pad see eew with chicken.Very generous portion size; I was able to eat a decent amount of dinner and then have a bit leftover for lunch the next day. I can confidently say the food reheats well, too!Great little spot along Main Street in Seal Beach. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes!2024: 76/100"

"Food - Delicious! I love their noodles, fried rice, curries and everything! Service - Disappointed that portion got smaller than two years ago. One small spring roll for $8.99?!?! Ambiance - We did a take-out this time but it is clean and nice."
"Friendly service. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. The food is in large portions, and seems to come Ala Carte, though you order a plate. I ordered a plate of Orange Chicken plate. The orange chicken came in its own container and was a LOT. It comes with fried rice, also in its own container...and has a shrimp on it. I don't eat seafood, so I ask them to leave it out and they do. It also comes with a little salad. They don't have fountain drinks, so when you order a drink, it's in a can, but they give you a cup with ice for it. I enjoy the crunchiness of the orange chicken, it's crunchy, then the inside is soft, and then you have your chicken bite in the middle...and it's always fresh."
"OC's Best Thai Ribeye Steak goes to Rocharin!Yes, I know... confused? Rocharin Thai Bistro is a hidden gem in Seal Beach that doesn't step down from Thai flavor despite being a very small retired community and this was completely unexpected. My critical Thai mother was impressed and mentioned the flavors tasted similar to her own home cooking. On top of that, you will receive the nicest service from @pa2patou !Why do I think Rocharin has the best Thai Ribeye Steak aka Crying Tiger? The large Ribeye Steak is nicely marinated and grilled to perfection. It served with this tangy lime sauce that has dried chili flakes, shallots, scallions, fish sauce and more. Oh this sauce is an addiction! As you dip your pieces of steak into the Thai sauce, with every bite you will just want more and more.Visual review: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C-X3UvhpFOB/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA=="
"Love this Thai restaurant! We always order for delivery and it still comes out very good and fresh! They have great lunch specials that comes with rice and salad! Great deal for the price! Love the ambiance ! We dined in recently and ordered shrimp pad Thai, fried calamari and sweet & sour salmon! All very good and delicious! Service was great and staff was attentive. Indoor seating with a few tables! Been eating here for years and will always be back! :)"
"Silk Thai has really impressed me with their Lovely food Great service, and awesome ambience. The quality of foodie superb. This is definitely authentic Thai food that reminds me of home in Thailand."
"Passed by the center and saw the signs for Thai food and Sushi and decided to gove it a try. Came here after volleyball for lunch and was happy they had dine-in lunch specials available everyday (including weekends!) from 11:30am-2:30pm. Got the Sashimi Lunch Box with 7 pieces for $20. It includes Chef's Choice sashimi served with cucumber and seaweed salad, gyoza (3 pieces), miso soup, and California Roll or Tuna Cut Roll (5pcs). It was a good spread and variety of food and filled me up. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambience was pretty nice with comfy booth seating (see pics below). Overall content with the taste of the food and plan to put this restaurant in my rotation thanks to the lunch specials."
"Ordered Togo, service was good.Food tasted good, like your average Thai restaurant with lots of options.Portions are large and flavorful and they gave extra Thai chilis.Pad Thai came with a side of peanuts, and the bean sprouts were on the side to prevent them from going soggy.Soup was well balanced with just enough spice, and large pieces of shrimp."
"If you love noodles as much as I do, you have to put this place on your bucket list. Their noodles are rich with flavor. By the time you finish your noodles, your bowl would be completely empty, too.Let talk about this location. Parking is on the side of the building, pretty compact, and can get quite busy, so expect to park in the street. It is well worth the visit. The interior of the restaurant has a warm feeling to it, quite roomy from bar seating to regular tables seating. If it is busy, seating at the bar is good too. You can watch them prepare the sushi art work, pretty cool. They have quite a selection of food to choose from, but if you undecided, just try their noodles or fried rice special. You can't go wrong with that. What I usually order is:1. Boat Noodles Soup $14.99Noodle soup with beef, meat balls, beef stewed, and vegetables.2. Spicy Chicken Wings $15.99Fried chicken wings marinated with spicy special Thai sauce.3. Fireworks Roll $16.99Inside shrimp tempura and spicy tuna, top with seared tuna , sliced jalapeno, togarashi seasoning, and sweet ponzu sauce.I do switch things up but I always get their noodles, its a must for me. If you're like me, I tend to put Sriracha on everything, I suggest you dont ask for it here cause that's not thai spice. They have their own spice. LolThis place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience.P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!"
