"Friday today and my kiddos suggested pizza first thing in the morning lol I agreed but only after school. At pick up time they reminded me of my pizza promise and immediately ordered over the phone. This place had been open for a few years now and I'm happy to taste the same great quality pizza they opened up with and won over the city of bell with. At this exact moment we are at home having delicious pizza and pizza fries! I also have to commend the fact that every time I call or show up at this charming pizza place, I am greeted with warmth and the friendliest people! After all these years I definitely recommend this delicious and family owned restaurant!"
"Ordered Uber eats for steak, bistec and grilled fish salad. The pescado asado fried fish salad was amazing but the steak was just rubbery and inedible."

"Came here after Knotts berry farms for a quick lunch. Service is amazing. Clean restaurant overall. Order at the register. We got Soup dumplings, chicken wonton with chili sauce, chicken chow mein and string beans. String beans were our fave! The chicken wontons had a weird consistency. Chow mein was simple and no veggies- a bit saucy but not terrible."
"This place is usually always crowded! I feel this is one of the locations that's on the smaller side inside. It was a particularly windy day, so no one was really sitting outside making it extra crowded inside. As always, I love the consistency of getting an In n Out burger. This time around I ordered combo #1 with extra lettuce. The lettuce was nice and green with the perfect amount of crisp. It was a great-looking and even more so delicious-tasting burger!"
"Pollo Inka has been a family favorite for dinner for the longest time. My family loves Peruvian food and Pollo inka Express has been an amazing and fast spot to go pick up some delicious Peruvian delights. The way their chicken is marinated and cooked is mouth watering. Your Costco rotisserie chicken has nothing on Pollo Inkas! It pairs perfectly with their Aji green salsa which is a thick, green, delicious garlic based sauce. All of their sides are so delicious, we always get yucca frita, plantains, rice and beans. Not to mention their delicious green cilantro soup!!? Wash this all down with an Inca Kola --food coma, off to heaven shortly after. To me, Inca Kola tastes like bubblegum. I recommend trying it at least once. It's the 2 liter of bright yellow soda and you can find it here or at any latino supermarket. If you like sweets, you have to try their alfajores (little Peruvian caramel cookies) They're so soft and the best I've ever tried. I recently bought my mom some from this expensive place and they were so tiny and not as good as Pollo inkas!!!! Don't skip on these. Trust me. We will never stop craving Pollo inka and I will always highly recommend this location to anyone that's hungry and wants to try something different, with a short wait time and amazing service. Did I mention they have a drive thru??? This place is simply awesome!"
"Great shakes. Friendly staff. Burgers were not too tasteful. The American cheese was disappointment. The buns were smashed as if squashed in a bag. French fries were processed or at least tasted like it.I can't imagine this place could handle a flow of folks such as In-N-Out without causing a major bottle neck into the mall. Disappointed"
"It's been a while since I dined here and appreciate that they constantly innovate their menu. This time, I ordered the teriyaki chicken fries. It was a large portion with lots of flavor and delicious sauce. The table has teriyaki, sriracha, soy sauce, chili paste, and a vinegar based hot sauce, if you fancy. The cashier is shy, yet sweet. I love the oldies music too! That's such a nice touch to my experience!"
"In a city where the options are Chen's or Panda Express, Wa Wa is a safe-haven.A little tip if you're not a local or just wandered in, call ahead and order/ask for something. They prepare things fresh for you, and don't keep much out under heat lamps.Their pancit bihon is decent.Their chow mein is delicious.Their bbq chicken is my SO's go-to now (he moved from orange chicken to it).The cost of things and the portions are insane vs what you'd pay at Panda.I'm a major fan, and will continue to return."
