"I liked it. My fam came here last Christmas and it was half empty. We enjoyed it and decided to come back this year. I guess word got out because this year it was packed. Inside is bright, spacious, and modern. Lots of TVs on the walls to watch a game. They also have a large patio area with nice views of the hills and golf course. It's a good place for groups. They easily accommodated our group of 14. The food is good. For appetizers we got the firecracker shrimp, calamari, and spicy ahi tuna tacos. Those were all a hit, even with the kids. For mains our group got a bit of everything and everybody liked it. I can definitely recommend the New York steak and the lamb rack. The little sauces they come with were great. The steak side dishes are just ok though. The rice pilaf was a bit dry. Minor complaint but yo where was my maraschino cherry in my old fashioned? lolService was good. Friendly staff. Easy parking in the front lot."
"It's been a while, but I've given this place more chances and have to say I'll continue returning! As someone who doesn't like mimosas, I knew bottomless would've been a rip off for me with their deal. Luckily, I was able to use a different menu and order a margarita on the side without having to use their bottomless brunch menu!Their Buffalo Chicken Wings came out steaming and packed! It tasted exactly like you'd expect from good wings. If you have the stomach, try out their Clam Chowder! Super creamy, filling, and hearty if you're not feeling anything else. Glad I'm able to get a difference experience from last time!"

"A friend and I came to BLK Earth Sea Spirits for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is located upstairs on the south east corner of PCH and Main street right across the street from the beach. Note that Huntington Beach has a street fair every Tuesday night and Main Street is blocked off from PCH for several blocks north which may throw off your arrival time if you are not aware. We were seated immediately out on the patio which was fairly busy but inside was pretty empty. The restaurant definitely has a classy feel and would be great for a date. The patio wall is low with glass above so you get a great view of the beach and up and down PCH. The décor is nice and modern. The dinner rolls were real good and had some herb flavor. We both ordered the filet mignon and my friend added on a lobster tail. The cuts of meat were very thick but were cooked through as ordered and tasted great. I ordered some bearnaise sauce which was ok. We were both doing the carnivore thing and didn't order any sides. Prices were a little on the high side but on par with most of the fancy restaurants down here. Service was good and the host was very friendly also. The one thing that was weird was the plates our steaks were served on. They are just big rectangular completely flat plates. With nothing on my plate besides the big thick chunk of meat, it made the steak look kind of small and potentially could have been a big mess if a lot of juice came out of the steak."
"Ruth Chris Long Beach was the best date night we could have asked for. The food is always consistent and the quality is top tier BUT it was the IMPECCABLE service we received that made our night! Hailey was our server and Adolfo was her server assistant and both of them were a dream! Hailey gave us recommendations when we couldn't decide between our sides and made sure she kept us updated on our drink orders when the bar got a little backed up. We were going to skip dessert and then we saw an Apple crumble that another table had ordered and Hailey highly recommended it...I'm so glad she did.We had such an amazing time that we left our table and went to the bar. The bar was packed but we never felt as though we were being ignored as you sometimes can feel when the bar is busy.Overall, this has been the best Ruth Chris experience I have had out of going to multiple locations in and outside of SoCal. We will definitely be back!"
"I recently visited Queensview Steakhouse, located on the upper level of Parker's Lighthouse, for a special birthday dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.I was looking for a nice restaurant in Long Beach and decided to try Queensview. I made a reservation for when they open at 5 PM to ensure a table with a breathtaking view overlooking the Queen Mary. The early timing was perfect as we got to enjoy the stunning scenery as the sun went down, which added to the celebratory atmosphere. The food we ordered was great. I had the bone-in rib-eye cooked medium rare, and it came out perfectly cooked and flavorful. My girlfriend ordered the lamb chops, which were equally delicious. We also shared an order of onion rings, which were crispy and delightful. Others in our group ordered the burger, and everyone agreed it was excellent. The service was outstanding. The staff even left a card signed by the entire team, which added a thoughtful touch to the celebration. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly made the evening special.Overall, I would definitely recommend Queensview Steakhouse for an intimate dinner with great views, amazing food, and exceptional service. It's the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a memorable dining experience in Long Beach."
