It's 10:15ish, close to the cut off time when they stop making breakfast. Ordering the food was simple, give the order and then head up to the window. I go up there and hand the person a coupon for two crossandwiches, has browns, small soda and coffee coupon and repeats the same price to me that he told me over the drive thru speaker at $8.77. Huh? I just handed you a small piece of paper, you look at it and tell me it's still the same price?Then when I almost get my food, I'm asked "four or five?"? I'm thinking they were hesitant on giving me the discount so I just said "5" to make it worth their while. Even if I don't think I should do that if I'm trying to be cheap with coupons.Then I realize as I'm driving, no straw. Luckily McDonalds came to the rescue when I didn't clean up the one unused straw in my car I forgot to clean up.

.Stop by because I drove by. I guess I should of looked at reviews. Yikes. I am happy I am not a local. I only ordered one thing, a frozen drink. And they had me liquid. Then try to blame the machine, sure I get it machines break. But you don't serve broken food to customers, you tell them, and refund them or offer something else or whatever.

Literally purchased a FREE Whopper on the app for $0 and it went through. Got to the drive through and the lady kept trying to make me buy something to get the whopper. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nowhere in the deal said I'd have to purchase anything. I had already "bought" the free burger through the app so why would I need to buy something else to recieve it?? Makes no sense.

We saw the low review posted for this location but decided to give them a chance anyway. My 18 year old son just returned with our food, but he was so angry. It seems he went through the drive-thru and placed his our order. The server's broken English could not be understood clearly. When he got to the window he tried again to explain that he had one of their coupons that gave a discount on their chicken sandwiches & fries. Either she could not understand him or did not want to understand him. She ignored him, charged him full price but took the coupon anyway. Needless to say, we WILL NOT ever return there again. Nor will we recommend them to anyone.

I hadn't ever had a problem with my food from here before. Been coming here for about 3 years. As I'm eating my food, I see this by my hash browns and immediately spit the food in my mouth out. I'm on lunch from work, so I was annoyed I had to drive the 7 minutes back there. I ask for my money back, because I don't want to eat any more food from here, this is cutting into my lunch, and I'm so disgusted and distraught. The manager or supervisor was rude and didn't even bother to look at what it was. She gave me another order of hash browns and told me to have a nice day. Bad customer service!

This place is garbage and poorly run. I guess they're making enough money to stay in business.I waited 15-20 min at the drive through while a homeless guy was hanging outside the place (Not a problem with the homeless guy). It was probably around 7:45pm when I got there. No one greeted me at the window to say if they were backed up with orders or anything. So I left and felt like I wasted my time.My advice to people reading this. Do not go to the BK. Let it crash and burn.

Ordered inside. The customer service needs improvement. A counter employee was assisting me at the register but another employee interrupted us. The one helping me left mid order without saying a word. Sooooooo ridiculous.

Worst Burger King ever been here twice and the two times I've applied my coupon they never discount the price. If this place doesn't take coupons just say it.I've had this happen to me twice with two different cashiers where they don't say anything but will keep the coupon and still charge the full amount. I told the guy working today to give it back to me since he didn't apply it , funny how he just hoped I wouldn't notice.
