"The food is INCREDIBLE. We were started with complimentary concha's & got the carne asada chilaquiles platter with beans, instead of hashbrowns... it did not disappoint! Authentic, runny, incredible beans with deliciously flavored asada on top of perfectly crisped tortilla chips. The drinks are yummy, but sweet, so be warned! We came mid morning on a Monday, expecting no wait but there was about 15 minutes until a table opened up. Overall, no complaints! Be patient, and enjoy!!"
"Food was really good and really good service. You have to try the granola pancakes. I will definitely be coming back."

"I've seen this place for YEARS!! And I always wanted to try it but always forgot. So when I found myself waiting for my tires to get replaced next-door, I hopped on over and tried Springdale Café. The service was friendly and she was very patient with me as I looked over a very extensive breakfast menu. I ordered the French toast, platter and French vanilla iced coffee. At Springdale Café you order at the counter first, find your seat and they bring the food to you. The only issue I had was they used coffee mate for the flavoring of the iced coffee. I wish I would have known this ahead of time I would have just ordered a regular coffee other than that the food was great. What you would expect for a café. They had two TVs on if that's what you want to do maybe catch up on your news and or sports. The tables were clean."
"Service is amazing! Food and value amazing . The chicken tortilla soup and burger was just as good as it was in the old days . Side note you can buy the red burger sauce to go . Amazing place."
"We went here for my moms birthday! It was simple tomake a reservation online and you can put any special requests or messages and I put we were celebrating a birthday and everyone greeted my mom when we got there which was great. Our server was also super helpful with suggestions of the menu. They give complimentary sourdough bread w butter which was delicious. We started off with calamari which was crispy and yummy. I got the salmon which was paired with gnocchi and corn SO GOOD! The salmon piece itself was big enough where I could take it for leftovers. We didn't ask but they ended up giving us a little cake w ice cream and a candle for my mom's birthday which was super sweet."
"I'll admit the Gram influenced my decision as I was craving Meditterranean, but the Hubs preferred Italian. So naturally, we agreed to check out Food Culture LA! (Note: there are only just a few street parking spaces up front. )From the exterior, there's an interesting mural on the wall and a long outdoor patio to the side. The inside is very clean, so we chose to eat inside. The cashier was very helpful. I ordered the Gyro Mix Plate with Gyros, Steak and Chicken,it turned out to be a really great portion. The Hubs ordered the Spaghetti Clams Alle Vongole and we both loved it!We'll definitely come back to try more!"
"Saw the Yelp reviews and the very affordable price. The gentleman on the counter saw me looking at the menu, and told me that he doesn't feel like cooking. I understood where he was coming from. I didn't feel like cooking either, that's why I went here to get something to eat. I appreciate his honesty. I will come back and try his food. I'll probably call ahead to see if he feels like cooking."
"the service was great, we got seated right away even for it being kind of busy. our waitress oliva was so sweet and attentive! i'm currently 9 months pregnant & really needed my bacon to be extra crispy, oliva had no problem making sure my bacon was perfect!! on top of the good service, our food was sooo yummy! make sure to order the pancakes they are super fluffy!"
"After a luggage delay at the airport, we had quite a bit of time to kill and decided to search for breakfast nearby, luckily we came across sunrise cafe on Yelp! This was exactly what we needed to turn the morning around. The breakfast here was great! The menu was rather large and had so many things that sounded amazing, picking what to get was not an easy choice. After much back and forth, I settled on the Baja Omelet, and my mom the banana pancakes. Both meals were great! Portions were large and the food flavorful. Though it was a feat, we made sure to finish every last bite. Service was friendly and the place gave off a small town diner feel."
"$7.95 for a smash burger? What a deal! Add the $3 for a double beef & cheese, you won't regret it. Been grabbing the mushroom smash burger with the fries and onion rings and smaaaaashing it. I'm not the biggest onion ring fan, but so crispy and can't go wrong. Service is pretty fast, food comes out in less than 10 mins. Been the go to spot for a tasty, fresh tasting burger with the fixin's on the pier."