"This place is a nice scenery away from ayce kbbq. You could tell this place focus on service and quality meat since it's not ayce. We were seated in the middle tables without the table grill but they cooked the meat elsewhere before putting it on our portable grill to keep warm. They were great in keeping our banchans refilled once they're empty, it's nice of them without having us to ask!We had a large party so we ordered 3 combos, as well as some other side meats and raw crab which was plenty of food. The crab was very flavorful and fresh compared to other Korean restaurants. They also provided us all with gloves to keep our hands clean. Come here if you want good quality Korean bbq meat!"
"Dine in a beautiful garden. The food at 608 Dahlia is delicious, and they rotate their menu seasonally, so the food uses high quality ingredients, some of them picked from the chef's garden. We first ate here after exploring Sherman Library and Gardens, as it's located just inside. Service is so friendly here, and they take time to explain the dishes to you. When it came time to plan our wedding, we had a tasting, and everything was amazing. It was so easy to work with Emily - she's always on top of it, responds quickly to our questions and requests, and is so personable and friendly to talk to. We really love the wildberry spritz (lavender drink) that we had before, and they were willing to add it to our cocktail menu for the wedding. They work with a rental company for renting all the furniture, silverware, etc. and Emily managed all of the logistics with rentals and taking into consideration our preferences for colors and styles. We had a small family medical emergency at the wedding, and Emily was the only person who checked in with us after the wedding, which was super sweet. We also met Chef Jessica Roy a couple times, and we have nothing but good things to say. On our wedding day, the food tasted even better than the tasting, and everyone was raving about the food. I was curious about the chef, since from my experience, it can be tough to maintain a high quality standard for food that is served to tons of people at the same time. This can't be an ordinary chef. It turns out Chef Jessica Roy has an impressive background - prior chef at 3-star Michelin-rated Alinea and she's been on Food Network competitions. You can definitely see the thought and care that she puts in her food and plating. So grateful that we had such a humble and talented chef for our wedding. Thank you, Emily and Chef Roy for a lovely and unforgettable wedding and a fantastic meal!"
"When I walked it there wasn't no one there to greet me as I walked in. Someone eventually came and took our offer. Prices aren't bad since the meal with 2 sides. The food was feeling as I got a New York cut with salad and mashed potatoes. Salad bar is very pathetic. It wasn't enough variety. No water was offered since we didn't purchase a drink. And none came to check on us. Overall 4/10"
"This was a surprise for me - I had never heard of this restaurant. Upon arrival the seating seemed a bit too open for my taste but I adjusted and it was fine . They have a great whisky list and the wine list is pretty good as well. I do need to take a moment to silence for the Wagyu steak. It was so good! They give you a soy egg sauce for dipping if you'd like and it's pretty tasty. Staff was very informative and attentive throughout the meal. I can't wait to go back."
"I hope my experience reflects the current state of the grand opening. Unfortunately, the valet service was disappointing; I had to wait 20 minutes, and finding self-parking in that strip mall is nearly impossible. The service was slow. Our server made several mistakes and rarely checked in on us, which meant we had to seek her out for assistance. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend the chicken piccata, meatloaf, Thai salad, and the butter cake."
