"We've wanted to stop here for a while, but we never had the time. Don't be like us...find the time! It was mid-afternoon on a weekend and we needed a little pep in our step. Right place at the right time, I guess, because we drove past Knead and had to make a u-turn, but we made it! We walked in and were greeted warmly by the gal behind the counter. We knew we wanted a Vietnamese coffee, but dang! Way to tempt a person with all the beautiful sweet treats! We got our coffee, which was delicious and a welcomed energy boost! But I couldn't leave without sampling some of the goodies! I got the Tiger Tail and hubby got a Blueberry Donut (I think). We are both fans of everything we sampled and will definitely be back!"
"On a beautiful Sunday, my friend had the idea to get some açaí bowls. I have never had an açaí bowl but I knew what it is. My friend took me here and it's a small place. They have a great selections of açaí bowls, smoothies, pityas, and juice shots. I ordered the Coco passion açaí bowl. They made the açaí bowl fresh after your order. The Coco passion had strawberries, coconut flakes, bananas and blueberries. It was so tasty. The girl who took our order was very patient and sweet. Everything was excellent here from service to my order. I would definitely come back here if I want an açaí bowl."

"I came here a few days ago with some friends. They opted to try this place as they don't have this where they're from. We went around 10, and there was no line. I've been here on the weekends and it's pretty packed. There was a line out the door. We ordered pretty fast. And the food came out about 15 minutes later. I got the eggs Benedict which was pretty good. My friend's got the breakfast tots which were crunchy and delicious. My other friend got the spicy chicken waffles. The chicken wasn't that spicy. All in all it was very delicious!"
"This was my second visit to snowflakes, and they did not disappoint. They have a few options fromShakes, snow cones, ice cream, açaí bowls. And that's just to name a few. The first time I came to snow flakes was for a snow cone and it's delish. This time around I have the ube huapia bowl. It was soo good and refreshing. The bowl is big enough to share with someone. Service was quick. And the gentleman at the register was super kind. He has great energy. There is public parking. And items are a reasonable price. EspeciallyIf you're splitting. Enjoy!"
"The Freshest Juice by far, is at Simply O Organic Juice Bar. Visited this cute gem after deciding that I needed a reset. This cute and pleasant juice bar is located in Los Alamitos right off Katella. There is parking in the back if you're unable to snag a spot in the front. There is always 2-3 workers here with smiles and fresh faces. Everyone is polite, welcoming and the service is fast! They're more than just organic juices, they also make Açaí bowls and smoothies. Prices are steep, but don't be cheap with what you eat. Your body will thank you when you nourish it with Simply O. I grabbed a BeetStreet and a Hummingbird bowl to go and it did NOT disappoint. If you appreciate and love your body, then visit here and you'll feel jolly!"
"I work at a school in Westminster, and I am always looking for different local businesses to try. When lunchtime approaches, my coworker and I are often stumped when deciding what to try. She mentioned Esther's Place as she had eaten there a few times with another colleague. I am always up for a good sandwich, so we agreed on this restaurant for lunch. My coworker picked up the food and brought it back. She mentioned to the owner that I had not yet eaten at this place. The owner was so sweet and gave a complimentary cup of soup since I was a brand new customer. Gotta love small businesses who show appreciation for new patrons!I had the chicken salad on wheat bread, and a vegetable soup which was perfectly hot on this cool, crispy day. The vegetable soup was flavorful and I did not feel like I was missing a protein. It had potatoes, celery, and carrots, perfectly cooked. Broth was tasty, would definitely purchase this in the future. The chicken salad was fresh and light, not lost in mayonnaise. The bread was fresh as well, and the vegetables offered a nice crunch to the sandwich.Esther's Place uses quality ingredients to deliver a quality dining experience. Will definitely be adding this spot to our lunchtime rotation. Thank you!"
"Located within the food/retail hall at SOCO. Order at the register and they call your name when ready. Then you either take it to go or go find some random seating throughout the center. Fast and friendly service.Bowl and smoothie offerings. As of Nov 2023, you can check in on Yelp for 5% off your order. We got a smoothie and they allowed for substitutions, as my wife hates bananas. Very refreshing and good sized smoothies! One size only - 24 ounces. Açaí or pitaya base (pitaya is a bit extra). Cost around $11 with tax and small tip included for the most basic smoothie. The more complex the smoothie and the more add-ons can really jack up the price fast."