"My cousin was staying with me, so wanted to buy him breakfast while showing him a small part of DTLB. The breakfast place I wanted to try was closed, so came back to this reliable place. He had the classic breakfast, which he enjoyed. The entire menu is available all-day, so I got the weekday special (black bean chicken chili & 1/2 sandwich for $11.96). The chili was very good...maybe too mild for a chili connoisseur (or someone from Texas who doesn't believe in beans in chili)...but reminded me strongly of the "fat-free" chicken chili that our cafe at a place I worked at for a while served (that used to be my lunch pretty consistently 3 days a week). I chose the chicken salad, which was OK, but as expected, didn't have much chicken on the sandwich. It was just filling enough to satisfy me for the long day ahead on a fishing boat."

OMGosh. Every time I'm in Long Beach and stop by Jimmy John's on Cherry Ave I've always noticed how busy Country Kitchen restaurant was. So my sons and I decided to try it. They got the grilled cheese with fries and really liked it. I got the breakfast combo with bacon, egg , potatoes and toast with a side of jam and it was delicious. We enjoyed it because it doesn't taste like regular restaurant food. It tastes more homemade. The bacon and potatoes were delicious. I especially likeHow seasoned the potatoes were. I will definitely be back. And the customer service is great.

Came here looking for chili cheese fries and they did not disappoint! The portion is HUGE for the price. I love it!! It tastes really good too! Not salty at all! Maybe a little bit more cheese will be better but i love it anyway. Service is good, the staff that took my order was nice and polite. Got my order in 5 minutes or less. The inside is very clean too, i was surprised. Will be coming back here for more chili cheese fries

Sat down for breakfast while by truck received 2 new tires next door. I ordered 2 sandwiches, Breakfast Brioche and Breakfast Croissant. Both came out within 5 min of ordering. Eggs are thick and fluffy like a pillow. Cheese and bacon are spot on with a hint of spicy Mayo brings both to another level of goodness. Tater tots are crispy and held a warm temperature for 20 min until they were consumed. The menu is simple and wonderful when you need to come in and chill for a minute or grab and take home. I will be back!!

Well there are lots of comfy booths. It was pretty busy-plenty of disabled parking. I ordered the New York steak. Size was o.k. came with veggies, salad or soup, and baked potato. I subbed hash browns for baked potato. Bleu cheese dressing on my salad. That little salad was great. I also got bread!Mine was 1 dollar less than most every meal/ breakfast I saw on the menu.I also got two onion rings a top my steak. We always leave pleasantly filled and ready for a nap. My wife ordered the chili Spaghetti and was just fine. Nice big water glasses too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parker's Lighthouse as my brother was craving oysters, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Micaela, was exceptional -- attentive but never overbearing, providing just the right amount of attention throughout the evening. She was friendly, kind, and patient while giving excellent recommendations tailored to our tastes, adding a personal touch that made our dinner even more memorable. The food was outstanding. We started with brussel sprouts and one dozen oysters. The brussel sprouts were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and well balanced in a honey citrus sauce. The oysters were fresh, clean, and briny. Whether enjoying them raw or with a little extra garnish, they truly stood out.We followed by a seafood grill that was fresh and expertly prepared. The sashimi was impeccable -- the fish was incredibly fresh, and each bite was a delight. Hats off to Chef Luna and the entire kitchen team for their skillful presentation and remarkable flavors. As dessert lovers, we order 2 desserts; the crème brûlée and cheesecake. Both were absolutely divine-- the crème brûlée had the perfect balance of rich custard and a crisp caramelized top, while the cheesecake was velvety and decadent. To pair with dessert, Micaela recommended a wine and espresso martinis, which complemented the flavors beautifully. What truly stood out was the overall experience. My brother and I don't get much quality time as we live far away from each other; the atmosphere, impeccable service, and food made our evening wholesome. We enjoyed catching up and lost track of time that we stayed for about four hours enjoying a great meal with cocktails. In addition, at the end of dinner we decided to have another glass of wine, however I was craving bread with butter (we didn't see this on the menu) to pair with our last drink. Upon asking, Micaela said they do offer them and brought us a fresh batch of warm sourdough rolls and honey whipped butter. This was our first visit, and it definitely exceeded all expectations. We are already looking forward to returning with our parents as they are seafood lovers too. Thank you to Micaela, Chef Luna, and the entire Parker's Lighthouse team for making this an outstanding dining experience!