"My first time here, but my wife had been here years ago on a business dinner. We both ordered the Chef's Omakase dinner, one with Filet and one with New York steak. The five course meal came out in very well prepared and timed intervals allowing for us to enjoy each course's unique flavor and texture while leaving time to discuss that part of the meal. Looking around the restaurant during our dinner, I noticed most customers had ordered similarly as the meals went by. The restaurant was full throughout the evening, with a couple celebrations through the night. The old saying that a meal is excellent with great service was true here, and the saying continues, that it's superb when someone else picks up the tab. Well, my wife brought her wallet tonight. Thank you to our server Rie san, for making our evening special. I write Haiku when I have time --crescent moon glow through the window on my wife's face"
"YUM ! Stopped by here on a random Saturday afternoon , called my order in the lady on the phone was super nice . She said ready in 15 minutes I arrive , it's a small plaza with other businesses such as a barber shop & 711 ,near Jordan highschool in Long Beach . Parking SUPER PACKED , but luckily I get a spot right in front. I enter everything looks super clean , they have fresh fish on display as well . I get back to work to try it out & YUM YUM . I got the lunch combo #3 with 3 piece , 6 shrimp & 2 sides. I picked the red snapper & fries/coleslaw. The fish & shrimp were fried to perfection , the seasoning on the fish was perfect ! Coleslaw tasted freshly made & their tartar sauce was great as well it was TOO tarty lol . Def coming back , did my happy food dance to this !"

During a recent visit, my parents took me here for lunch, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We ordered their a Red Special Burger, Classic Caesar salad, and Spicy Ahi Tacos. All three dishes were very good. My burger was terrific and I chose the side salad, which was crammed in a little dish which made it difficult to navigate/mix up. I felt it could have used more ingredients--some additional tomatoes, cucumbers, or croutons would have been nice.We would have liked to sit outside, but it was a bit too warm that day. Inside, the atmosphere was a little noisy, probably due to the golfers who had just finished a round of drinking, I mean a round of golfing.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it and return.

Woodys Wharf is that perfect sweet spot where dock bar vibes meet an elevated American bar fare and seafood experience. Picture this: killer waterfront views, a laid-back atmosphere, and service so good it almost outshines the sunset. (Almost.)Happy hour was admittedly on the quieter side, but honestly, that's when you should go. Why? Because the food and drink specials are unbeatable, and you'll get all the attention from their top-notch staff. Speaking of drinks, the espresso martini? Absolute fire. FTW.This spot has officially stolen my heart, and I'm not even mad about it. I'll be here all week, and honestly, I'm already planning my next two visits. Don't walk--run to Woody's Wharf. You won't regret it!

Just got into the OC, we come here all the time, but I've never been to this restaurant. It's been here for many many years. Right next-door to Fred's Mexican but this is more steak and seafood. Very basic menu doing some old classics like adding the "Oscar touch "too many of their dishes. If you know, you know, but great Caesar salad, great lamb chops. Had a nice seafood brochette which they call skewered seafood but old school is brochette. Free parking down below, which is great nice to be here in the winter time because otherwise this place would be packed tonight maybe six tables total in a big spot. Nice big screen TV out front and we're watching the Lakers grizzlies game. Believe it... Lakers are winning everybody's healthy so far. Enjoy.

Alright one full week in LB and 6 spots later, finally a solid 5/5. Service, ambiance, and food were on point. Also the value plays a big role to me when I'm spending $200 and this was worth it. Martinis were icey on top and yummy. Ordered extra dirty and they weren't dirty enough, so go with filthy. The small seafood platter was honestly a lot of food, and the best part of the meal for $60. There were 8 snow crab pieces, 4 fresh oysters, 2 half lobster bites and even tuna poke on top!!Mac and cheese with lobster was great, but the cheese tasted a little velveta like, but there was no way it was that...still loved itFrench onion soup hit the spot, drank it all. Red beet salad was super fresh with crunchy watermelon. Table bread with the pecan and honey butter was killer too. I honestly will come back and get the seafood tower to myself and leave happy if I'm craving seafood. Free 2 hour parking.UPDATE: 40 hours later, both our stomachs started to bubble. We for sure got a food poisoning bug and barfed and had diarrhea for a day. Dang, the food was so good though, but we BOTH had the same thing. I will probably still come back though lol