"Amazing!Hidden gem in Stanton. We tried their Pad Thai, Beef Salad, Crying Tiger......yummmmThe ladies were sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back."
"Great tasting Thai food. They provide great base dishes and use the Thai side seasonings to adjust to your personal flavor palette. That's how traditional Thai food is served and eaten. Had the Tom Yum Noodle soup. Zesty and hit the spot, especially during these winter months. Their rice dishes, such as basil chicken, are authentic in flavor and delicious. A good place to fulfill your Thai food cravings. Parking can be a little challenging during peak lunch hours but if you're patient and/or open to parking a handful of steps farther, you'll be fine. There's also a lot of dessert and shopping places within the same plaza. Make a whole event of it."

One of the best and recommended places for Northern Thai food. I can see why the lines are so long outside. Their meals are so fresh and crisp. The overall vibe of this place is heartwarming, they have so many different food options on their colorful menu and I can't wait to come back to try more. The only downside is that this place is so popular so their waitlist takes about an hour until you're seated. Parking: There's no established parking lot, only parking at the front of the store or side street parking. Portion is on the bigger side. So if you can eat, you can finish one dish. I wouldn't recommend ordering more than what you can handle. Crab curry: It's a soft shell crab in yellow curry. My favorite dish between the two was ordered because the crab has a light to medium batter coating and crunch. I don't know how they do it, but the crab still retained its crispiness after it was sitting in the bowl for 5 minutes. Khao Soi Noodle Soup (Medium Spice): Egg noodles in Khao Soi curry. Khao Soi curry is made up of coconut milk mixed with curry spices. It's a light broth even though it's made with coconut milk. If you're a spicy eater then their medium spice is like eating Shin ramen noodles, it just has a slight kick at the end. The soup was very full in flavor not salty, so I had to keep grabbing my water cup because the flavor was overwhelming me a lot. Thai Iced Green Tea: Tastes more like green tea than Thai tea. The drink is more milky than caffeinated. Beer Large (Singha): Light carbonated beer drink. It's an Asian beer so it's slightly less bitter earthy compared to American beer. I would recommend it if you want a refreshing carbonated drink to pair with something fried.

I went on a Tuesday at noon and we were seated right away! Beautiful and clean interior with great and attentive staff!I got the lunch special of ka prao with tofu and brown rice and salad (instead of soup). The salad was fresh with good veggies and a tasty dressing. The ka prao was very tasty and not too spicy! Veggies were crisp, I got the soft tofu and the brown rice was cooked well. A great serving for only around $13!

Been going to Thai Pepper for at least 10 years at this point I'm pretty sure. It's always remained consistently great! For anyone saying anything about spices or flavors, you can request spice level. Even 'mild' has a bit of a kick, so you can also has for 'no spice' i think. But honestly. I highly recommend the 'a la carte' versions as you get a lot of food. It makes great leftovers, even cold haha. (I'm actually eating some as I type.)Everyone who I get Thai Peper with (I still always pick up), always loves it and craves it!! It's even become part of my family's Christmas Tree decorating night tradition haha.

We had an eventful day in Seal Beach and decided to stop by here for lunch.Parking: Free parking lot. They're located in a small plaza, so parking can be a bit tricky. We got lucky with parking in front of the restaurant.Ambiance/Environment: Really nice and clean inside! Great for large groups. They have a small bar in the back left corner. We came in around @12:30, and noticed it started getting busy in the late afternoon. You can do a walk up or make reservations online.Service: Shout out to our server Jeremy! Not only was he waiting tables by himself, but he also took great care of us! Very courteous and efficient. Throughput was approximately 15 min for our orders. What we ordered:1) Royal Thai Appetizer (lunch special), Sake Paloma, Sake Moscow Mule - This royal appetizer came in a 3 tier stand filled with all Thai classics such as egg rolls, chicken skewers, cheese puffs, coconut shrimps, fried dumplings, Thai money bags, and shrimp wrappers. All the sauces came on top. My favorite was the peanut sauce. Everything was cooked well and absolutely delicious! We decided to go with the 2 cocktails. The Moscow mule was strong, and the Paloma was sweet & fruity.2) Seal Beach Noodles - stir fry yakisoba noodles with shrimp, chicken, onions, dry chili, cashew nuts, & water chestnuts in their special house sauce. The noodles had a lot of flavor and wasn't too salty. The chicken and shrimp were also cooked well, though I wish it had more of it.3) Mongolian Beef with Jasmine brown rice (lunch special) - Mongolian beef was mouth watering! The jasmine brown rice wasn't too sticky. The dressing on the salad really pulled the flavors together. This also came with a small soup and crispy wonton; both had a plain taste but made the entire dish fulfilling.4) Mango Lemonade & Thai Tea Lemonade - These were so refreshing! We loved both our drinks!Pricing: It is a bit on the pricier end. Can't blame them for operating in this inflation. I'd say it's worth it because their food tastes authentic, great service, and welcoming ambiance.