"Let's hash it out!A nice mom n pop shop with decent amount of parking. My go-to is the now $7 Breakfast Burrito. It comes with ham, sausage, eggs, and hash browns. I order extra crispy hash browns with (green) sauce on the side. I also like that the burrito is not too oily.I have yet to try their milkshakesss! There's seating inside and outside and card is accepted"
"Good food + Good service = Happy customer!I was on my way to LA to meet another Yelper for lunch when I realized it was Taco Tuesday! So, I searched on Yelp for a keto taco joint for us to meet at. I found this 5 star establishment and was a little skeptical. Nonetheless, we settled for this location. It was the best decision ever! When I got to the location, parking was a breeze and I walked in. It was bright, airy and clean. I was greeted at the door and was helped immediately. The owner was friendly and personable. I asked for keto recommendations and he suggested a keto burrito. I ordered a keto burrito with steak picado AND shrimp for an extra charge. Okay, I splurged a little... I probably should have ordered the tacos as they were $1 off tacos for Taco Tuesdays. BUT, I was hangry and wanted the double cheese. If in the area, I would definitely come back!"
"Once I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the young man at the register. There was a slight wait so I sat down at one of the tables.Everything was tidy and clean....The decor didn't speak to anything specific. I did appreciate, however, that my food was cooked to order so when I received it, it was hot.Onto the food .... Now I'm a huge fan of Beef Bulgogi and this one did not disappoint!!! The macaroni salad was not my favorite and the potato salad was completely bland and lacked texture. With all that being said, I would still go back just for the beef Bulgogi because it was just that good. The beef was seasoned and tender. I have nothing to complain about regarding the beef."
"Oh my gosh, this place is AMAZING!!!!!!The BBQ chicken, the teriyaki chicken, the orange chicken, the almond chicken... and the sides?!? Whoa. Yes. Yes all night long and leftovers."

Ordered through Yelp/grubhub. In spite of asking for green salsa twice in my order, they put red on my chicken enchiladas. Also for the reason the cost to order online is $5 more than in store. Paid $17 for enchiladas that were not what I ordered. And were also just, not good.

It was so good we are thinking of going twice in two days. This place had great food and the prices were reasonable. The favorite were the soup dumplings, they are a must have. Do mix the vinegar, chili oil and soy for the dumplings. The teas were also great and worth getting. The cashier was very sweet and provided us information on the food. It had a small dining area and we were alone. It was clean and bright. The only concern for some people is that you are expected to bus your table. So be aware and clean up after yourself. This reduces costs and allows restaurants to keep prices reasonable. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

This is an amazing In-N-Out! Our family had an incredible experience with outstanding service. The employee, Christian, helped us find a table, brought us chairs and a high chair, and even followed up on our order! We are truly grateful!Thank you so much! And of course, a big thanks to In-N-Out for the delicious food. Absolutely fantastic!

Recently, Shake Shack added some Korean offerings to their menu: Korean BBQ Burger, Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Spicy Korean BBQ Fries, with or without cheese. Recently, I also signed up for marketing emails from Shake Shack to see if there were any special promotions or offers.Right off the bat, I was given a promo code for $5 off a purchase of $15+ that would expire in 30 days. The code would only work on the Shack app.A couple days before I placed my order, I looked at the menu to see what I could get for $15. When I saw the menu on my phone one time, I saw the Korean menu items, but when I saw the menu on my computer at a later time, I didn't see the Korean menu items. I thought I was going crazy! However, I later found out that the specialty Korean offerings were only available through the app. And since my promo code would only work in the app, it only made sense to order a Korean burger/sandwich plus some fries. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was a half dollar more than the burger, but that half dollar was a big difference in deciding between the two. In conjunction with the Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries, the sandwich would have gotten me over $15, but I would have been two pennies short of $15 to qualify for the $5 off had I chosen the burger. The fries come with kimchi seasoning, cheese sauce, and Korean BBQ sauce on the side. However, in the app, you can customize your order to have the cheese sauce on the side as well, and that's what I did because I wasn't sure if cheese and Korean BBQ sauce would make a good mix.For the burger, it was like a regular cheeseburger, but the sauce would be that same Korean BBQ sauce. I'd already have Korean BBQ sauce with the fries, so that's another reason why I went the chicken sandwich route where the chicken is coated in a spicy and sweet Gochujang glaze. There are also sesame seeds and white kimchi slaw in the sandwich. When I placed my order, I was allowed to specify a pickup time of ASAP, between 5 and 10 minutes, or 40 minutes. Nothing in between? Seemed like they were taking a page out of Papa John's book, IYKYK. I live within 40 minutes of this Shake Shack, so I chose the shortest non-ASAP pickup time.I arrived a few minutes early, and I was expecting to wait a little while longer for my order to be ready. An employee greeted me, and I told him my name for pickup. To my surprise, he went to the nearby pickup counter and handed me my takeout bag, which has two elliptical holes on top for ease of carrying.I asked for some utensils and napkins before departing. I sat at the outdoor patio where they had a couple stacks of Jenga blocks as well as a Connect 4 game that can keep the kiddos occupied. The tables were pretty clean, and I would imagine they're kept clean throughout the day as I witnessed an employee wiping down the tables while I was eating.Inside my takeout bag was a cardboard box that was as wide as the bag, so I couldn't get that cardboard out without damaging the bag. Instead, I grabbed the box of fries and the two sauces on the side to enjoy them first. As I mentioned before, the fries are topped with kimchi seasoning, but you won't really taste it when you dip them in either of the sauces, which I unfortunately have to say Shake Shack focuses on quantity over quality here. While the sauce cups were generous in size, the taste of each was not prominent at all. I don't remember what Korean BBQ tastes like, and after finishing the sauce, I still don't remember. The cheese was also disappointing as it paled in comparison to queso and/or nacho cheese. I think Taco Bell does this cheese thing better than Shake Shack. While the fries were nice and crispy, the underwhelming sauces left much to be desired. The chicken sando was also underwhelming. I've had Korean Fried Chicken before, and this one just didn't cut it for me. Quantity-wise, it was kind of small for the price point, almost $10 before tax! And the taste of the chicken was about as comparable as the taste of the sauces that went with my fries. I definitely didn't hate it, but I'm certainly not paying full price for that sandwich again. I doubt I would have liked the burger better, if at all.Overall, just okay, and I'm keeping my rating of 3 stars. It could have been *a lot* better, and I still wouldn't recommend Shake Shack as a whole, especially for the price point. I don't foresee a return visit unless I get another generous offer, like maybe a free shake with any purchase.

My family loves Yamas Teriyaki! When we order from Yamas, it feels like we are ordering food from close friends. Chloe and her staff give the best service and truly make you feel like you are always welcome! When I call to place an order, Chloe always recognizes my voice and I feel like I'm talking with my good friend. You get a lot of great food for your money! I have three sons and believe me, they eat a LOT! We enjoy the California and Crunch rolls along with the beef and chicken combo bowls. I always order the chicken breast plate with brown rice - my personal favorite. And of course we get Mamas kimchi to eat with our meals! The restaurant is always very clean and there is plenty of room to eat! There are seats inside and outside. Very casual and perfect if you are looking for a quick bite to eat!Thank you, Chloe and the entire Yamas staff for always taking great care of us!

In downtown Long Beach hanging out with some friends from high school. Anyway, after several cold beverages my wife and I checked into our hotel and walked to Wa Wa. It's cafeteria style but everything looked freshly prepared and was delicious. I had orange chicken and spicy chicken with noodles and rice. My wife had teriyaki chicken and beef & broccoli with vegetables. Big portions and very tasty. If you're in the Downtown LB area craving Chinese food, give Wa Wa a try. You won't be sorry. PS: no beer or wine and it's more of a take-out place.

"I am glad I finally tried this place. The food was good and a big portion. I love the bentos. The food had a lot of flavor and the bento has a little of everything. The staff were really nice and I will be returning!!"
