"Not all Chick-fil-A locations are created equal as evidenced by the average rating, but on the other hand, I don't think this location is *that* bad in spite of how unique it is.You can find this Chick-fil-A on Atlantic just off the 405 freeway. If you're going northbound, it's literally right there, but if you're driving south, you'll want to make a left at the freeway exit. It shares a large parking lot with Target, but they are on opposite sides of the lot, so if you want to go to both in one trip, you'd have to walk quite a bit.Just like any Chick-fil-A you go to, there are two drive thru lanes that eventually converge into one lane. At first glance, it may appear that this Chick-fil-A is drive thru only because one of the streetside signs says "Drive Thru" by Chick-fil-A. Actually, you can still place an order at the register; you just can't go inside. Instead, you simply walk up to one of two order windows to place your order while remaining outdoors. This made me a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to redeem my free chicken sandwich reward courtesy of Angels baseball*, but luckily, Regino at the register was able to make it work.Though not the best Chick-fil-A employee I've encountered, Regino was pretty chill. He could tell I wanted the Honey Roasted BBQ when I said I wanted the sauce similar to the Chick-fil-A sauce, but in the smaller packets instead. I also asked for a cup of iced water, all to go.After placing my order, he handed me my receipt, and I noticed a menu in front of the other order window. As I was looking at that menu, another employee opened the window to take my order. I had to let him know I had already placed my order and was simply looking at the menu lol.There was an outdoor patio with plenty of tables, and there was also a sign directing me to the "tent" for ordering and pick up. I didn't see a tent anywhere, so it confused me to the point where I started to wonder if my free chicken sandwich would somehow be handed to a customer waiting in his/her vehicle. A foolish thought I know, but I wish they were more clear on where exactly to pick up an order that was placed at a window.After a few minutes, Regino came out to hand me my order, saying the signature "My pleasure" statement after I thanked him. I took the bag back to my car to enjoy the complimentary sando.I saw not one, but four packets of the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce! For one sandwich?? Sweet! lol I only needed one for the sandwich, but it was nice to have an extra three in case I can use them for a future meal later on. The chicken, while generous in size, was quite dry that I would have been livid if they had forgotten the sauce. I'm sure I wouldn't have enjoyed the sandwich as much had I taken it home to eat, but as a whole, I didn't hate the sandwich.The water cup used was a paper cup sans insulated sleeve even though at other locations, I usually get either a styrofoam cup or a paper cup with an insulated sleeve. Just thought it was worth mentioning.The customer in front of me went up to one of the order windows to pick up his mobile order. I don't think he realized the window on the far right was for that purpose while the other two windows were for placing an order.I don't know why, but there is an oil derrick (not to be confused with my name lol) right next to the restaurant. It's been there even before this location opened around the start of COVID.Overall, it's not a bad Chick-fil-A to go to, especially if you want to hit up Target at the same time or if you want to experience a Chick-fil-A with order windows instead. I just don't plan to return to this one unless I'm in the area for a totally different reason.* If the LA Angels score at least 7 runs in a home game, open the app after the game, but before you go to bed to score a free chicken sandwich anytime within the next 3 days!"

"It's 10:15ish, close to the cut off time when they stop making breakfast. Ordering the food was simple, give the order and then head up to the window. I go up there and hand the person a coupon for two crossandwiches, has browns, small soda and coffee coupon and repeats the same price to me that he told me over the drive thru speaker at $8.77. Huh? I just handed you a small piece of paper, you look at it and tell me it's still the same price?Then when I almost get my food, I'm asked "four or five?"? I'm thinking they were hesitant on giving me the discount so I just said "5" to make it worth their while. Even if I don't think I should do that if I'm trying to be cheap with coupons.Then I realize as I'm driving, no straw. Luckily McDonalds came to the rescue when I didn't clean up the one unused straw in my car I forgot to clean up."