"I'm so impressed with the cozy, warm, comfortable, and eco friendly atmosphere! The plants, the menu, the chill ambiance-- everything about this little gem is amazing! From the moment you walk in you'll instantly want to try everything on the menu and embrace a healthier lifestyle. What I love about this place is that you can ask for a sample if you're unsure of what to try, which I think is such a unique and thoughtful touch to their service. It's how I discovered 'The Other Beets One' , one of my favorite drinks here. Stop by and support this local business-- you won't regret it. ***oh, and don't forget to bring the glass bottle(s) when you come back. They DO recycle. Remember, we only have one planet."
"The man behind counter was super nice. Lovely little outdoor tables with an ocean view! My breakfast burrito was VERY tasty. On the smaller size which I like. Next time I'll come a bit later in the morning and rent a beach cruiser next door. I also want to try the cool tea place."
"I stop by Pronto's when I visit San Pedro every so often and it's always a good time. Full of local character. Music. Happy people. And the food is smackingly good! Definitely the go to spot around Point Fermin. Taco Tuesday has a 3 taco al pastor special. Sabrosa!Side note: They have the cleanest and nicest bathroom I've ever been in for a taco shop."
"Just as good as any funnel cake from the fair. Super hot and fresh and they have at least 20-30 different flavors that all sounded good. The fried oreos were bomb as hell."
"Boba is of good consistency. Drinks are made well. Their food is decent in taste and portions. Service is good. Enough seating for small groups. Kids approved."

Knead Donuts & Tea Located on busy street with plenty of parking. The shop is small and clean the staff laidback and chill the woman at the register was very helpful and has a sweet personality. Ube Cronut This donut light and slightly sweet with a nice chew light frosting not too sweet with a swirl of Ube buttercream delicious and creamy there is a small dollop of a coconut custard style filling on top that brings together all the flavors a Cronut is a tad dry but still an 7/10German Chocolate Donut A cronut not too sweet covered with a thin layer of dark chocolate topped with a light chocolate buttercream and a dollop of thick coconut pecan frosting sprinkled with toasted coconut This one is good but I feel the cronut needs some sweetness the coconut pecan frosting is yummy saving this donut from a lower score. 6/10 for the cronut portion 7/10 for the cronut with buttercream and a dollop of coconut pecan frosting. $6Maple Bacon This donut is lightly sweet with a nice chew light frosting topped with bacon the bacon could be better if they used more of it and eliminated the tiny pieces of fat usually this isn't a problem but the tiny pieces bacon with fat attached tasted weird. The bacon and the maple glaze paired together brought the salty sweet taste I expected. 7/10 $6Holiday Maple Bacon (2)Maple Bacon with a tiny pancake and maple syrup container on top this one is a top tier interesting work of art it's cute and tasty with a nice chew the donut isn't too sweet the maple glaze is on point the bacon is good and this one has a lot. What makes it so special is squeezing that syrup on top it made this one a clear winner in taste with salty sweet deliciousness. 8/10 $7 each. Strawberry cheesecake Yeast donuts lightly sweet covered with a strawberry shortcake crumble and a light strawberry glaze. Topped with cream cheese cream a dollop of strawberry filling a a tiny bite of strawberry cheesecake this one has a bunch of flavors that work well together and I must say it really does taste like strawberry shortcake in donut form it's pretty good. 7/10 $7 each. My honest opinionI find that all of the donut bases are riding on the same theme they all taste exactly the same even the Cronut when they could have been made with separate tastes or a bit more sweetness in others. The good points are the quality of the ingredients used to make some of these donuts you can taste the freshness and they look good we taste with our eyes and these donuts hit that mark very well. Just know that these donuts are way too pricy in my opinion and will set you back appropriately $6-7 each, bringing the total price I paid for my order of 6 donuts & a small chocolate milk $43 way too pricey in my opinion. I don't think all of Kneads donuts are worth the price they're going for why because I've had some of the best donuts in California one that stands out is The Donnutery in Huntington Beach. Those donuts are worth every penny and knead doesn't compare they are pricy as well but the quality and what they offer vegan, gluten free etc is on another level. Chocolate milk. Was a bit too sweet for me I'll leave this for the kids I must have outgrown chocolate milk. I have listed several pictures of the donuts I bought but most of them didn't post next to my review you have to scroll down in the photo area to find all of my pictures. Awesome service and good food stop by and try them for yourself I will always support a local business until next time friends. Just me Shawn C.