Came here for Valentine's Day and it was a great experience! We were so surprised at how spacious the interior is, the high ceilings and dark woodsy vibes were so nice. They have large tables so they can definitely accommodate for larger partiesWe ordered the small beef combo which came with brisket, marinated boneless short rib, & our choice of either ribeye or non marinated boneless short rib where we chose the latter. It also comes w a soybean stew and steamed eggWe ordered another boneless short rib which was highkey waaaay too much food for the two of us xD but it was deliciousThe side dishes were really good! I absolutely LOOOOOVE how they have raw marinated shrimp as a banchan bc like what other kbbq place has that as a side dish?!?! Absolutely amazingOnly downside was that their kimchi was a bit bland but their kimchi pancake was super dankAlisha was an amazing server!!! She cooked our meat to perfection and was sooo sweet and personableShe gave us free dessert which ended our meal perfectlyI highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for some really good quality Korean bbq with great service and good vibesCan't wait to come back to try the beef tongue and pork belly hehe

"Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood - A Seafood Lover's DelightAfter a long day of traveling to LA from MD for a film festival, my BFF and I desperately needed a good meal. Although we only eat seafood, the hotel concierge recommended Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood, which initially made us a little wary. But let me tell you--we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in.The restaurant's aesthetic was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, with perfect lighting that created an intimate but relaxed atmosphere. Eddie, the doorman, greeted us warmly, making us feel like VIPs. His old-school charm set the tone for the evening, and I knew we were in for a memorable experience. Our waiter, Ramon, was equally impressive. His knowledge of the menu and prompt, professional service made everything easy. We started with a Coke and a Sprite, and before we could even mention how hungry we were, the most amazing warm, garlic-buttery bread arrived at our table. It was soft, delicious, and plentiful--an ideal start. Then came the watermelon margaritas, which were perfectly balanced, not too sweet or overpowering. They were refreshing and absolutely delightful. Next up: stuffed mushrooms, which were massive and filled with a seafood dressing that was nothing short of addictive. At this point, I wondered how I could possibly eat more, but the meal was just beginning. We shared a crispy salad, followed by a small plate of pasta with homemade marinara sauce that was simply succulent. As each course came, Chris, the busboy, quickly cleared the table and neatly packed up our leftovers, ensuring we were never cluttered. We both ordered the sea bass for the main course and wow, it was perfection! The outside was crispy, while the inside was so tender it melted in our mouths. Paired with garlic-buttery mashed potatoes and asparagus, the dish had my taste buds dancing. To cap off the evening, we couldn't resist dessert. I chose the red velvet cake, while my BFF chose the chocolate cake. I enjoyed my cake later that night, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience. From the attentive service to the outstanding food, Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood exceeded all expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our vacation. This place gets a well-deserved 5 stars! Special thanks to the manager. He stopped by our table at least twice to check up on us. I believe his name is Janie."
"My friend and I had the most wonderful dining experience here! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess with a bright smile and a glass of complimentary champagne while we waited for our table. The restaurant was beautifully adorned with bouquets of fresh flowers, really elegant! We ordered the following to share: sake glazed fish, sushi taco, and chicken lettuce wraps. The food presentation, quality, and taste were superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!"
"Pauls Grill is absolutely delicious. His BBQ truck has a rotating menu and he cooks all sorts of meats, tri tip, steaks, ribs, and on and on. Check him out on instagram @pauls.grill to pre-order. He has single meals available but also does family style trays as well. Paul is super friendly and accommodating to whatever your BBQ needs are. Service is amazing and the food can't be beat locally. A must try!"