Fast and Friendly service last night close to closing time! We started with Shrimp Rolls. I ordered Tom Kha Koong soup. I love coconut soup. My friend had the Pumpkin Curry and sticky rice. Everything was excellent. I also ordered Shrimp Tom Yum to go, for lunch today. It was yummy. It was a nice quiet time to visit with my friend. Nice vibe.

The interior is very nice and clean. It looks pretty modern. The pricing is decent, a little pricey to compare with my favorite Thai restaurants . Pad Thai here was delicious! It wasn't too oily, I had the right amount of sauce (some places put too much), and it wasn't dry.Tom Yum The soup was great as well. It had the right amount of sweet with a mildly sour taste.Papaya salad and fried fish was tasty ,i like the sauce. Each plate is full of flavor. Customer service exelente

"The service here is great and the staff is super friendly! We walked in and noticed the place was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere which is nice for a place located in a strip mall. I ordered the Red Curry (#125) with chicken and asked for extra spicy. The thin strips of chicken were paired with slices of bell peppers and had a hint of mint as well. It was simmering in a coconut milk broth and was decently spicy without compromising flavor. My wife ordered the Kai Koowah (#106) and hers was equally as delicious. I sampled hers and the beef was tender, delicious and the thick cut noodles were fantastic. Mi Ama ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Hers was also very tasty and came as a large enough portion to share with the family. We highly recommend this place if you are craving some great Thai Food! We will definitely come back for more!"
"Our Thai spot when I visit the in-laws. It's owned by the same company as "Sushi on Fire" and while we've been here several times we've never tried either of their sushi locations.Duck Noodle: Noodles with roasted duck (Skin on), bean sprouts, green onion, cilantro, and garlic sauce. My favorite, very nice soy sauce based broth, overall noodle soup tasted clean and not heavy.Potak: (Hot & sour seafood soup) Thai spicy soup with seafood in a spicy broth of lemongrass (Shrimp, fish, calamari, and mussel). Delicious and a good option for seafood lovers, my wife uses their version as the bar for tiwhr places. Pad Thai: pan-fried noodles with egg, bean sprouts, cooked in sweet and tangy sauce garnished with crushed peanuts. Noodle were perfectly cooked and not falling apart, consistent for takeout or in-person dining.Shrimp Blanket: Marinated shrimp rolls with wonton skin served with sweet and sour sauce. Nice and crunchy, tasted great with the sweet and sour sauce."
"The Uber driver and Yelp reviews led me to eat here and this place did not disappoint!Perfect place to eat before/after getting onto/off cruise terminal. We got the khao soi with chicken, duck noodle soup and their thai iced tea.Everything was so good and the servers were all super nice!Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area!"
"I've had plenty of Thai food and none have hit the spot so far. This place definitely hit all the right tastebuds for me. Let's start with the papaya salad. The flavors were just astronomical and we ordered it spicy and it was spicyyy. My ear drums were ringing a little from jt but it wasn't too bad after. This is an off menu item and will only be put on the menu if people are willing to try it.Spicy spaghetti was probably my absolute favorite thing, the flavors of sweet spicy and savory just dance on your tastebuds. This place is known for their rice street noodles and it's a Thai version of kung pao chicken. It was good but my preference would've been to make it a little spicier. It was more on the sweet side for me. Overall probably one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in a while. And I would definitely come back to try the other dishes."
"This little hidden gem is so delicious! You wouldn't know it by the area or the ambiance of the restaurant itself. Nothing special in regard to the small and very minimal decorated inside of the restaurant. Only 5 tables and a tiny bar stool area. Kind of reminds me of something you would find in Thailand. The food was delicious! And can I say, I can never really get a good papaya salad that is more on Thai style vs westernized. What I mean is, o get it.., Americans do not like that fishy, liming, salty, a little bit of sweetness goodiness like you would find in Thailand. It's usually on the more bland side too. And for over the spiciness... I can never really get the right heat! I could have gotten the extra spicy here... still they could have made it a bit more Thai style...Food: * Papaya salad - good taste and flavor, could use a bit more fish sauce or some sort of on the fisher side... I do love it when they use raw crab in papaya salad or dry shrimp. Still very tasty and I would definitely order it again. * spicy basil with beef- very yummy! * pad sew ew- cooked very well. * Chinese broccoli with pork- yummy! Everything was so good! Can't complain about anything except maybe their portion was on the smaller side... but very tasty and I would come back. Too bad I don't live near by, wish there was a place like this near me. Tip: The bathroom you have to go thru their kitchen to use it."