This is a top-tier spot in Long Beach to get a refreshing smoothie or Acai bowl! It's a small business, but there are so many options to choose from on their TV screen. I have had a few smoothies here, like the Funky Money, and you can't go wrong! My go-to acai bowl is their Berry Bowl, which has a acai, banana, blueberry, and strawberry base! Toppings are standard for every bowl: coconut flakes, hemp granola, banana, and strawberry! The unique aspect of Tru Nature Juice Bar is that they freshly blend the base of your bowl! Many places have tubs of pre-made acai, and there are probably preservatives and more sugar, so that's why I like Tru Nature's bases. Parking may get tricky here during a hot summer day because there's limited street parking.

A taste of Hawaii in Cerritos, California!! Aloha!!!! Doesn't quite feel like you are in Hawaii when you step through their doors. They sure are a popular place for breakfast. We were a group of 5, and there were no tables available for us when we arrived. So while three of us went in line to place our orders at the counter, the other two waited for a table to be available. Fortunately within 10 minutes a table opened up for us. The Captain Mac Nut French Toast that I ordered was very good! Probably the best French Toast that I have ever had the pleasure to eat in my entire existence!! Got to try a bit of other food that the family ordered. The Buttermilk pancakes were decent. The Chicken Katsu Loco Moco was pretty good. The Ube Coconut Pancakes were alright. That French Toast that I ordered is worth coming back for again and again and again!!! Til next time! Aloha!!!!

The smell of the daily soup wafting in the air, pulling you closer to her door. Imagine the cartoon hand levitating you off the ground lol.. Esther is sweet, inviting and just an overall wonderful person. And her food is very much the same. This is my second time patronizing her establishment and it hits so good. I was a very rainy day today and her split pea soup hit the spot. The last time I came I had her Minestrone and a sandwich which was also very delectable. There is still so much on her menu to try and I definitely look forward experiencing every last one of the items . You will love the food and her so give it a try!

If a business could describe my personality, it would be this one. Absolutely head over heels for Salud Juice Bar - hopefully that doesn't sound conceited. I stopped by a few weekends back while thrift store hopping with some friends. I instantly gravitated towards Salud's bright and colorful interior, inclusive decor, and floor to ceiling plants. Their meat-free menu was just the cherry on top! I ended up ordering their Rosie smoothie. This drink was packed with mango, pitaya, strawberry banana, and house made coconut milk. And it was oh so good and creamy - It's hard to believe it contained a milk substitute.

"My view is based on the outstanding service I received, Jessica and Anas provided over the top customer service, they were very friendly, they treated me like family, made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be came. I experienced other juice places, but none was like this juice place, they will see me everyday.... This message is from Boyd to you Jessica and Anas."
"Holy cow, what a hidden gem! Fast food made fresh to order? Yes, please! The chow mein is the best I've had - never going to Panda Express again. The vegan New Orleans chicken was the bomb, and my bowl (with enough food for 2!) was only $12 with tax! I've had the vegan ramen also which was awesome. The owner/mamager (?) is also super friendly. Can't wait to go back and try everything. Absolutely delicious!"
"Oh my... the food is amazing! Full of flavor and well portioned is what I think of when I had Little La Lune. They open at 8am, which is amazing because my friend and I are early risers and likes to get things going EARLY. I had the following:#10. Pork Chitterlings on Rice ($12.50) - you can get this with fried rice for an additional charge, but I went with white rice. The pork chitterlings were perfectly crispy and light. I love that they don't fry it until it is dry in the center. Pairs super well with the pickles and sauce that it comes with. Definitely a must order if you like pork intestines#22. Ma Chu Krung Sach Kor ($17.50) - this is THE Cambodian soup to get. It is sour and savory. I absolutely love the flavors in this soup! It's a little spicy, so be aware if you cannot eat any spicy. This is a must get in my opinion.#30 Cha Kroeng ($17.50) - you can choose beef or chicken and I went with chicken. This is another flavor bomb that is going to be memorable. It's got all of that kreung (i.e. lemongrass, turmeric, garlic, lime leaf) taste you find in a lot of Cambodian dishes. This place is super far for me, but if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely stop by and pickup food to go.The parking lot is small, so parking can be difficult, but at 8am in the morning, you're good! :)"
"I grew up in Brazil and I've tried every traditional Brazilian restaurant in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and some of San Diego County.I can confirm that Taste of Brazil Cuisine is the most authentic place you can go to for salgadinhos (appetizers) and for a traditional plate of your choice of meat, rice, and beans. Everything is just full of flavor. This place is a treasure!"
