Blend and Befriend

Tried the onion bread sandwich which delish.It was very fresh and was seasoned well. Not bland at all. I love the onion bread which was soft but did not break or crumble like non traditional gluten free breads.My only regret is I wish I got two sandwiches.

Great spot for vegan food. Avocado tacos with green salsa was perfection. Over fire tortillas which are so much better then steamed. Also great açaí bowl. Yum. Just great food.

Cute newish spot in downtown San Pedro.Loved to see the pride decor in shop. Very low key vibes. Reminds me of a Berkeley co-op lol. In a good way. They have a selection of smoothies, juices, coffee and some soups and sandwiches. Prices are a bit higher considering their produce isn't organic....but it does say that it includes tax and tip which is nice to see for their employees. Interested to try their onion bread.

I was hungry and hot, so got a protein berry bowl- great texture and flavor, and surprisingly made me feel full for hours! Friendly atmosphere, and I picked up a Rebel cheese log (truffle flavor) and can't wait to try on cracker!

Walked in and was greeted with good energy immediately! Menu had great healthy selections. I ordered the strawberry moon smoothie and it's one of the best strawberry smoothies I've ever had! Very cute ambiance, you can tell that they're all about the community. Loved that! If you're ever thirsty for something refreshing, give them a visit! You won't regret.

Love their avocado tacos!! And the service is always so welcoming!! Our office loves Blend and Befriend and staff! Also had their seasonal pumpkin bread!! Delicious

I have been coming here since it was called "nuda". I really like the change up! The customer service is significantly better than it was with the previous owner, from the way they answer the phone, to greeting you when you walk in, and the quality of the drinks just feels more heartfelt and effort put into it. I met the owner of the store one day purchasing a juice and she was very kind and welcoming. My go to here is the early black smoothie! And occasionally I will get a fresh juice! I purchased my first plant based chocolate chip cookie and it was to die for lol will be returning for another soon!

This place is so cute and their smoothies and açaí bowls are delicious! All the staff here are so friendly and great! I definitely need to come more often (:

Jennifer is the absolute best, I stumbled across this little hidden gem and I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jennifer. She let me and my co worker sample the drinks before deciding which one to get, and she makes the best organic Acai bowls. On the other note, we came back one day for lunch and I'm not sure what the lady name was that was there, she was so rude and we have not been back since. I wish Jennifer was there daily because I really loved the way her energy was and the way she made our bowl and drinks.

Had a Early Black smoothie, it was great. Sampled the onion bread it was delicious. service was really good! I'm going back when I can!
