Bootsy BBQ

This is the best bbq I've had in a while. Who barbeques oxtail?! I had bbq oxtail, pork ribs, macaroni & cheese, collard greens and yams. Outstanding. Everything. The meat is tender and was sliding right off the bone. Also, the service was great, too. The owner and guys serving were kind to us, talking to us like we're neighbors. They chased us down after we left and gave my friend and I complimentary banana pudding. This is my staple bbq place. Follow them on Instagram to see where they are stationed for the day. Food tent outside of Ale Works, the food smelled good so we decided to give it a try. The food was good, seasoned well BUT immediately after about 1hr or so we were sick to our stomach's. Going from both ends; don't recommend at all.

I did an Easter pre-order to buy some smoked meat for my family, and it was a great hit.I ordered a brisket and salmon. The favorite was the smoked salmon! Everything was so tender and delicious. Also came with home made BBQ sauce. The brisket was a lot. We had 20 people (mixed with littles and oldies), but we still had some still left over.I will order here again when I have large gatherings! Easy to order and quick pickup. Thank you!

This is the best bbq I've had in a long time; very healthy portions. The smoked salmon is seasoned to perfection; it's my favorite. All the sides are fresh prepared just right and really good. The bbq is tender and smoked just right. The customer service is A1 and the owner is a stand up gentleman. Great vibes all the way around

I tried this place at LA Ale Works today and it was fantastic ! I ordered the smoked brisket with beans and mac n cheese. The beans and make were delicious you can taste the smokiness of the grill on each of them and the brisket just fell apart and melts in your mouth . After ordering i immediately wanted more . Delicious bbq place and I will soon try themAgain . EveryoneUpon ordering was overly friendly and charismatic which was comforting being this was the first time I tried this place. Can't wait to try again . #Whodat!

I discovered Bootsy during the pandemic and I've been a fan since. His salmon, brisket and mac are my favorites but everything on the menu is top tier! His energy and passion for the community make supporting him an easy decision. I've sent so many friends and clients his way. Go get Hit with the Smoke!!!

The smoked salmonnnn! The brisket!! The beef ribs when they have themmm! The Mac and greeeennnsss omggggg! It's a pop up so don't bother trying to go to the location. Picked up some Bootsys at LA Ale Works today and it was Got the Salmon, Brisket, and Greens. Salmon was amazing. Brisket was amazing. Greens were amazing. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

I came today 10/6/23 & although Yelp says the spot is open, it's dark inside thus, it ain't open. It's 12:47p. Guess I'll go to Woody's.Someone get back to me so I can change my star & disappointment.I can't leave a review unless I do a Star.....
