"We waited a short while since it was Friday evening. We were seated within 10 minutes. We sat on the patio. We were quickly greeted at the table with bread and water. We selected the Seafood Fettuccine and Chicken Parmigiana. Both meals came out quickly and were good sized portions. Both were delicious. We were checked on frequently. All the accompaniments were on the table already. Waters were kept full! Service with a smile. Took home portions of each since we got full part way through. Great for leftovers. We also ordered a lasagna to go. Both salad and lasagna was great also."
"Amazing hidden gem of Santa Ana. Small, family owned a café with heavy Japanese influence. Very interesting given it's inside of a corporate building almost like a speakeasy!Had the breakfast menu along with the Japanese toast, which was Instagram worthy. Come for the hospitality, stay for the amazing food."

"Jersey Mikes is always a great ideas when you don't know what to eat. Everything is always fresh and the staff is always friendly."
"The menu looked overwhelming but the nice young lady at the register helped us navigate what we wanted.I got the regular cheese steak with peppers and onions and an order of fries. The bread was soft with good texture and the steak was seasoned perfectly. The fries were piping hot with good seasoning and came in a separate bag. Yes, a bag of fries!Overall, good experience and enjoyed all the Philly memorabilia on the walls! I've been to the other location on Beach Blvd. But this location you can sit inside and not just outside."
"This place was recommended by my co-worker. Places a pick-up order from their website.I ordered the Tom's way egg sandwich! It's delicious! This special combines with Pastrami, egg salad, swiss cheese, pickled onion and broccoli slaw served on toasted country bread. It also has a little kick to it!Hit the spot right especially when I'm not a sandwich person! Definitely recommend others to try it!"
"I've been coming here for years! The Shrimp app Boys are always a hit!! The spicy sauce that goes with is insane!! Please drop in here and experience this place."
""My what delicious sandwiches you have ..." I had the meatball and two weeks later I was craving it again. This time I went to the location and was wowed at how many significant items they fit into their small space. A beautiful meat counter, a refrigerated wall of various beverages and shelves full of my favorite spices and condiments plus stuff I am just itching to try. Top notch service, food handling, presentation, portion size, and quality. Thx so much .. luv ya !!"
"Fab spot for breakfast or brunch. It has a full bakery and coffee shop. I saw a bar there too so good for happy hour cocktails as wellWe came here for lunch, I warn you, the portions are HUGE! My co-workers were eating for a long time..lol. I only had a salad with chicken and it was tasty .I ordered a Cappuccino & it was perfect! Great service overall. Worth noting the cool high ceiling building design. Very bright and spacious. We'll be back in near future!"
"Says outdoor dinning but there is noneBut food was good and friendly service See you again"
"Having lived in NJ for nearly 8 years, I was concerned that moving back to Ca would have me missing the local delicatessens and ease of obtaining a solid sandwich. I'm so so grateful Olives is within walking distance from me. I have yet to find a sandwich in the Long Beach area I enjoy more than the Baja club at Olives, lol. Atmosphere: cute little store with groceries, prepared foods, and sandwiches made to order. I often use their app to order the sandwiches ahead of time. Food: I've tried numerous sandwiches here, and all are super solid. Fresh ingredients, lots of flavor, and large portions (I.e. you could save half the sandwich for later). I am a fan of their paninis, since they are warm and crispy, but my top notch sandwich is the Baja club, which has smoked turkey, pepper jack cheese, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and green chili aioli in a baguette. The flavors all mend together perfectly on a fresh and soft baguette, and I love the crispness of the bacon with the smooth textures of the avocado. The aioli is an added nice touch as well. It's just such a damn near perfect sandwich. And it's large!!! It's about $13 but well worth it as you can split the sandwich into two meals or share a sandwich between two people (or just be greedy and live your life and eat the whole damn sandwich).I can also vouch for their chocolate cake slices. Decadent and delicious! I need to try their prepared foods next time. They have premade items like lasagna etc that you can take home and warm up as needed, and it looks pretty good. Services is extremely friendly and accommodating anytime I purchase something there. Only gripe is parking can be a pain as there is only street parking, but over all, nothing else to complain about."
"Did some grocery shopping and got the special Italian sandwich. Got a great variety of pastas, gnocchi, their spaghetti sauce, a high quality balsamic vinegar. Their customer service was fantastic once again. It was a bit packed with customers today and the tables were clean and the store was well organized even tho there was a log of customers. Highly recommended"
"Looking for a quick bite and breakfast preferred, although it was pushing 11am, I stumbled upon this spot down the street from where I was at. The place is small, walk-up to order, has a handful of tables inside and best of all...the staff was hustling to fill orders quickly.I placed my order and waited about 5 minutes for it to be ready. Less than $10 for a sizable breakfast burrito which provided me with 2 meals was definitely a solid bang-for-your-buck! Great service!! Very fast for how busy they were. To be noted, they have a nice menu variety which is posted on the wall, visible as soon as you enter the store. The only downside was my burrito (the American) was flavorless, but luckily the salsa saved it. Overall good experience. I will plan another visit to try a deli sandwich which looks to be more of what they are known for."