"Super solid korean italian fusion spot! We came in around 2 and we didn't have to wait. Staff is super friendly and the place is really clean. Food is super yum & the side dishes help balance the flavors. The owner gave us the burrata grapefruit dish on the house and i think it might've been my favorite. The carbonara was really creamy and flavorful i loved that too. Pictured: burrata grapefruit, seafood marinara, carbonara, oc galbi korean"
"I wasn't impressed by service nor the restaurant. I found the restaurant to incredibly loud and the waiter to be impatient and abrupt. On a busy night we were in and out in les than an hour. I would have liked to enjoy my nice evening out by way of a more lingering experience, but our waiter had no time for that. My friend ordered the pot pie which she enjoyed. The presentation was impressive with the oversized pastry billowing over the dish. I ordered the chicken picatta. It was okay but not anything special. The mixed vegetables were steamed, which I always find uninteresting and not flavorful. I would expect steamed vegetables at a lower class restaurant. On the flip side, if you're looking for a hip, vibing place to hang, then their bar looked like it would fill that need greatly. Parking is mostly Valet, which takes some patients too at their busy times."
"Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Kelsey is an outstanding waitress -- so attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back!"
"Rex!!!! Love this steakhouse along redondo beach. I've come here for special occasions (christmas dinner, birthday dinners) and need to make it a more regular occasion!Food is super reasonably priced and large portions. Their appetizers are amazing and pasta. My favorite is their steak tartare which is only $23!The main attraction which is their meats could have a bit more to be desired but definitely scratches the itch. Portion is so large you can def split a single meat and other entre for two people. For four we had the two person meats and two entrees and still had leftovers. Don't forget to come here for your birthday for that nice birthday ice cream! We had Kyle who attended to us and he was the best. So sweet and such a gentlemen!"
"The palms is a nice place to have a good time locally. It's not extraordinary or too expensive but it's a place to swing by from time to time."
"I was actually quite impressed with Maderas.I came here with some friends for lunch to celebrate two birthdays on a Saturday. We didn't have reservations and arrived around 1pm and there was no wait. It wasn't super busy either and we got seated right away. Maderas is known for their steaks and BBQ, but they have other items on there as well. They had pastas, salads, and seafoods items. For lunch they also had burgers, sandwiches, and some Mexican food. We were given complementary breads and butter to start. For appetizers, we shared the onion brick and Caesar salad. OMG, I am a big onion rings fan and their onion brick was one of the best I have had. It came with a side of BBQ sauce to dip and it was absolutely delicious. Yum! For lunch, I shared the ginormous Tomahawk steak ($125/40-42 oz), which came with two sides. We shared the sweet potato fries and grilled veggies. The Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. It was very flavorful and we even had plenty of left overs. It's definitely a treat if you are looking for a good steak. We also ordered some chilaquiles for the table. You get the option of red or green sauce, which meats in it, and how you want your eggs cooked on top. We got the green sauce and it was one of the best chilaquiles I have had. Definitely was flavorful and came with some refried back beans and dirty rice. My only complaint was that it wasn't a larger dish. Since it was our friends birthday they were given some cheese cake. It was also really good and enjoyable. The pricing here was pretty standard for a steakhouse. We paid a little over $400 for the 4 of us and we left satisfied with some leftovers. The staff here was awesome. Our waitress went above and beyond. She was super knowledgable and helpful. She also made sure to be attentive. The food came out fast and we were all pretty happy. The inside of this place has a bit of a diners feeling but a tad more upscale. Maderas is great for lunch or dinner and I cannot wait to come back."
"I'm not going to lie, I didn't have high hopes for a steak place in a food court type venue. But this place was amazing I even thought to myself, how old is this meat and how long has it been sitting here. But omg it was so fresh and tenderIt's conveniently located inside rodeo 39. They have plenty of free private parking. Plus you can explore tons of other places after you eat here We went up and asked the girl behind the counter for some recommendations. We went with the ribeye cut and then you get one butter / sauce and two sides. (42 dollars) We also ordered a butcher burger, fries and two drinks. The total came to around 60 dollars. Which to be honest the steak was just as good as any steakhouse. And worth the price alone. When our food was ready we got a text and went back up to the counter to get it. One of the workers helped carry the food out to our table. I like how I can pick the meat and see it in the case, the service was great, i like that I can see the people cooking it as well, I think the price for steak is extremely reasonable especially when it comes with two sides, it literally took about 10 minutes for our food which was great and it's a great location for food lovers. I'll definitely be back again"
"Checked out the reviews and decided to try it out for my son's birthday dinner. This place is nestled in a small center right by the beach. The service was a bit slow when we got seated but a waitress came by, that wasn't assigned to my table, and was able to change my review about the service. We tried the baby back ribs with shrimp taquitos (very delicious). The espresso martini and lemon drop was also very tasty. We decided to get the warm butter cake for dessert. Overall great experience, great service and nice ambiance. And what tops the cake is the staff giving my son a birthday card with staff signatures. Definitely coming back to try other meals on the menu."