"Consistently solid 5 stars. $13ish Loaded carne asada fries and nachos to split is typically my go to move. My Mom always gets their $11 burritos but for $2 more and the joy of messiness...I'll stick to my lane. They've always offered water cups in the past but this time the woman said only bottled water in the fridges were available. I bought a canned drink and she gave me a styrofoam cup so I could share with my son who has a habit of backwashing and I don't typically share with him. (Sorry my dude for putting you on blast.) $0.99 can of Arnold Palmer is $1.75 here but I've never seen it anywhere and prices are what they are. Sometimes we get the juices too which are delicious but I just had a Bux wellness tea a hour before. All in all great spot. It's typically always busy or a steady flow of picking up / to go. I went at noon on Sunday and it was just 4 patrons in that hour. I hope they thrive in 2025 as I'll definitely be back!"
"We were very happy with the service and quality at Chiki. The fruit tray and the Bionicos they prepared for us looked GREAT and tasted better. It is too bad they are so far from our home.Give them a try, you will not be disappointed."
"Today was my first visit to Amazonia Bowl and it did not disappoint. I ordered a custom açaí bowl and there were so many choices. I ended up doing a base of açaí, honey granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries and sweeter with honey. It was so good. There were lots of toppings and all fresh and delicious. The store is located on Main and has free WiFi.The service was quick and friendly. The store is cozy inside with tables and a cozy couch to enjoy your food.I would definitely recommend this store and can't wait to return."
"I received an email with a free birthday drink. Adam Tran was able to switch it from Huntington Beach to the one near my house. Last year they told me I came to the wrong location. The staff here are very nice and friendly people. The lady who waited on me got a code and I put in my phone number and it worked!! I ordered a mocha Frappuccino. It had a lot of chocolate syrup. I found it to be really sweet and delicious . I enjoyed every sip. Thank you Cali Tea for a wonderful drink."
"The boba here is just the right consistency! Soft and chewy, not hard in the center and not over boiled. Great selection of drink flavors; dairy and non-dairy."
"Great smoothies! I have been here a few times and it's my go to on this side of town. In fact, I drove here when I wasn't on this side of town last week lol. The prices are great and the smoothies don't have weird bases or additives!"
"We love the letter donuts. We got it for a baby shower. Monique Chieu communicates promptly and it's easy to order. You just need to send your custom request to [email protected]. They will send you link to pay and confirm your design via email. I did my order at 7:46pm and picked up the next day at 6:30am. It was a smooth process and the people are sweet not to mention the donuts are yummy!"
"My family loves this place!!Best boba I've ever tasted. Tastes fresh not rubbery and super chewy. The cookies n cream shake is def fav and the teas we have tried are really good. We are regulars and would def recommend!"
"Delicious! Cute little bagel shop. They have little seating inside and two tables outside. I ordered the BagelNow Signature on an everything bagel and it was so good. They are generous with the fillings! Bagel had a nice crust and good texture inside. They are so affordable too. I have never seen a lox bagel sandwich anywhere for less than $15.. def trying that next time I come. Workers were nice and very efficient I didn't have to wait long even though the shop was busy.Edit: I got to try the Lox City bagel and their fresh squeezed orange juice and they're both so good! The bagel was super filling even tho at first glance I thought it could use more lox, I was wrong lol the amount of toppings was perfect. And orange juice was fresh and delicious."
"Super nice service. Parking in the lot right around the corner for 2 hours free (thanks Mayor of LB). Well lit, comfy and cozy spot to grab a coffee, sweet treat, kick back and catch up with your girls. Well that's what I did. .. for 2 + hours. At times we had the place to ourselves between the waves of customers coming in. You can play a few games, study or just enjoy your Turkish coffee."
"I love La Michoacana! My husband gets my favorite treats from here all of the time! I am a huge fan of their raspados and aguas frescas! Lately I've been loving their bubblegum raspado and vanilla raspado with condensed milk. My favorite agua fresca is their limon and chia. The workers here are always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Sara is the one that always goes out of her way to ensure our orders are exceptional! We are now regulars here and we will continue to be regulars! If you're looking for a good dessert or just want something refreshing, I highly recommend this location!"