Let me start with: THEIR LASAGNA IS THE BEST!!!! They use all beef, which I LOVE!!! I usually order the spicy stuffed pepperoncini's, minestrone soup, and mediterranean salad to start! So I (usually) never can finish the lasagna. So if you find yourself taking lasagna home, I suggest you get extra marinara (with or without meat - either is fantastic) to go too!! Because when you re-heat your yummy leftovers, you will be super happy you have the extra sauce!!Now, for the stuffed pepperoncinis: if you like a pickley, spicy, cheesy, crunchy appetizer, you will LOVE these! I'm a saucy person, so opt for extra sauce if you are too! :)And now the mediterranean salad: it comes with a lot of veggies! The feta cheese they use is so tangy and creamy! But the kicker here is the DRESSING!! It's sooooo good! Tip: you have to love garlic to enjoy it. If you're not a garlic lover, I would opt for a different dressing. Luckily for me, i LOVE garlic!!!All that aside, their minestrone soup is so flavorful! Suggestion: you can order a meatball (again all beef!), or two!! on the side, and add it to your soup! Which is practically a full meal in itself! Don't forget to sprinkle enough parmesan (which they grate in house!! even the stuff at your table!) and spicy red pepper flakes (if you're into the spice). Another dish I order: the spinach manicotti! Just WOW! sometimes I order a side of arrabbiata sauce and pour it over! Their spicy marinara is just done differently, in such a beautiful way! I have been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years, and I love it more and more each time. Every server I've ever encountered has been so fun and welcoming! Everyone's always nice!!Over the years, lI have ordered some of their lamb dishes, chicken dishes, etc... and I can just say their meat (whatever you're ordering) has always been tender and flavorful! All their sauces are soooooo good too! I love cooking at home, A LOT!!! So if I go out to eat, it must be worth it! And I just have to say, this place is my go-to!! And I no longer live in the area! So I have to drive kind of far now, but it's worth it! And i'm happy to do it! I honestly think I mention this restaurant to someone new, at least twice a week! The food has me thinking about this place, ALL THE TIME! Gosh, now I need their lasagna! ;)

I live close by to this little hidden Gem. Walked over this morning with some of my family and what a delight. Great selection for a smallish Cafe, the service was very friendly, coffee was fantastic and the breakfast food we had was up there with any I've tasted elsewhere. Will certainly be making this a regular for midweek breakfast and coffee.Pete

BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEYFree Sandwich for Rewards Members Subway sucks, Jersey Mike's rules! A nice, plump submarine sandwich was just what my tummy was craving. All the more so when it's free! While the various cheese steaks looked mighty tempting, an Original Italian with it's six cold cuts of meat, was too enticing to pass up.Original Italian (Giant-sized)https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA&start=24&select=5PU1KhByOwVwrp5YzlJnlg Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami & pepperoni. Extra Mike's Way (tomatoes, onions, lettuce, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt), pickles and banana peppers for good measure. Rosemary parmesan bread. Giant-sized is indeed a massive behemoth, of which I had a bit of a difficult time finishing. But finishing it, I did, because I'm a boss. Every bite of the Original Italian was delicious, and had me wondering why I don't eat sub sandwiches more often? https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA&start=0&select=JFIllGH7PEylYyBCggfTuw Service was great. The staff were quick slicing the meat, and assembling all the ingredients for my wonder sandwich. A few tables to dine at. Jersey Mike's is located at the Long Beach Town Centre, inbetween In N' Out and Barnes and Nobles. That Original Italian had me satiated for the entire day! Jersey Mike's provides high quality sandwiches, and is one of my favorite birthday month freebies, which I look forward to every year. Highly recommend!

I've seen this place all over TikTok. The sandwiches looked amazing. So I happen to be in the area and I knew this is where I wanted to go. This store is located in a little neighborhood. Is really small. I don't know if they are repainting the top top of the store. But it's all back. Once I was passing the shop, that's when I saw the Uptown Provisions logo. The girl taking my order was super nice. She let me take my time reading the menu and deciding what I would like to order.I ended up getting two of their top sellers. The smoked pastrami $16.00I got mine with the sauerkraut on the side and no Swiss cheese.Omg, the flavors exploded in my mouth. The rye bread was so good with the pastrami.I also tried the prime rib and barbecue brisket sandwich $16.00I think this sandwich was my favorite. The flavor all mix well together and it just leaves you wanting more! I loved it!I wished I lived closer or that we had this sandwich place here in Oceanside! I would be going here all the time!!!I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! I can't wait to come back here!!