"We just had the pleasure of enjoying a fabulous dinner with 3 friends tonight. Three of us ordered the prime rib which was perfection and my wife ordered the grilled shrimp and really enjoyed it.We also ordered a chocolate cake and a carrot cake to share, delicious. The chocolate cake is off the charts. Our server was the best, he had the patience of Jobe with me because I'm the slowest eater in town.Cheers to the San Franciscan, still a great experience. See you soon."
"A steak that cuts like butter and terrific cocktails and service. First time and won't be the last!"
"The verde pozole with shredded was amazing and came with 3 complimentary potato tacos which was a nice surprise! I've had their red pozole with pork which is also very good! Their tacos are packed with meat and the salsas are flavorful! They package their meals with care as well."
"First visit and had an excellent experience. We had met the owners at a Yelp event a couple months back, and loved their meatballs so much I made a note to visit the restaurant asap. It's located in a beautiful brick building and the décor is fancy/casual. There's primarily on street parking, with city/private lots nearby.SERVICE: Excellent. When I asked about the elevator, the hostess told me that it was out of order, but she followed me outside and assisted us with getting my elderly mother-in-law up the many steps from the street. Once seated, Leo waited on us, and he couldn't have been better. The entire waitstaff worked very well together.FOOD & DRINKS: OMG...so delicious! We started by sharing the Arancini appetizer ($14) which was a first-ever for me and it fabulous. For entrées, we ordered the Striped Sea Bass Special ($40), the Rigatoni Bolognese ($25) and added two meatballs (+$10), and the Guanciale Wrapped Prawns ($20). Everything had so much flavor and was prepared perfectly. I'm not a big fish fan, but that Striped Bass was fantastic. We finished off the evening by sharing the Lemon Butter Cake ($12) and an Affogato al Caffe ($8). Currently, they only have beer and wine, but I heard that they are seeking a liquor license so that cocktails will be available in the future.TIP: We brought our own bottle of wine and there was a $25 corkage fee, which is reasonable compared to many other places. My one negative comment would be that there are a lot of steps from street level up to the restaurant, and the elevator was not working. They did mention that they have a rear entrance which is accessible from an alley, and we could have used this for my 91-year-old mother-in-law. She chose to do the exercise and take the steps.Overall, a fantastic place with very good food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend you give them a try."
"My coworkers and I have been planning a night out of country line dancing for quite some time and then, it finally happened! This place was recommended by a friend of a friend. This was my first time here but ironically, I pass this place three nights a week on my way to work. Located in Triangle Square, you won't find issues with free parking either in the structure or across the street. You enter through the double doors directly below the amazingly huge American flag. The interior is warmly lit at night but open and airy nonetheless. We arrived a little after 8pm on a Thursday evening, so we ordered food and drinks while awaiting the dining area to be converted to the dance floor. Order up:1. Duck Wings, which were quite tender, prepared Korean style with gochujang, topped with sesame seeds, and garnished with fresh herbs. 2. Western Burger, with wagyu beef which my coworker enjoyed just as much. 3. Drop the Beet was our drink of choice, which was refreshing. All in all, we enjoyed our food and drinks even though their prices were comparable to those on the Las Vegas Strip...LOL! By the time we finished eating, it was perfect timing to burn off some calories and dance! Cheers and happy eating till next time!"
