They have a larger menu than I thought they would have! The service was quick and easy.

Ambiance - 5/5 - Cute coffee vibes that blends well into the Pasea hotel.Service - 5/5 - Staff was friendly and helpful. One customer after the next, they did the job with a smile on their face.Food - 3/5 - I didn't have high expectations for a spot like this and it turned out to be as such. The croissant was terrible. Coffee was mediocre. And they charged a premium for basics like bottled vegetable juice ($14), chips ($4), soda ($8), cookie ($6), coffee ($6). But again, it was expected. Overall, convenient but more of a last resort. Get coffee/croissant/pastries next door if you can at IYKYK or a bit further walk at Philz. Enjoy!

Located inside the Paséa Hotel and Spa, this coffee shop was truly amazing! I was very hesitant trying it because most hotel cafes are very basic. As a coffee enthusiast I asked the barista Itzel for her honest opinion regarding the coffee quality. She was so helpful and actually let me sample the espresso shot! I was so pleased by her service and will always comeback because of her. You can find a lot of coffee shops that are good in OC but many don't Match the service. Great coffee, great energy! Cheers,

This cute little shop inside the Pasea, has so many beachy things to buy, but as locals we stop in for the lattes, so good, enjoy the ocean views while sipping on a coffee

Ordered a vanilla latte and a ham and cheese croissant! Both were very good. Service is good and everyone is really friendly. There are cute gift items in here as well to buy. Go check them out! I'd go back just for their coffee :)

Nice little coffee shop in the lobby of the Pasea Hotel. The drinks and pastries were good. The staff was friendly. The artwork framed on its walls were unique to HB and I like that. They carry other snacks as well as sandwiches. Keepsakes with Pasea Hotel branding such as coffee mugs and water bottles are also available here. There are some tables inside but there are plenty just outside of Blend and into the lobby, as well as right outside the automatic sliding doors for some fresh air to accompany that brew.

My review is over do...I walk over to blend when getting my car washed across the street. The team there in the morning, especially Robert, are so friendly and pleasant. It's nice to have a team who are more engaged with their guests than each other. Their tropical iced tea is amazing although I do wish it were bigger for the price. Egg croissant is good as well as the egg muffin.

Decided to stop by while attending a meeting at the hotel. Saw there were no reviews on the coffee so I wanted to add one. The gentleman working the front was very friendly and was fast at making my drink. I got the cold brew iced coffee with caramel flavor and it was super delicious! My boyfriend got the vanilla latte and the guy said he steamed too much milk so he upgraded his drink from a small to a large which normally a Starbucks or chain would just pour out the excess. If I'm ever around Pacific City or the beach around here I would definitely stop by for some coffee!

Friendliest staff ever! My favorites....ham & cheese sandwich, Italiano sandwich, Foley chardonnay, and cold brew coffee. They also carry awesome Pasea swag like stainless steel Swell water bottles, hats, and more. There are tables and chairs inside and out so you can enjoy a drink or a hot meal.

I walked in to a clean cut, friendly, and positive young man named Dave. His smile brightened up my day and his suggestions on what to get to start my morning was outstanding. I am born and raised in Huntington and I will be coming to this establishment more often thanks to dave's amazing customer service.
