The birria pizza man. The pizza. I wish I took a picture of it because it was so beautiful. All the makings of an amazing birria taco on a pizza. It's nothing like it.

Excellent birria!! Had the 3 quesitaco with an order of consommé and it was delish. Birria was super flavorful and not overly salty. The birria fries were good but very basic/thin cut French fries, beans, and a crema. Overall pricey meal at $35 for 3 tacos, consommé, and birria fries but the birria is cooked well!

Birrieria was bomb asf! The rice was fresh, the tortilla was crispy & soft in the inside. The meat was off the hook, 10/10 Def Recommend

I'm not sure if the owner of the food truck was the one promoting his truck Saturday night in downtown Long Beach, but I decided to give it a try after a bar. They were located in front of the 7/11 on pine and Broadway. I am so sorry to say, but this birria was not good. I was not able to eat the 3 tacos and consume I bought. Each taco is about 3.50-4 dollars each. My friend asked for lime and they don't offer lime. I felt so bad throwing away my food after taking the first bite, but the flavor was not it. This is just an honest review. I've had birria from other trucks before and this was just disappointing...

I've been going to Birria places for a while now and I can tell you that this place is severely overrated and not worth the wait!We came on a Friday night, probably the first mistake. There was no definitive line and we wasted about 5 minutes standing in what appeared to be the line to order, but wasn't. We finally found the correct line and ordered fairly quickly. The guy taking our order was friendly. No prices listed, but our 4 tiny Birria Tacos and one small cup of Consume came out to about $26.00. I would have ordered two 3 Taco Plates (includes rice & beans) for $10 each if I knew it would cost me about the same price to get 4 tacos + one Consume!! How long would you wait for your order to be ready? Expect at least a 40-minute wait!TIP: They accept Cash or you can send money through Zelle.The Birria tacos were small but pretty good. They came topped with guacamole. I would consider eating them again, but not at the price we paid. The Consume was awful... it was as if the server just scooped up all the grease floating at the top and added cilantro & onions. It was pretty gross! I want/need Consume with my Birria Tacos!!For these reasons, price, wait time, and bad Consume, I will most likely never return to this truck! There are so many better and more efficient places to go to!

My favorite Birria spot! Food is mouth watering , they have so many things available on the menu. Birria Pizza & Birria Ramen are also my favorite! The service is 10/10 ! Telling all my friends and family about this food truck. Highly recommend this place!

Best birria around. Definitely get the quesabirria. The extra crunch that the cheese gives the tortilla is worth it. Only complaint is that it's sometimes hard to know where the truck is going to be. They post on Instagram where they'll be but it's not all the time.

I came here after work and my food was fresh and tasted amazing. The Birrieria had a good flavor and Bryan had good customer service he's actually the one in the kitchen preparing the food. I will definitely be back!

Service was amazing. The woman at the window was super sweet. The owner thanked us for coming by and the birria fries were soooooo good. Im super picky but no joke this gotta be the best birria ive eaten in my entire life. Perfectly spicy. Perfectly cooked 15/10 would pop my pu**y for these fries