This was one of my favorite go to spots when I didn't want to cook and that tradition is done forever with this restaurant. I'm no hater but this is wrong all money isn't good money corporate greed will do in good restaurants with good names and customers loyalty behind them. I ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh meal two small sides they're pushing it calling them small sides they're tiny it's absolutely ridiculous look at the pictures I took. $9.99 for this GTFOH. BRC Was laughable it was soo tiny it fits in the palm of my hands $3.40 get outta here. I ordered two extra legs at another location because I was like there's no fn way they're small and they are extra small too. LmaoAnyway that's it buy this chicken at your own risk because it's tiny this gals going back old school and buying a whole chicken marinating that bad boy and roasting it at home. Never had any complaints w the customer service, order in drive thru they tell me my total after my order, drive up to window end of deal...My usual is a medium chicken bowl sometimes I add a side of veggies or I get the chicken/beef bowl."

The prices are very affordable and the portions are huge.What is unique about China Star is there are a decent amount of vegetarian and vegan alternatives on the line. There is an eggplant Tofu dish, an all veggies dish, and one of the pho options is vegan. And, oh yeah, they have Pho and it is great!They also have bubble tea and a bunch of other things, but I stick mainly to the 1 or 2 item combos or the pho. Check it out!"

"Listen up youngins Taco Bell back in the day was the bomb they used fresh ground beef crunchy taco shells crisp lettuce tomatoes and finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese it was a treat whenever mom and daddy took us there - kids nowadays don't know how good they have it with all the food variety and convenience of DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery. My love/hate history with Taco Bell It's been a hit and miss with Taco Bell for a long time decades to be exact to make more profits they lowered the quality in my opinion. I hated the grainy soggy "ground beef"it was runny and flavorless the refried beans were water and the thicker shredded cheese sucked - and the taco shells got soggy before I parked the car it was a mess... Redemption of sorts. I decided to give them another chance in 2024 and lately the food has been somewhat better still needs improvement on quality and flavor - there are no issues with the staff and the restaurant is always clean. Here's what I ordered Taco Supreme One of my favorites has always been a Taco Supreme and to my surprise it was good the meat was seasoned and actually looks closer to and tastes like ground beef the finely shredded cheese was sharp and the lettuce and tomato crisp I would definitely order this again I added extra cheese to my tacos. Spicy Soft Potato Taco Flour tortillas with fried potatoes lettuce and cheese and a thin sauce I didn't like it the potatoes are fine on their own but drenched in sauce with soggy lettuce and a pinch of cheese it's a strong no for me I won't order it again. Other items that I tried and will review now. Mexican Pizza It was a bit soggy before I parked the car the shell tasted good the beans were runny and flavorless the cheese tomatoes were good I wanted black olives but they don't have them anymore I would order this again but I'll ask they can jar the shell crispier and add extra cheese. Bean burritos I love this with green and red salsa and extra cheese but it was flavorless and runny the flavor of the red and green sauce has changed as well what was once delicious is now tasteless I've moved on and won't order this again. Crunchy Tacos Although the shell does get a bit soggy on the ride home the meat was good and the lettuce tomatoes extra cheese makes it very tasty including the signature Taco Bell hot sauces. I will go back and try the new Cantina menu and review them. Just me Shawn C. ,; )"

"Pollo Inka has been a family favorite for dinner for the longest time. My family loves Peruvian food and Pollo inka Express has been an amazing and fast spot to go pick up some delicious Peruvian delights. The way their chicken is marinated and cooked is mouth watering. Your Costco rotisserie chicken has nothing on Pollo Inkas! It pairs perfectly with their Aji green salsa which is a thick, green, delicious garlic based sauce. All of their sides are so delicious, we always get yucca frita, plantains, rice and beans. Not to mention their delicious green cilantro soup!!? Wash this all down with an Inca Kola --food coma, off to heaven shortly after. To me, Inca Kola tastes like bubblegum. I recommend trying it at least once. It's the 2 liter of bright yellow soda and you can find it here or at any latino supermarket. If you like sweets, you have to try their alfajores (little Peruvian caramel cookies) They're so soft and the best I've ever tried. I recently bought my mom some from this expensive place and they were so tiny and not as good as Pollo inkas!!!! Don't skip on these. Trust me. We will never stop craving Pollo inka and I will always highly recommend this location to anyone that's hungry and wants to try something different, with a short wait time and amazing service. Did I mention they have a drive thru??? This place is simply awesome!"