Food halls have been popping up all over town lately and depending on what's on offer and how good the food and the service is, it can go either way. The fact that this place has Italian and Mediterranean food leads me to think there these recipes come from a mixed heritage. Location: Corner of Carson Street and Western Avenue next door to Saigon (Pho restaurant) and across the street from CarsonWestern Plaza. Street parking only, if you can find it. Food: The restaurant you're looking for is called The Green Olive and there is such a large menu of offerings, I had a hard time making a decision as there is also Italian food with their own menu. I was a little confused when I was given a Mediterranean menu as well. I went with the spaghetti clam alle vongole with a side of garlic bread. The portion size is enough to feed 2 people. There was plenty of spaghetti (maybe too much) and I'm quite sure there was a whole can of clams (Win!!) in my bowl. I would have preferred a thicker sauce for the main dish, but that's just me. Plenty of garlic too, so bring those breath mints with you before you go back to work. The garlic bread was hot, garlicky, buttery with a crusty top. Couldn't find fault with that one at all. Service: The servers were polite and accomodating, but really need some more time in the service sector. When I asked for extra napkins, I got one that was stained with some kind of fruit ( beets?) on it. While you could also order online or in person, there were 2 kiosks you can also order from, however, 1 of them wasn't working already. Summary: Parking will be an issue during peak times as it's all street parking and it seems the neighbors have had issues with other customers patronizing other eateries using their lot. Chose wisely. There is seating inside (tables and counter with stools) and outside, They offer catering and you can order to-go as well which might be a good idea if you can't find parking. They also offer paninis, salads and mediterranean food, which I need to also sample. Credit/debit/ cash are accepted also. Thus far, not a bad impression for a first visit. I'll have to come back later to try out the paninis or the mediteranean menu items. Happy eating!!

"Best BBQ restaurant around in the Wild Wild West (of South Bay, SoCal area) First time at this location and second time here overall and I can say that this is the restaurant I plan to frequent for birthdays, casual dinners with friends and family, date nights, or any occasion where I want some darn good barbecue. A friend made a reservation and ate here on New Years Day, still a good crowd and lively. Our server was Leslie and she was very attentive with refilling our waters/cokes and replenishing their wonderful garlic rolls. Look at how they glisten with flavor, it's a must have for this restaurant! I ordered the smoked brisket plate with the cherry chipotle sauce on the side. For my two sides I went with baked beans and the Mac and cheese. It's my first time trying their brisket and it was soft, tender, and peppery flavor. Great quality and they do serve their meats until sold out (which has happened in my first Wood Ranch experience). Bursting with flavors and AMAZING quality food. A friend ordered the baby back ribs and I ate some too. The softest ribs around. Next time I come I'll try to share a few plates with family so I get to try all the meats! Now that Wood Ranch Grill is local, I'm only going here from now on. There were some bbq restaurants in the area that have gone up and down in quality from 2000s-2014ish, so this is the best news that I can eat here as often as I want for my BBQ cravings! Tried their chocolate cake dessert with ice cream and candied pecans. Wow. As a chocolate lover I can attest this isn't "pulled out from the fridge and served" but honestly has that true home made feel to it. Wood Ranch has salads and seafood options which may be cool to try, but hands down the BBQ menu is where you want to order from. They do serve smaller portioned meat sizes and sides a la carte, but I had enough leftovers for a lunch/dinner the next day. Great quality food and service, I hope to keep going here for many years to come!!!"
"Food I've been coming to this place for years and one thing I can guarantee is you will not be disappointed with there food I love everything I have tried there never disappoints.Parking I always park on the side street there parking lot is pretty limited with spaces Drinks are great I love there margaritas Live the ambience and the people that go there are very friendly"
"Stopppp! If you're not loving this place, you're drunk (or not drunk enough!). The service is ALWAYS on point and the food is amazing. There are like a million TVs, with different things on for everyone. Do yourself a favor and order the lobster roll... or the burger... or literally anything!"
