Fried Pork Dumplings were small but nicely constructed and very good in taste dipped in Plum Sauce, Sweet & Sour Sauce, and Hot Chili Oil.While others at my table split a Large Won Ton Soup and enjoyed extensive Mu Chu Chicken Wraps and House Special Chicken with Broccoli, Diane addressed her well-constructed and sweet Honey Walnut Shrimp, and I concentrated my attention on Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and Kung Pao Three Flavors (Beef, Chicken and Shrimp). Everything was tasty and washed down with Hot Tea. We had a veritable Chinese feast.Service was attentive and responsive, and our reserved table for six in front of the aquarium was quite comfortable. This was probably our best experience here!"

"Have you ever been hyper fixated on food? Well, it's happening to me currently. I have been loving the wonton soup here. You need to try it. Juicy soup dumplings, spicy wontons, green onion pancake, shrimp with egg, beef noodle soup, and sweet and sour fish fillets, have been our usuals. Everything on their menu is good though. I don't think I've tried something I didn't particularly like. Staff is friendly, attentive, and consistent. I really like my dining experience here. It can get busy during peak dining hours but that's normal. I'm already looking forward and planning my next visit for the wonton soup! LOL!! Ambiance is chill, open seating once you walk in but of course if packed, you'll get put on a list. There's booths and tables. Can accommodate large parties. But that would basically take up the entire half of the place."

I am sure this is due to the small margins of restaurant life and not being able to hire additional persons. Not available for takeout orders.I wanted lobster Yee mein but the tank was empty when I arrived.Got a few items that are uncommon for our family but completely delicious:Scrambled egg with shrimp - I love this simple combo and how the egg comes out soft scramble with very tender peeled shrimp.Seafood and tofu in clay pot has a bottom layer of clear noodles and vegetables (mostly Napa cabbage) - the tofu soaks up all the flavor and is equally delicious. Shrimp, squid and scallop in the mix.Our server suggested the milk tea with boba - I try to not consume too much of this type of drinks because they can be sugar bombs, their version is not overly sweet.We tend to order a lot of food because of dietary reasons. So I requested to be moved to a larger table. The staff was very accommodating, cleaning up the previously used table and moving us immediately. I am always impressed by how quickly delicious food comes out from what seems to be a smallish kitchen.Lunch specials are billed as served only till 250 pm, probably to avoid the 3 pm lunch stragglers. Check the front door for the hours, one weekday (Tuesday?) they are closed for an hour or two right after lunch service."

The shrimp broth is what Le Shrimp is known for, but I wanted to switch things up from my usual order and try the spicy chicken broth with delicious dark meat chicken and wide noodles. This dish really hit the spot! The chicken was tender and full of yummy five spice flavor, and the noodles were chewy and extremely satisfying. The broth was just spicy enough and very savory. I couldn't get enough of it!Would definitely order this again and I think it would also be a really nice dish if I'm feeling under the weather. Service was friendly and the ambiance at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is casual. They're pretty efficient too so we got in and out fairly quickly.Look forward to our next visit!"

The one thing we didn't get to enjoy was their orange chicken because it came out when we were ready to leave. We had to take it to go. The ironic part was that four different employees asked us if we were good, and all four times, we told them we were missing the Orange Chicken. Given the pace and volume of orders they were probably receiving, I was very sympathetic to the kitchen. I would most definitely come back gain."

The signature broth is my favorite. The tomato broth is great for kids (no spice). Then they take the bowl to cook your items in the back, give you a number, and they bring the soup to you in a large bowl. As you wait, you can make yourself dipping sauces. I like to combine the satay, sesame, chili oil, garlic, and cilantro together.Sometimes I eat with my eyes while I'm picking items to add to my bowl, and it's way too much food, but it tastes great the next day and they have togo containers for you, too!"

We usually frequent BCD Tofu House, but we decided to give this place a shot, and we're so glad we did!We ordered tofu soup, cold noodles, and the tteokbokki with ramen, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The portions were huge, and the tofu soup was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The broth was rich, complex, and tasted homemade. It even came out boiling hot, which I love for soups--it made the experience so much better.The cold noodles were also delicious, with fresh veggies that were perfect on a warm winter day in Southern California. The tteokbokki with ramen was another highlight. The portion was massive, easily enough for four people! My sister and I shared it, and we were both impressed by the generous serving and flavor.One nice touch is the free bone broth on the side. It's perfect if you're feeling under the weather or just prefer something warm to drink instead of cold water. You can have as much as you'd like, which is such a thoughtful addition. They removed the booths they used to have and now have various tables for seatings. This has given a more open and spacious appearance. The staff is always friendly and service fast. I asked yo add meatballs to the brisket pho and the server said you can do that or you can have less brisket and do the rest meatballs so 1/2 and 1/2 and I opted for the second option. The broth is really flavorful. I am accustomed to limes vs lemons for the condiments so I think that changed the flavor a little but it was so delicious and comforting. They updated their menu with new specials. They also serve other dishes and appetizers, milk teas and offer combos for dine in and pick up/to-go orders. Definitely my go to spot in Norwalk for Pho"

We ordered the Dandan noodles and the Beijing Style soybean paste with noodles (basically a Zha Jiang Mian). The portions were quite large. The Dandan noodles were very good, but they had the Szechuan peppers, which brought that numb feeling I'm not a fan of. Other than that, the noodles were very good. The Zha Jiang Mian was very good, particularly because the pork pieces were minced, which I enjoy more than bigger pork pieces. The pricing was reasonable and there is a lot of parking outside the complex. Great find and we will be back in the future!"