"Again, I honestly don't know why the bad reviews This is a no thrills place, nothing fancy at all, just some great guilty pleasure food They have parking in the back but it does fill up fast. They also offer a drive thru. Don't be upset that it takes more time than McDonalds or Taco Bell. It's all made there on the spot They offer a few tables insideThe ladies here are so sweet. It got to a point where my mother and I would always run in here for a fast lunch and they all recognized us and asked how we were doing. So customer service is great They also have a HUGE menu with a bit of everything. My go to on cheat days is usually just their cheeseburger and fries (they have great chili cheese fries) And my mom's go to is always the chicken teriyaki. They used to have a few other items we loved. But I noticed over the years their menu has changed a bitI'll always be a loyal customer here"
"Food was good. But I was hungry. No inside seating but you can see that when you drive up"
"Man, I love how whenever I want a breakfast burrito, this place is always open and the quality simply has not gone down after all these years. Yes, the prices have gone up since the pandemic (from 6$ to 8$ for the Special Burrito) but what always keeps me coming back is the quality. I can't say I've ever gotten tired of having the food here, it tastes good whenever I've had it and the portions have always been fair! I will keep coming to eat here as long as it's open to be honest. The quick and friendly service is also a massive plus. I've never had issues with my food, even though sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, the wait is most definitely worth it. Please never change Don Ruben's, we need more businesses like you."
"Since this was the last day in 2024 for Magic Key Holders, I thought I would try the Magic Key special: MK Float Flight (Taste a Trio of Ice Cream Floats)One each of:1) Traditional Barq's Root Beer Float.2) Coca-Cola Float with Grenadine Syrup topped with 2 Maraschino Cherries.3) Sprite Float with Grenadine Syrup topped with 2 Maraschino Cherries. Each had it's unique flavoring, taste, and reaction (YES! as the Coke foam-exploded when I first used the spoon to get some ice cream :0 )Truly, a FULL-filling experience for one person. For the price, I think it was well worth the trio. The Golden Horseshoe had plenty of seating downstairs for having a line OUT THE DOOR (which is out of the norm). If you needed more seating, one could always go upstairs.I do miss the shows, none present while I was there.Highly recommend if you want to get off your feet along with refreshments as there are so many things to eat & drink around GH."
"A very solid Chinese fast food option and walking distance from CSULB. Being in that prime location, they could choose to gouge you, but they don't. The prices are very affordable and the portions are huge. What is unique about China Star is there are a decent amount of vegetarian and vegan alternatives on the line. There is an eggplant Tofu dish, an all veggies dish, and one of the pho options is vegan. And, oh yeah, they have Pho and it is great! They also have bubble tea and a bunch of other things, but I stick mainly to the 1 or 2 item combos or the pho. Check it out!"
"The food was amazing! Had to get food to take home because I wanted more! The daily special was what we got but make sure you get to there fast because some of the causes they have might not be there for long! Was told they were getting rid of them and not bringing them back thai chili was one. Will have to come back! It was definitely good!"
"Service is great. Owner is a complete sweetheart. Food is amazing. Great portions and great quality of food. This has been a Carson gem for a long time. We keeping coming back. Burritos are my family's favorite"
"Beef Flautas, Boss burrito asada, Boss burrito carnita, Tostada salad, Chile Verde tacos, oh the list goes on... Hands down My Favorite are the Beef Flautas!!! Why, you ask? Well, let me tell you... The outer shell of each individual flauta is crispy and soft, the beef inside is so flavorful that if you are not careful, you will have finished eating all three so take your time and savor your bites!! They rest on a bed of freshly chopped lettuce and covered lightly with Guacomole, Creme, Chipotle. Cilantro also shredded cheese. An absolute flavor extravaganza and yes they are awesome!!!The brothers that run this place are super nice and very helpful with guiding you through there menu!!!The parking can be tough but definitely worth waiting for.So if your in LB and looking for some sit down or mexican to go stop in and give them a try."
"Shout out to Isabella! She made my after-work drive thru fun haha! She's a vibe, keep her around, your customers will be happy for it :)"
"I did a phone order for a breakfast burrito with ham, sausage AND bacon. Got there to pay and pick up my order and it was ready. I was in and out of there. They took care of me and the portions were good. Also it had flavor and good taste."
"Massive portions of great food for an extremely reasonable price! Service was quick and easy and you can see everything being grilled fresh to order. Restaurant itself is small but clean, seems like they're geared towards takeout."
