"If you ever need a custom cake made, then Bake My Day is the business to go to! I've had Kindra make me a few customized cakes from Disney related ones, to ones made to look like food dishes. Kindra is very friendly, and is talented at her craft of baking delicious foods! Please give her your orders in advance with at least 2 weeks notice so she can plan accordingly! I've ordered at least 5 times, and everything came out beautifully & delicious! Give her business a try if you need a custom cake made!"

"This coffee shop is located in an outdoor food court. The vibe of the area is pretty lively and chill. I parked in a lot across the street.I ordered La Fresita which is a vanilla latte with strawberry foam. It was pretty good. The window on the street side has pastries, but I ordered from the inside window on a tablet which was really easy. I received a text when my order was ready, and it was super fast. I would want to try their other speciality coffees. Friendly service."

"I had big dreams for my wedding. I wanted a 1920's Great Gatsby wedding and I had everything planned to the T. One of the easiest and best experiences I had with a vendor was with The Pin-Up Kitchen. From the start Amanda was quick to reply, very thorough and very nice. I spoke to her for the first time in 2019 when I started planning my wedding. We set a date for 2020 and unfortunately, Covid restrictions forced us to postpone and Amanda made sure that a year from then, we would be taken care of. At the time when I was to book the cake sampling appointment, I got Covid. Amanda went out of her way, made the 5 samples, portioned them in beautiful mason jars and allowed for my assistant to pick them up from her. It was very difficult to choose which one we wanted because all of them were delicious. It took us days to decide, sampling a little bit each day until we made a decision. We went with the lemon cake with the lemon filling and boy are we glad we did. It was a hit. On the day of the wedding upon seeing the cake, everybody was in awe at how majestic and beautiful it came out. 4 tiers of pure gorgeousness and the tastiest cake ever. People were literally going back for 2nds and 3rd's. I made sure to save the top tier for my husband and I to share on our first wedding anniversary. The cake was in the freezer for most of that year until we purchased a home in another state. There were many discussions on how we would get it there. We decided to keep in it a cooler with dry ice and it withstood not only the test of time, but a 32-hour drive to Texas in the summer. On October 30, we finally got to eat our anniversary piece and it was just as delicious as the day of our wedding. Just as pretty too. Amanda was a joy to work with. She knew her assignment and she truly knocked it out of the park. I highly, HIGHLY recommend hiring her for ALL your custom cake needs."

The woman at the booth was so sweet and my interactions with whoever runs their social media was equally as friendly and helpful. I'm sad they were out of the whoopie pies by the time I got there, I'll have to try next time! I got a chocolate chip and a peanut butter cookie as well as a vegan brownie, all were fantastic! Can't wait to go back! They had a deal at the market so it was 3 for $10"

"If you're looking for moist and buttery pecan bars, look no further! This is one of my favorite dessert spots in Long Beach, and believe me, I have many. I met the owner Cimone when I placed an order a few months ago and she told me her business was actually named after her daughter, Jassy. When you support Jassy's Sweets and Eats, you're supporting a very sweet woman-owned local business!!!!We tried their red velvet pound cake, butter pound cake, bourbon pecan bars, regular pecan bars, and regular chocolate chunk brownies. I think my favorites were the butter pound cake, brownies, and bourbon pecan bars. My partner was obsessed with the red velvet pound cake and pretty much demolished it on his own, LMAO. The key is to leave the cake out for an hour or two after removing it from the fridge to restore its moisture.You can order through her website directly or if you're a returning customer, I think she does phone orders as well. Sometimes she does pop-up events at her boutique storefront or posts on the Too Good to Go mobile app. If you're a fan of Southern sweets, definitely check them out ASAP."

"Originally I ordered a 6 inch lemon cake online which was extremely simple, a week in advance of my daughter's birthday. 3 days before I decided it would work better to have an 8 inch cake and change the flavor to strawberry. They were very accommodating to my request and charged only an additional $15. I was sent the invoice via email and paid the difference. When it was time to pick up the cake I was welcomed in the the store which smelled delightful and sweet. It is extremely clean and inviting. Pickup was very simple and easy. The cake was delicious, moist and exactly what I ordered. I can not wait to order my next cake and am very happy I found this gem of a location."

Regret not trying any of the drinks.I Iike the unique dessert offerings of salted egg yolk, pandan, durian, custard and avocado. They also have drinks such as milk tea, coffee, fruit tea and cheese foam.The salted egg yolk dessert came in multiple round cake sizes, cup cake or mini. We got a 6 pack cupcake size because that was all they had.Had to get the signature avocado dessert. This was my favorite. It wasn't too sweet and had tons of avocado slices and various jelly.The pandan durian had layers of moist cake with strong pandan flavors and a layer of fresh real durian. Which was why this cost $12.50 for a small container.We also got the cheese donut. Not my favorite. The outer shell is like tapioca with custard filling.Loved everything about this place. I just wished that they made the avocado dessert made to order instead of pre made in the fridge.It's currently in soft opening and you get 10% off. This place has potential to stay."

It's not your typical pick and choose the 4-6 flavors/cupcakes you want that day, but it seems like they do have monthly mixes/specials dozen at times. This was the only thing that prevented me from trying it since I probably shouldn't eat a dozen. :X LOL. There's only 2 people in our house, myself and my fiance (our dog Bacon does not count!). So I reached out to Emily via Facebook since she had a dozen of her March Cupcake Craving and asked for half. I appreciate that she did. $20 for a dozen (or $10 for 6, in my case) is really good, but I think that's the promotional price. Anywho... on to the cakes!Our mix included:Chocolate Chip Mint - Okay, if you like mint. He doesn't. Chocolate Malted Crunch - Pretty good.Irish Kissin' - Just OK for us. I think it's mainly because we really liked the last one.Vanilla Cookie Dough - OMG. NOM. We both really loved this one.Overall, we'd consider their cupcakes for our wedding. But I'd probably want to try a few other flavors (something fruity, salted caramel, s'mores, maple bacon, etc) before we decide. I'll probably look out for more Cupcake Cravings to order for my next wedding planning meeting or to bring to work.But the search continues!"

She didn't want to make just any cake, but the perfect cake that fit my daughters personality AND SHE NAILED IT!I find the review given by Ryketia K. disgusting. Of course a custom made cake is going to be $150+. She doesn't make Betty Crocker cakes for heavens sake. It's obvious Ryketia K. is a terrible person and Queen?? it looks like she doesn't understand that people do actually run businesses from their home."