This is a delivery order.Orleans & York Deli, is a great restaurant for sandwiches, po' boys, and other delicious Creole creations. One of my favorites is the Shrimp Po'Boy.A delicious baguette stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and some banging seasoned shrimps. I appreciate how the restaurant prepares the sandwich ever so perfectly. The staff really makes sure to keep my mouthwatering sandwich, safe and warm. This Po'Boy sandwich is a shrimp lovers dream, come true. Yummy

The Meat Company is a butcher in Los Alamitos, next door to Original Fish Company, with high quality cuts of meat, reasonable prices, and a wonderfully curated shop with delicious snacks and pantry staples. I come here for their delicious sandwiches, for their frozen meatballs (to level up my spaghetti game), and for their high quality steaks. You can get wagyu and meat from snake river farms if that is interesting to you. My go to meat order is their prime picanha steak. It seems like it would be expensive, but I can get two 1.5" to 2" steaks for a reasonable cost. Picanha, made popular in brazilian churrascos, are juicy and flavorful and I love that I can find them here!Aside from this, the butchers are quite helpful. They don't have a lot of seating, so I usually plan to take my sandwiches home or for a day that I'm out and about.

Had family in town, and wanted to find a locale with something for everyone. Katella Bakery & Restaurant fit the bill. Breakfast all day (waffle here), lunch options, and a bakery for shopping gave every member of our group something to enjoy! Check out this Orange County institution next time you're nearby!