"Not much good Chinese fast food around this area, but the food at Asian Chef is pretty good, but it also depends on the chef who cooks it. I've ordered food from this location multiple times, but there was a time I ordered fried rice and it wasn't good, while other times it was really good. I also like the fact that they serve large portions. Sometimes it's enough food for a few days if I ate it by myself. I really enjoy ordering the combination fried rice, the stir fried noodles, hot and sour soup, and their wonton soup. Everything is flavorful and a decent price for their large portions."
"Have been coming here for years and what I appreciate the most are seeing the same friendly staff and the best breakfast burritos in town! Cheers to you guys!"
"Dammmm, this place hit! I ordered the Classic, Nashville, and Greek burgers. I was hungrrrrryyyy oh wait I forgot about the onion rings also. All three burgers were my favorite one was the Greek! The flavors were . The classic tasted so dam good as well as the Nashville with the tasty bbq sauce they use. The onion rings were crispy and tasty. The fries tasted better than in and out I peeked into the kitchen and saw the same machine to freshly cut the potatoes. Definitely coming back. Service is quick as we came on a slow time. The ambiance is cool they have a tv and they had the dodgers game on! Come check them out if you're in the area! It's on the entrance of Cullen st off Painter."
"OUR FAVORITE LOCAL POKE SHOP!This place is the best pick your bowl style poke that we have had! The fish is super fresh and cut small which makes it taste better. The topping options are great! They have a Club card so you can get a free bowl after 9 bowls. The only negative I would say, is they consider Krab salad as a protein whereas most other places consider it a topping. But we took advantage of the Club card because we love it so much! Everyone here is super nice and friendly."
"Combo kimbap - good! Falling apart since it wasn't quite wrapped right enough but it was yummy and I would get it again Beef rice bowl - very good! Meat was tasty, sweet. Service was excellent and quick. Price is reasonable. Small ish dining area, good for couples and maybe small families but not bigger groups. Would go back!"
"The Service: Isle & Nathan were helping me at the counter. They are very friendly & thoughtful. Very efficient as well. The Food: Love their burger buns, so buttery. Good size patties. Fresh ingredients. BP Burger is their signature burger. I like the presentation. My love topping is avocado, and I am surprised how much avocado in their Avocado Burger! I also tried their Original Chicken. Their sauce is very delicious. Their milkshake is very creamy and huge portion of fries. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free). Plenty of parking spots."
"Wow i have been to a lot of Jersey Mike's but my sandwich has NEVER BEEN THIS ZESTY!! Whooo this sandwich was so good I ordered the veggie mikes way with extra pepper easy mayo and pepper spread. The sandwich was perfect not too wet and full of flavor shout out to the mid shift!!! You fellas really put this sandwich together!!!"
"The best fried chicken in all of LA . If you know you know . Best of the best is always in the hood . I've been coming here for over twenty years . Salty , peppery , tasty !! The spice mixture to die for ."
"We saw this Cambodian restaurant review on the social media and wanted to check it out. It is located in Long Beach. There is no parking lot, so you will need to find a side street or around the residential area.Their menu items are limited. The prices are reasonable. The dining area is clean and lots of seating available.Ordered:Gril Pork with Rice, Fried egg and soup - family member enjoyed the crispy pork dish.Mekatang Chicken (with flat noodle) - I was looking for more of a Chicken entree but this was the only dish. The flavor was good but the chicken itself was lacking the flavor.Special Oxtail Noodle Soup - It came with side of bean sprouts and Jalapenos. Family member enjoyed the soup. It has a good broth flavor but not similar to Pho. The meat was very tender.Sizzling Beef came with cucumber salad, rice and soup- It was more like peppery flavor. Family member said it was okay. The staff were friendly, and service was good."
"this location consistently meets expectations. they are respectful and kind when i place orders over the phone, and make the food quickly. i've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. the store is clean and the staff is helpful."
"I got a spicy chicken sandwich for $3.84 and the flavor was alright but good for the price. The place was clean as well to dine in. The BEST part about this location is how kind and attentive the staff always are! The kindest ladies work here and give excellent service all the time!! They even recommend the deals to look for."