"Surprisingly had one of the most delicious peperoni pizza here ! Can't beat people watching at the beach. It's a vibe here if you want to dance they had a dj going! Our server was on the move and was always easy to grab attention when we needed her!"
"Had lunch today at Black Pork. This is a very small place in a not exactly best location. Parking is on a neighbor residential street. The folks that own this business are very nice. I had three of their tacos: carnitas, carne asada and shrimp. They are large, so if you want a light lunch, I would suggest ordering 2. They use a lot of chopped jalapenos, so if you are concerned about heat, ask them to go light on the jalapenos. We also ordered the guacamole with pork. What this is is delicious guacamole with chicarones and pork belly. A large portion. All in all, I will be back soon. I will ask them to make sure the meat is drained before putting it on the tortillas. It is a bit greasy. The chef came out with a large bowl of clam chowder for us to try. Wow! He adds bacon to it. It was really delicious. If I hadn't already been too full from the 3 tacos and guac, I would have enjoyed it. My dining partner gobbled it up! I've also heard that they have steamed clams! These folks deserve to have us visit them. They need to thrive!"
"This place is an awesome little find. Good place to have a quiet drink and the food is amazing. I didn't know you could come here since it's located on the base - but anyone can come in and go to the pub. I love this place."
"We had a blast celebrating our nephew's first birthday at this place! Breakfast was a delightful. The cafe staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the Disney characters were simply amazing. Not only did they entertain the little ones, but they also made sure to interact with the adults, adding an extra layer of fun to the whole encounter. They stayed in character & were so full of joy & playfulness. The food was good, can't go wrong with the classics: scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, but they also had other options. If you visit, be sure to try the pork belly slices - just make sure to get the soft and juicy ones, as some parts can be a bit dry and tough. Overall, it was an experience that we recommend trying out."
"Love love AnnieThe food is always awesome!!Love our local Good Stuff!! JustTried the cinnamon French toast! Yummmmm"
"Came here for brunch and we all had a great experience. The interior of the greenhouse is very beautiful and has large trees and plants that you can sit around. The servers were really friendly as well. I ordered a Mimosa and Eggs Benedict with Avocado. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the biscuit wasn't soggy or hard. After finishing our food, there was a cute flea market in the courtyard right outside the restaurant, so we walked around for awhile. Parking in Downtown Anaheim is always a nightmare but luckily we parked in a structure about a block down. Overall, great place!"
"When I walked it there wasn't no one there to greet me as I walked in. Someone eventually came and took our offer. Prices aren't bad since the meal with 2 sides. The food was feeling as I got a New York cut with salad and mashed potatoes. Salad bar is very pathetic. It wasn't enough variety. No water was offered since we didn't purchase a drink. And none came to check on us. Overall 4/10"
"Great food options! Love the beer and mixed cocktails selection! Nice waiters and fairly fast service even on a busy night. Nice cold beer! Can get pretty rowdy on a Sunday night for Karoake! Try the mexican lollipop drink or the strawberry mojito if you want vodka! They can always substitute the type of alcohol you want and are nice for accommodations. We love the carne asada fries and the burger sliders here! They have different craft burger options to choose from either bbq or spicy jalapeno."
"First off, there is plenty of parking where they are located. When you first come in the restaurant is very dark with dim lighting. We came on a Saturday at 6pm and they had just started setting up for a live band. We ordered a few appetizers. The calamari was definitely the best one, if you had to choose one appetizer that's the one you need to choose. If you are looking to have a conversation this is not the place to go. The music and noise all around was a bit unbearable at some points. The singer at one point just started to almost yell. Was very confused about what was going on there. I got the ribeye sandwich and my husband got the burger. We both shared and I definitely preferred his burger though the sandwich was delicious. The burger was super juicy and flavorful. The serving size of the skinny fries was crazy! There were so many! The service was great and our server was super helpful and fun. Loved the place, I think I'll just come without the live music and maybe in the morning for some light."