"I've been here for 2 events, one was a baby shower in the outdoor patio. It was a beautiful patio with great food family buffet style. So the hosts picked out the menu and all the food were in trays and guest could help themselves and there were pitchers of soda, water, and sangria on the table. There's also a private parking lot which is very helpful when hosting an event. Since it was such a nice experience, I came back decided to host my own event here for a surprise 50th birthday brunch. Rick, Destiny, and the rest of the team was incredible. Thank you so much for making my event easy to put together, for the great service, and delicious food. The day of my event was unfortunately during a heat wave, so Rick was so kind to let me move my event from the outdoor patio (which has shades) into the upstairs space with AC on a short notice. The team was so nice to let me and a few other people come in early to decorate and bring our own sweets and cake and store it in the refrigerator. The party was a huge success with the guests asking how we found this gem and how they would like to have their own date nights at Domenico's. The food was excellent. I got a steak which was cooked to perfection and paired with the best chimichurri sauce I have ever had. My sister also got a shrimp scampi pasta and it was delicious. The cocktails were refreshing and the overall service was impeccable. The servers were attentive, friendly, and helped make this surprise birthday brunch come together smoothly. I will definitely be back for date nights and future events."
"Amazing steakhouse to celebrate special occasions. Arthur J is part of the SIMMS restaurant group which I love visiting for nice dinners. Arthur J is one of the fancier restaurants within the group. The ambiance is great and the inside has a really cool, sleek retro vibe. I've dined here during covid too where I was seated outside and they made the outdoor seating area cozy and nice as well. I recommend the medium rare Filet Minon and the Prime Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak. The steak here is incredible. It came out so moist and delicious. I've had the Steak Sampler twice. The first time I had it, it was amazing and the second time, the quality wasn't up to par with my first experience for all the cuts of steak. Some of the slices of steak were not as soft as usual that one day I had it.For sides, absolutely get the mashed potatoes. They are so buttery, soft, and heavenly!! You can also add mushrooms on top of steak for extra charge. Service is really wonderful here. The staff is sweet and welcoming and they really try to make dinner celebrations memorable. They give a complimentary birthday dessert. I've also been given a free appetizer on the house once and I can't recall exactly why but it was really sweet.Cocktails here are tasty. I really enjoy the Sexy Thyme which is a refreshing cucumber vodka cocktail. I'm rating Arthur J an overall 5 star since I leave happy every time and the steak is just so good."
"My husband and I came here to verdugo's for our anniversary. We made reservations they seated us on time. They start with a great bread with a really good sauce. I had a filet and my husband had bone in ribeye. The steaks were delicious, truffle fries en just fries garlic mashed potatoes good. Service excellent memo was our server he was great, friendly and attentive. We will be back thanks guys"
"Everything went extremely well this evening while traveling through Hermosa Beach with my friend. We stopped in the most charming part of town and looked up reviews on this application. We were greeted with extremely nice smiles and happy people into an environment of joy and great smells. Daniela or Danielle? Was our waitress and she was sparkling with humor, intelligence, and a wonderful everything else. The most important thing here was the food and it did not disappoint in anyway I had calamari and then the black truffle pasta with shrimp and my friend had the salmon with vegetables. Both were perfectly cooked, spiced and delicious in every way. The beer selection was also important to us and it did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and steer your Body and soul to this restaurant. You will not be disciplined."
"I hear so much of their happy hours I had to try for myself before taking the plunge with their full dining experience. Happy hour is only at the patio or bar top and you seat yourself for bar top. We ordered the lamb chops, cheese appetizers, and filet mignon along with two clean cocktails. Also got the complimentary cheese bread. All were delicious, but the lamb is REALLY gamey. It was recommended to eat lamb medium cooked. It really is an acquired taste. I asked the hostess what is the best value at fogo and she said the brunch* was by far better than anything they offer just due to the breakfast options and it costing less than dinner."
"Food and service is amazing. The best ribs served. Meat falls off the bone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