"So delicious!! We had their breakfast bacon bagel and burrito with bacon, and both were super tasty! Service was fast and friendly!"
"I stumbled upon this place and glad I found it. I ordered the Italian and mushroom soup. I loved the Italian--bread was nicely toasted and fillings were generous. Mushroom soup was yummy although I was disappointed that there weren't big mushroom pieces. Overall I rate this place high. The store is tiny with no inside seating. I enjoyed my dinner in my car in the parking lot. It was my first time there and the staff there was welcoming and helpful with my ordering. I would definitely visiting again to try other items on the menu."
"One of my go-to spots to lounge. It has a very chill cozy vibe. A hot spot for students and or older adults alike. They have a lot of drinks and snacks to choose from. I usually get their popcorn chicken and instant ramen. The service is very friendly too. I can't wait to try the tteokboki they recently added."
"Tried this spot a while back after hearing they had authentic Mexico City tacos (June 2021). I was super disappointed after having them back then. They were dry and the tortillas tasted like they needed more cooking. The avocado was a nice touch, but didn't make up for it. It also took forever to get them even though they didn't appear to be too busy. I remember the person taking my order wasn't the friendliest either. Back then they had close to 870 followers on Instagram. I vowed never to go back.Fast forward to December 2023 and I see some delicious looking quesadillas on my Instagram feed. I took down their address (didn't recognize it) and drove on over. Low and behold, it's them. I busted a u-turn and went back home. Today, I was looking through Instagram again and they popped up because Brian Addison, who I follow, liked one of their pictures/reels. I trust the guy with food so I decided to give them another chance... so glad I did! This time, I ordered a quesadilla de asada. I was hoping to get their flautas in a cup, but the person taking my order said they ran out (around 4pm on a Sunday), so I settled for the taquitos dorados (two chicken and one potato). The quesadilla was absolutely delicious. A 10/10 and a must have. The potato taco dorado was a 9/10 and the chicken taco dorado was a 6/10 (chicken was a bit dry). They provided curtido (fermented cabbage) which was cool, so I added some of that to the chicken taco dorado. It made up for the dryness a bit. I made sure to order ahead this time. Looking at the reviews, it doesn't look like that's improved. I got there 20 minutes after placing it and it was ready to go. They didn't skimp out on salsa, which is always appreciated. This time around, the person at the register was much friendlier than the person that helped me out a couple of years ago, so that's another improvement. Looking forward to coming back for another quesadilla and trying some other items out. LBfoodcoma (on IG) recently featured their tamales and they look delicious, so I'll have to give them a shot. They are now up to over 5,000 followers on IG. Wishing them continued success!"
"Drinks taste fresh and can be easily be modified for sweetness and alternative milks. I'm a fan of their milk teas (large selection of tea flavors) and their fruit slushes. Service is always spot on and quick!"
"The number one spot for Taiyaki (Koreans call it Bunggeoppang) - a traditional fish-shaped pastry usually filled with sweetened red bean paste. Viiva offers more choices when it comes to fillings, including Nutella, green tea and my other favorite, custard. The bread has that nice subtle sweetness, a little crispy, chewy and fluffy. Plus, they come piping hot right out of the iron pan. Their shaved ice, or patbingsu, choices are also very good. My personal favorite is the Injeolmi - a version topped with sweetened rice cakes. Viiva also has lattes, milk teas, hot teas and full-flavored, aromatic coffees on its menu. There are certainly more popular spots for Korean dessert places nearby, but I generally come here for the Bunggeoppang - the best in town!"
"They have the best service. They have a friendly staff, great pricing, and phenomenal perks. I definitely recommend this spot they offer free water and some comfy couches. The pbnj sandwich is a must try. The almond butter version is a little dry for my taste. The acai bowls are tasty, especially with the peanut butter mixed in. PB Banana acai Barry antioxidant green juice Bowls: Meal or tropical"
"Was in town from Northern California and went on long walk around Long Beach. After a few miles, we decided something to drink and a family member recommended this place Salud Juice. I ordered the Ice Latte Matcha with coconut milk and was pleasantly surprised how refreshing and tasty the drink was. I'm a health food enthusiast and I love this drink and place. The counter person was very nice and said the shop been around for 8 years. My party of family ordered Ice Mocha Lattee with whole milk. The other ordered Belmont smoothie with coconut milk. Our 4 year old member ordered the Valentine mocha. They all enjoyed and loved their drink. Overall, we will return."