"I don't visit the The Wayfarer often, but when I do I always have a good time. The food is worth a visit in its own right. The pulled pork sliders, for instance, are a thing of beauty. I've never had better pulled pork anywhere and heaven knows I've eaten my share of it over the years. The service is friendly and on the ball every time. Ambience wise, it's a roomy, comfortable place with lots of places to sit. I like to sit at the bar, but that's personal preference. Booze wise its full bar with a nice selection of craft beers. The place attracts some really good bands, including some that tour nationally. Last night, we saw Jerry Joseph. He was great. The Wayfarer is a good place worthy of your attention.Cheers!"
"I went here today for brunch around 1:30 and it was insanely busy but we got in about 20 min. (They told us 30-40) the two people at the front didn't seem happy and didn't acknowledge me or say hi (I was the only one at the desk at the time lol)... I get that your super busy but a friendly smile or "hi be right with you" would suffice. The food was good!! we each had the two egg breakfast and shared the cinnamon roll French toast which was AMAZING. Next time I'll aim to sit outside on the patio since they are right on the water. Maybe not come on a holiday. Not sure if it's this crazy on a regular weekend day."
"Great food! We love it there charbroiled chicken dinner is my favorite plate. Old school diner feel."
"This place was recommended to me a while ago. I was in the area and decided to stop in for a to go order. Street parking only. There are apartment buildings in the area so keep that in mind when searching for a spot. I was fortunate to get parking half a block away. Inside you have several seating options in several rooms, patio dining and counter seating as well. The service was excellent. While waiting I was offered something to drink and multiple staff members checked in with me to make sure I was being taken care of. I ordered chocolate chippancakes for my daughter, which she loved. I opted for the California Omelet which came with potatoes and toast. Serving sizes were large and the food tasted really good. I will defiantly go back to dine in."
"Its a sad day in the hood. I drove by here the other day and noticed a piece of paper in the window. So i came back to see what it was. Sure enough there is a demo permit in the window.Man im hurt, i grew up in this place with their breakfast sandwiches, burgers and chili cheese fries. This place is a hood staple.Ill definitely miss it. The lady inside was always really nice. Not to say that sometimes it cant be dangerous to come here but sometimes it was worth the risk. I hope to make it back again before they are gone."
"La comida en general esta muy rica todo es preparado en el momento , fresco y la attention es unica uno se siente como que esta en casa Recomendado 100%"
"Great local LB sports bar with very solid food. Staff is great. Lots of TV's without feeling like buffalo Wild Wings. Try it. Nice spot with Riley's vibes."
"I hope my experience reflects the current state of the grand opening. Unfortunately, the valet service was disappointing; I had to wait 20 minutes, and finding self-parking in that strip mall is nearly impossible. The service was slow. Our server made several mistakes and rarely checked in on us, which meant we had to seek her out for assistance. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend the chicken piccata, meatloaf, Thai salad, and the butter cake."
"After a bike ride down PCH this past weekend, my wife and I stopped by Woody's Diner in Sunset Beach for a bite--and we're so glad we did!She ordered the Eggs Benedict, and I went with the Texas Burger. Both were fantastic! The Eggs Benedict had perfectly poached eggs, a rich and creamy hollandaise, and a nicely toasted English muffin. My Texas Burger was everything you want in a burger--juicy, flavorful, and stacked with BBQ sauce, crispy onion rings, and bacon. It hit the spot after the ride! The diner has that classic beachy, laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home. Service was friendly, and the food came out quickly despite it being a busy weekend morning. Definitely a solid spot for breakfast, lunch, or just to soak in that Sunset Beach atmosphere. We'll be back for sure!"
"Food was great, atmosphere was awesome. Ambience was good, however it was pretty windy. Service was a let down, we waited 20-30 minutes to get our order in. Eventually a nice lady came and helped us (she was not our server). Portions are huge, coffee is alright."
"Food was okay to me! It was my first time trying it and I got the pasta which I feel like could have had more flavor. I've never had Brussels sprouts but these were good! The bread was also yummy, it isn't complimentary unfortunately so if you want to purchase it go ahead! Overall I'd give a 7.5/10 I've had better pasta and better bread. But it's all preferences I'm sure many people love this place!"