"This is the only place my wife and I go to for Thai food in the Anaheim area. Located in the shopping center off Euclid and Crescent where Jollibee and 99 Ranch is located. Although this shopping center can get pretty busy as many shopping centers with several popular Asian businesses do, I'm always surprisingly able to find decent parking. We have dined in several times and the restaurant itself is clean has a good amount of seating. I've never seen it busy enough to be close to a full house or would require to be on a waiting list. We have usually been seated immediately. The staff has always been great. Very polite, attentive and quick in handling any requests. We have also ordered by phone and even through delivery apps and the orders are always correct. We have never had anything from our orders missing ever.My wife always orders the bbq short ribs special which is pretty much the same type of bbq short rib special you can order from Thai Bbq. We used to go to Thai Bbq to get this BBQ short ribs special but since we think it tastes the same, maybe even a bit better, we no longer make the trip to Cerritos where the nearest Thai bbq location is. Their pad Thai and pad see ew is always on point. The papaya salad is always on point as well. The one dish we always have to order is their crab fried rice. This is the one thing I'll always recommend aside from the bbq short ribs special. This fried rice is full of flavor and the portion size of the order is enough for 4-5 people. 2-3 people if you love and eat as much of this fried rice as I do.. ok maybe 1-2 people if you're like me. There's a good amount of egg and they aren't shady with the crab meat, which the crab meat isn't artificial crab btw. The price isn't too bad either! We have tried several other typical dishes that is usually ordered and just like everything else, on point and never disappointing. Never had any food, ordering, or general issues with this business and always a good experience. This is why we continue to come here. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you're craving some Thai food! Don't forget to get the mango and sticky rice if you decide to give them a try!"
"Great food and excellent service. I highly recommend Jasmine Hana. It's a good value for the money you pay."
"Yet another amazing trip to Aura Thai. Absolutely loved the yellow curry. It had a wonderful sweet yet spicy flavor to it. It was just what I was looking for on this day!The LARGE thai iced tea. Folks, it's served in a doggon vase. It is large lolThanks Chris for a great lunch at your place"
"Great neighborhood find! This is a small mom and pop restaurant with authentic Thai food with excellent prices and good portion sizes.Got the pad see ew with pork, fresh (salad) rolls with chicken, Thai tea, and panang curry with tofu. The curry was available as a combo that came with rice, salad and a fried wonton. i really liked how my noodles had an abundance of meat and Chinese broccoli. Their tap water is fruit infused which is a nice touch.Friendly service! There are only a handful of tables so I imagine they do a lot of takeout.Parking in the back, but there seems to only be like one or two spots. I checked with them to make sure we were in the right spot as we didnt want to get towed."
"We have not been here for a long time and we decided to comeback again. Authentic Cambodian food, plenty of selection to choose from. We are very pleased with the food and their service. The staff are very friendly and give great recommendations on what to order. We are surely coming back again and try other dishes."
"Called ahead to order take out, was quoted 10-15, and it was ready before 8 minutes. Easy to pick up and pay, clean interior with a corner stage for karaoke. Good quality was great and would try more of the menu when I return.I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken as the protein and asked for no bean sprouts. The food was ready a few min early, hot and ready to eat. The take-out container was full, a large entire portion size and an appropriate portion of chicken too. It wasn't dry anywhere, just some bites had disproportionately more noodles and therefore tasted less intense. I enjoyed the dish, though I think it could have used another 10% more sauce, but that might just be me liking it extra saucy."
"Love that you're able to call in your order and pick up without having to wait . Staff is courteous and make this an over all great place to order"
"Thai food is one of my favorites and my girlfriend recommended this spot because she had the Tom Kha Soup once, years ago and never forgot about it. Anyways, we visited during the dinner hour and were highly impressed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the service was exceptional. Of course we ordered the Crab Rangoons as a starter and it was hot and crispy. For the entrees we ordered the Tom Kha Soup, Pad See Ew with Beef and the Pineapple Fried Rice w/ Chicken. The soup was hot, creamy and fragrant with fresh ginger and lemongrass. The shrimp was generous in size and flavorful from simmering in the broth. The Pad See Ew and the Pineapple Fried Rice was delicious. Overall we had a great experience at this local mom and pop spot nestled in a neighborhood in Downey, Ca. Thank you Sizzling Thai Kitchen!"