"Deluxe with xtra dressing Can't go wrong. Best sandwiches in Pedro definitely recommend."
"We stopped off at this place during a drive back from Laguna.Delicious, fresh food from clearly a family run shop. The veggie sandwich and spicy chicken soup really hot the spot. When my husband had ordered spicy chicken soup and jalapeño chips, the person helping us recognized instantly that he loved spicy food, brought him 3 delicious freshly grilled jalapeños and a side of salsa.Definitely will stop here again in the future for a solid sandwich, good value, and great service!"
"I frequently come here because I work nearby. The owner Holly is awesome. After coming here a few times she will remember your name and what you like. I've been coming here for over a year now so I've had a chance to try a good portion of the menu and everything that I've gotten I've enjoyed. She has a daily special combo meal that keeps things interesting. Those who work nearby are definitely spoiled."
"Customer service is amazing.Good amount of food!Would not recommend the Boba.Food taste like any other Chinese hole in the wall."
"I used to work at Togo's in Fountain Valley back in 2010 or so in high school, so my expectations are based on being a former employee. The portions and quality of ingredients here are always so good. I haven't had a time where I didn't enjoy the sandwich - I usually get a hot roast beef and add cheese. I definitely will be back!"
"Top notch quality meats. I am very impressed with this place. I go to get my rib eyes from them."
"Friday dinner?? Had a hard week at work?? Kids making you want to cry in the corner with a juice box?? Let Foggia Italian Market feed your family with good quality rib sticking food. I ordered an Italian cold cut for hubby, SPICY cold cut for me, We both loved that one and tuna for my own anklebiter. I also got Lemoncello tiramisu- DELICIOUS! I have one Big problem...their pasta salad has NO FLAVOR, Its so bland, no salt, Nothing! I added Salad Supreme just to be able to eat it without throwing it away. I should have gotten the chips I was eyeing instead. Foggia, YOU are better then This. I live across town and next time I come here, I'll know better. Staff was very nice n helpful."
"Their dinner deal was perfect for me, my wife, and my two kids. The pizza was great. The pasta and salad and garlic bread were good. The service was great. Cute dining area."
"Amazing sandwiches very cozy vibe my sister loves their coffee and I love their cookies we eat here anytime we are in long Beach"
"The absolute best place to get your empanadas in South Bay! Our tango dancers (and I put on regular tango dance events) are absolutely addicted to these scrumptious treats. We simply can't dance without them, and have been enjoying these for the last eight years 'cause we can't get enough. Thank you, Continental Gourmet! Special thank you to the owner Sergio Mortara, the nicest guy you'll ever meet."
"I could go to Joe's every single day if I lived closer. This was my regular lunch haunt when I worked in the area! Great sandwiches and such incredibly reasonable prices--it was a no brainer. Joe and his associate Amanda are also so kind and personable (the kind of folks who care and remember your order)! They'll get you in and out and take phone orders as well if you're strapped for time. I still drive out of my way on my days off for a sandwich here. As a mom and pop joint, the simplicity of Joe's shop with indoor seating (as well as an outdoor table) makes it nostalgic and comforting. Unfortunately, there's not many places like Joe's anymore."
"I love supporting small businesses, and after getting to know the owner, they recommended their place--so of course, I had to check it out. From the moment I walked in, I loved the casual and cozy vibe and it gives an authentic deli feeling and It feels like one of those hidden gems that only locals know about.Let's talk about the food--because wow. The first time I came, I got their tri-tip sub, which is only available on Tuesdays, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Perfectly tender meat, great seasoning, and just the right amount of sauce to bring it all together. They also do pizza nights, which I tried on a different visit, and I have to say--it's just as good as the Italian restaurant I work at. Seriously, if you're a pizza lover, this place will not disappoint. And on top of all that, they have $3 beers. That alone is reason enough to stop by.If you're looking for a no-frills, consistently delicious deli with great prices and a chill atmosphere, this is the spot. I can't recommend any other deli over this one!"
"I'd never been here before today. Went to the deli and tried the Italian sandwich. I thought it was fresh and delicious. Hit the spot. The gentleman working there was also ver patient and friendly. Nice little neighbor spot i didn't know existed. I'm definitely coming back"
"An absolute must try!! Had the Black Forest ham and Swiss with avo on wheat! WOWW!!!Parking is tight but there's always people pulling in and out so be patient"
"This stand is located in the 2nd & PCH complex (free parking for 90 minutes). I came here for a late lunch recently. The woman working here was very bubbly and friendly. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and a bottle of Coke then took a seat in the patio area (there is no indoor seating). Five minutes later my sandwich was brought to the table I was sitting at. The bread was fresh, the pastrami very tender and tasty. The pastrami is from Russak's, the same provider of pastrami to Langer's, so you know it's top quality. The swiss cheese, mustard, and relish all added to the overall "wow factor" of this sandwich. The pickle relish allowed that pickle flavor to be present in every bite.Prices were on the high side (I'm sure their lease is expensive in this complex). Note: the menu photos - as are most all menu photos on Yelp - don't show accurate pricing; prices go up over time especially during a recession."
"Nice little pizza spot with fresh delicious pizza!!My family was tired of ordering from commercial pizza places and found this one close to home. And glad we tried it out, the food was so fresh and delicious with that homemade taste it was perfect."
"Friendly service, delicious sandwiches, and very unique size. 5 stars well deserved."
"I was searching all over the LA Basin for a good muffuletta (I first had one in New Orleans, so I was picky). They are difficult to find. This one ranks up there as an excellent muffuletta. You can't go wrong."
"Great market. Meats are great. Had the carne asada, Al pastor, pollo, and chorizo. The chips are fresh and crunchy. The salsas are fresh. Love the habanero. The staff is very friendly. I'll stick to this market."
"My wife stopped by last Thursday morning to purchase $100 worth of pastries for two of her clients. I had mentioned to my wife that Lascaris had a large pastry selection, since I'm constantly ordering sandwiches from there. So she thought getting cookies and brownies would be better than getting Dunkin Donuts. Well that Thursday morning at 10:08am while the place was empty, she browsed the selection, while Four employees stood behind the register. Keep in mind, no one greeted her as she approached (but that's fine, no one is required to say Hello Good morning to a customer as they walk in to their shop) so she stood in front of the register for almost ten minutes. Still no greet, or "we'll be right with you" I think there comes a point when you start questioning what's happening here. There are four employees two feet away from you chatting with each other, and no one says anything. Something is off. So unless my wife jumped over the counter to serve herself, she had no choice but to leave. She doesn't like making scenes or calling people out, so she walked out knowing, she'd never come back to waste her time here.Customer Service isn't the same. The sandwiches were good, but I can still get good sandwiches somewhere where good service is included. My wife would have been a constant spender for their pastry selection, as treating her clients with pastries is always on her agenda. But like she says, First impressions are everything."
"Truly a local favorite! Near and far, people visit DeSimone for high quality food and amazing service! Thank you so much to Elena and Jordon for always being the best! The inside is spacious and the ambiance is beautiful! They have wall art that gives LA family home vibes. Born as raised a Laker baby, I love the wall art! Personally, I am not a sandwich fan but any time someone mentions DeSimone's sandwiches I'm all for it! Their bread is always fresh and each sandwich is prepared with care! My personal favorite is the Cuban (no modifications needed!) even if you don't normally enjoy pickles or mustard, this sandwich will have you think otherwise! Also, I'm a fan of their baked goods (made fresh daily with care as well). My friends are big advocates for their Banana Fosters Bread Pudding! The perfect amount of sweet and a delicious dessert after eating their sandwich. Family owned and ran. They truly treat every customer as their own loved ones and it's heartwarming. Love this place and I always come back!"
"Food is good and staff is very friendly. Menu is a bit limited, but you can get a good breakfast."
"This place gives me NYC deli vibes, the service is amazing and the turkey sandwich was one of the best I've ever had! Bread is perfect, turkey and cheese was fresh and the veggies and Italian dressing on top was Highly recommend this place!"
