After being turned away from countless other restaurants in the area, Bondi welcomed us with open arms--and introduced us to the delightful and somewhat healthy delicacy known as açaí!We opted for a small custom bowl with the basics: strawberries, granola, and nuts. At around $12, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the granola base was incredibly flavorful and well-balanced. The portion size was generous enough to share between two people, and the fresh banana and strawberry toppings paired beautifully with the crunchy nuts and granola.And let's not forget the ambiance! The cute pink interior created a welcoming vibe, and the sparkling-clean restrooms deserve special recognition--something I've rarely encountered at a restaurant. "I was stoked that they opened up a new smoothie place in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. It's always so refreshing to have something right after you finished a workout. I was not sure what to order as it was my first time there, but Diana was really sweet and helpful when it came to helping me make a decision. I got "Grammy's Goods" which is cookies n' cream shake with organic peanut butter. It was delicious and had 35g of protein!"

"602 is my FAVORITE coffee spot in Huntington - which says a lot because there a million different options. Not only is the coffee delicious (and nonfat lattes are the BEST ever), but the team that works there is SO nice. I was thrown off a few times being the jaded New Yorker that I am when the person taking my order asked, "So what are you up to today, any fun plans?" At first I didn't say anything, assuming they were talking to a colleague before it hit me that they're just NICE people. The açai bowls are fresh and delicious, I genuinely look forward to them every time I'm in California. They'll put a lid on them too in case you want to take them to go, which we always opt for, then walk to the pier and have coffee and bowls by the pier watching the surfers. The location, the people, the price for value, and the vibe is just amazing - plus, they have outdoor seating with beach views too if you want to just hang instead of walking anywhere! I hadn't been here in about 5 years and it was just as good as I remembered - even better."

They have a great selections of açaí bowls, smoothies, pityas, and juice shots. I ordered the Coco passion açaí bowl. They made the açaí bowl fresh after your order. The Coco passion had strawberries, coconut flakes, bananas and blueberries. It was so tasty. The girl who took our order was very patient and sweet. Everything was excellent here from service to my order. I would definitely come back here if I want an açaí bowl."

However, you get a number to pick up your food and try to get a table around there. I did a BYOB and got a sesame bagel with egg white bacon and ham. The bagel was good! However, there was minimal egg white on it. They also used REAL bacon not that microwave stuff so 8/10! My friend got the sausage egg and cheese with the jalapeño bagel. She couldn't really taste the jalapeño and didn't really like the egg so she gave it a 6.5/10.My other friend got the bacon egg and cheese with a cinnamon bagel. He enjoyed it and gives it a 7/10 rating.We all got an fresh squeezed orange juice and it was delicious!! I will definitely be back again."

"I've been on the search for a yummy açaí bowl to combat this summer heatwave and I was just in luck as I read that Granny's Donuts serves up some popular açaí. I made my way after my morning run to grab a bowl for my mom and I. I also grabbed a few donuts for my little brothers as requested. Here's the verdict:As I walked in the establishment I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Throughout my visit they were extremely sweet and friendly, I definitely appreciated the A1 customer service! The establishment was clean and up-kept. There were a few guests enjoying their pastries when I arrived which tells me that this happens to be a somewhat popular donut joint in the area. Apart from the two açaí bowls I ordered 2 chocolate sprinkle and 1 chocolate sprinkle glazed donut. My total came out to about $29 and some change which kind of took me back at first until I realized each bowl was $9.99. Fair price for the açaí but as I attempted to do the math in my head I realized the prices for the donuts seemed to be a little steep here compared to my local donut shop where I'm paying about $1-1.50 for a pastry. Either way the donuts did seem pretty fluffy and delectable so I'll see to judge the worthiness of the price point on my next visit.As far as the açaí bowl, goodness! The portion was huge compared to other establishments and I loved how the açaí wasn't overly sweet or melted fast either; it was just perfect! Besides blueberry they also offer strawberry and mango açaí as well! It's safe to say I've definitely found my latest foodie obsession which is the blueberry açaí bowl from Granny's Donuts! I can't speak for the other items on the menu but I definitely recommend this spot to anyone in search of a yummy açaí bowl!"

I had the California Omelette, and it tasted fresh and it was full of flavor. They have a good variety on drinks and on food choices. Small parking and there are other shops around. We parked by the main shopping area and walked to the restaurant, 2 minute walk."

We got a few different specialty drinks and a mimosa, cuz it's five o'clock somewhere... and i can wholeheartedly say they were "not too sweet" (iykyk) and delicious. ...my kiddo ordered the blueberry and lemon hotcakes and I got the verde chilaquiles... both dishes were obvie made to order, complex and balanced in flavor, and honestly, the best new brekkie dishes we've had in a looooooong time...and just like every good Asian mom in the game, they bring you fresh cut fruit (and Ferrero Rocher chocolates) at the end of your meal... The more complex the smoothie and the more add-ons can really jack up the price fast."

All of their menu options have healthy ingredients added; I got the "Live Beaming" smoothie, which comes with acai, blueberry, banana, almond butter, cinnamon, coconut water, vanilla Earthfusion™ protein, maca, L-glutamine, flax oil, B-12. I don't feel like ube acai bowls are that plentiful in this genre of food so it's a unique option to try. I probably shouldn't be repeating this because I don't know how controversial it may be, but my guys compare it to "Halo-halo" saying that it tastes like it, but "healthier". LOL. Don't come for us. It's just an opinion. But also, if you like halo-halo, give this flavor a-go. The fruits and toppings are fresh, piled reasonably high and delicious. Service is helpful and friendly. I only wish they had more tables and chairs to sit at. The current situation is bar tables against the wall...so it is more often than not a take-out or an eat-in-your-car situation.