"Yum Thai Bistro's service, food and ambiance were all excellent. Jay, our amazing and delightful server, carefully explained each dish and delivered them at our table with perfect timing. The Yum Thai Starter, a combination of golden shrimp, veggie crispy rolls & crispy wontons, was the perfect appetizer. We followed up with tasty chow mein, pad thai and garlic pepper. Chef Tommy is top-notch!The decor was inviting. The bathrooms immaculate. We promised each other to go back during mango season for the mango with sticky rice, one of my favorite desserts. We highly recommend Yum Thai Bistro."
"I love this place ! The vibe inside is so pretty and cozy . They are also available on Uber eats . Their pad Thai , and red curry is amazing !"
"Today we had an amazing dinner at shrimpLovers!!!Delicious seafood combo is highly recommended with a wonderful assortment of crab, shrimp, potatoe and sausage spiced to your taste!Delicious seafood and Thai food creating a wonderful assortment of choices! The view is the entire redondo pier is an added attraction"
"My coworker ordered this for her lunch and it smelled so delicious that I asked her where she ordered from. Pad see ew - the aroma itself is enticing. The noodles were aldente and had a good wok flavor. Pad Thai - equally tasty, not too sweet. Portions are big and around $15. The shop is small and the staff was friendly."
"My wife and I stopped in for the first time tonight. We have driven past it hundreds of times, but finally stopped in as we were wanting something lighter for dinner. The staff was super friendly, we ordered the chicken pad woon sen, which was refreshing and delicious, and we ordered the chicken pineapple fried rice, which my wife loved. I highly recommend Thai Wave for anyone looking for a good Thai meal!"
"Decided to come here during lunch and got there as soon as they opened. Parking was not easy to find the day I went - The lot was pretty full but I later saw a bunch of people coming out of what looked like a Pilates or yoga class. You can sit either inside or outside and service is pretty fast. They have a bunch of curries, salads, chicken, beef, soup, rice and noodle dishes. They also have a lunch menu M-F from 11 am - 2:45 pm and is not valid on Holidays.I got their yellow curry lunch special and it comes with soup or salad with rice and an egg roll for $14.95. I got their soup, which was tangy and sour but the flavor was really good. There was chunks of mushrooms, tomatoes and beef. The broth was light. I really enjoyed it. It looks spicy but I didn't think it was.Their yellow curry was good. mild in flavor, but the veggies were really crunchy. Like undercooked. However, maybe this was by design because their potatoes were soft and fully cooked. The egg roll was hot and crispy when I got it and not super greasy.I sat outside, but inside they have a tv and a small fountain towards the back. I would be back to try some of their other dishes and maybe I'll try that salad instead of soup next time."
"Mai Thai is our go to spot for Thai food whether we want take out or dine in.The dining room is good for 1 or a group. The staff takes their time to explain every little detail to the picky eaters or novelist Thai food eaters. The drinks come up super fast. And honestly no one waits long for the food. Family style portions for food.... Well each plate va. Be for 1-3 people for sure.If you love Pad Thai. Go with Pad See Ewe. It is a very special treat especially if you are a creature of habit and always order the same thing. But want go try something new.The pineapple rice is AMaZiNG! Very flavorful. It's a fav of mine. This time around my companion ordered the dick curry with a level 3 spice and loved it. I'm not a fan of duck so I didn't give get a try. But the bowl was fully, meaty and packed with all kinds of extras.Soda, water, beer, wine, hot tea and Thai Tea are all served here. Don't complain you are thirsty because all the glasses are large.Enjoy!"
"Clean dining area, nice servers, reasonable pricing and GREAT food! Walked in casually one day for lunch special and returned for to-go dinner occasionally. Recommend"
"I love that this restaurant has a drive through option! It's very convenient for stop and go food after the airport, and the quality of my pad see ew was excellent. It was very flavorful and had the perfect ratio of noodles/meat/veggies. The staff is very friendly and helped give suggestions- I tried green Thai tea for the first time and it was creamy and not too sweet. Would love to come back here again with my family next time we're in the area!"
"Some of the best thai food I've ever had. I really like the atmosphere of the place and the prices not too bad. I got the red curry with beef and it was so good, I also like that they provided hot sauce with it which was also really good. All in all a 10/10 place!"
