"Food:Tacos - Carne Asada and Al PastorHaving been to the location near Dodger Stadium in the past, I was super excited when I saw that there was an Angel's stand near my house. Like the other locations, the Al Pastor is the king here. It is flame grilled on the trompo (rotating spit) and then thrown on the flat top to give it an extra crisp. The al pastor tacos are 5/5 and its worth getting the al pastor on whatever you decide to order. The carne asada is okay, nothing special, and definitely not as good as the al pastor. 3/5 on the asada in my opinion. Tacos come with cilantro, onion, avocado spread (think like a lite guac), and salsa.Restaurant / Service:The stand is on the side of the street, so there is no seating, but parking is quite easy. Something about eating tacos on the hood of a car never gets old to me. The service was okay, they were not overly friendly, but they were not mean at all.Notes:Tacos are $2.75 each."

The tamales was good but it did need more cheese.The establishment is small eith a walk up window and no tables inside. There are people waiting inside and out. "We were at the savers in the plaza and saw the setup, had to grab some tacos after seeing what was under the canopy. Really friendly folks, fresh pressed tortilla and a ton of meats to select from. We got the Al pastor to try and they were one of the best high quality tacos we've had, let alone street side. We're in OC but would gladly drive here just to grab some tacos, burritos, or etc. Tacos came out to be $2 each which for the quality is an absolutely deal. Had all the fixings for you to choose from, bomb salsas, but just all around nice people (family?) and bomb tacos."

"Wow. If you find this pop up stand anywhere - immediately get yourself a quesadilla. These are not your typical quesadillas. They are packed full of flavor and are humongous and was served with some homemade salsa as well as a fried onion. So darn good.I also added mac and cheese for $4.99 and the way they grilled the mac and cheese right on the grill where you got that crusty cheese cover with the gooey mac and cheese inside was incredible. 5-stars all around. Friendly, but to be prepared to wait a bit if there are a lot of orders ahead of you; there was only one owner working when I went, but it made for an INCREDIBLE beach snack on labor day!Hope to find this stand again; they were popped up on the Cherry/Ocean Long Beach Alamitos Beach on a weekend."

"Been to these guys a hand full of times since last month, great spot for some late night street tacos! They said they're normally there from 7pm to 2am Tuesday through Sunday. Both times we went was during the week.The tacos here are excellent, I normally stick to asada but they have all the normal meats including fiery el pastor, pollo etc. I've seen people ordering burritos also. The asada is juicy, salty, and pretty much everything you want from a street taco. They're two bucks a piece and cash only my friends, you know the drill.Our favorite part of this place is the awesome spread of extra you get for free at the end of the stand. All the radishes, cucumber, onions, limes you want! And they don't just have bags, they have little plastics cups for all the sauces, double points for that. The green sauce is bomb, and the guac sauce is also excellent, not too watery like other taco stands I've been too.Give them a shot if you're a fan of street tacos, you won't regret it!"

"I really love the theming of this food stand. It's located across from the Toy Story Midway Mania. The items that they sell here will vary from time to time. Permanent items on their menu are the chicken drumstick box and corn of the cob. They'll also sell turkey legs and chimichangas. The prices here are pretty standard for Disneyland. It's one of my go to spots to grab something quick to eat."

"This place is authentic and giving the public some different traditional Mexican dishes. We started with tacos de canasta. My personal favorite taco de canasta was the one with chicharron. The sauces that they come with have a lot of flavor. Another thing that stood out was the beans, with meat and bacon drenched in the juice meat. Carne con su jugo is the name and it's self explanatory. Last but not least, I tried their main dish which is their torta ahogada. I got it with carnitas, buche and cuerito. It is drenched in their homemade sauce and has a very good kick but you can enjoy it. The attention we got was really good and they kept checking in on us to see if we wanted something else and asked what we thought of the food. I like the location and you can eat your food outdoor or inside they do have one table. The music in the background definitely kept me there since they were playing 90s hip hop. I'm definitely coming back."

That includes the Tacos Como Taco Truck, which in my mind was just okay after a quick Saturday early evening visit. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere?While Tacos Como is a pretty standard truck, they set up a robust covered stand of peripherals and tacos towards the aim of a DIY model. You order your tacos, you're given the meat and tortillas, and you can have at it. Star. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost?At $1.25 each for standard sized street tacos and the prospect of endless peripherals, Tacos Como is a good deal. Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food?These tacos were just okay. From the tortillas to the meats, I've had worse and I've had better, and that to me defines a two star review. The highlights were the salsas and the chorizo, and the low points were the carne asada and the tortillas. Single Star. We never had an issue, everything that was promised was delivered, they kept in contact prior to the event and the day of. The order process was pretty simple -- I responded to their Instagram story and they reached out with follow-up questions, menu options, and pickup details.The pickup was from a home residence in the city of Garden Grove (off of Brookhurst Street and Hazard Avenue), nearby Pho 79 if you're familiar with the area. The exact address is provided with your order! The owner, Aamir, was very friendly and professional when I picked up my food and the burgers were packaged very neatly in separate boxes. I ordered two smash burgers that included three patties each, which cost $15 per burger. They included caramelized onions and jalapenos, which were a delightful surprise. The patties were a little salty, but upon reading the other reviews, I see that the owner pre-marinates the patty meat. The prices were also steep for just the burger, and I thought my order would come with fries on the side, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the food.All in all, I would return for future orders and would love to see them open a brick-and-mortar restaurant someday, ideally in Garden Grove still. 10/10 rating and five stars all around for a seamless ordering experience, delicious food, and timeless customer service."

After a slight delay setting up, I checked the skewers they were slanging and saw some great selection! Tri tip, pork belly, dark meat, chicken albondiga, bacon and egg and nopal! "Don't sleep on this spot at the Redondo Beach Farmer's Market on Sundays!! The food may sound unfamiliar on the menu (I had never had West African food before - let alone West African-Filipino fusion), but it is DELICIOUS! Wow! And couple that owns the booth is so incredibly friendly. I was checking out the menu and they offered me a sample of whatever I wanted. A great way to introduce people to the food. I tried the eggplant omelette and the salmon. Both bursting with flavor. It was not small at all but packed with veggies and amazing flavors. Their sauces are perfection. I will definitely be returning to the market next time solely for that eggplant omelette."

"Hidden and tucked away inside and behind the Aquarium of the Pacific, this little soft serve ice cream shop is a nice way to cool off and beat the heat when visiting the aquarium. I've actually been here twice now. Both times the ice cream was been nothing but delicious. The soft serving ice cream does melt fast though but boy does it hit the spot.You can get it in about 8 flavors I believe. Maybe a few more. We got cottoncandy and chocolate. The swirls do give the ice cream a nice appeal and the texture is nothing short of spectacular. Service is ok. The prices are very reasonable and its a nice spot to go to in order to relax. There's plenty of chairs and seats available there. Overall if you're an ice cream fan like me, definitely check em out when you're here. Its located just left of the bird sanctuary in the little alley. The view is lovely and ice cream taste even lovelier."

I was there straight up 8:00on a Saturday morning. Service was fast and they are very friendly. The environment was more of a home style backyard very clean and welcoming. I was need up taking 1 1-2 lbs of fresh carnitas and 1/4 of the mix. Brought them home for everybody to enjoy, and they sure did.
