Black Tap - Anaheim

This place is inside Disney Walk so expect the price to be higher. Huge place and lots of tables. They close at midnight which gives people coming out of Disneyland and option for late meal.Wide range of alcoholic beverages from beer, wine, and cocktails. Surprisingly it took our food a good 15min wait. The burger is ok..nothing special. But the specialty fries is awesome and highly recommended to try. For ambiance, price, and food quality I will give my experience with 4.2

Located in the heart of downtown Disney you will find this overpriced treasure lol it is pretty good tho, but the prices dang. It is Disney so what can I say. I do recommend the Wagyu burger, the meat was Perfectly cooked and the toppings all worked together. I upgraded my fries to cheese fries and it had all these toppings and was delicious. For that burger and fries it was $31. They have a pretty good kids meal selection, my kids like the plain hot dog and fries for $10. We also tried the fried pickles with their dill sauce it was really good, the batter was light and it was crispy-$13. I'd come back again just bc of the variety and closeness it is to Disneyland if u wanna come after some rides etc. You order first then u get a number and sit wherever. They will bring your food to you. The place overall is big and clean, someone is always cleaning up wiping tables and efficient. Someone was always asking us if we needed anything else, the hospitality was actually really nice and I wasn't use to it lol. I've tried their shakes at another taps location and it's good and looks pretty and kids go crazy over it. I just prefer other ice cream flavors from salt and straw which is close by as well.

Asked for a well done burger, got a burnt patty. Asked for a replacement, was told well done is supposed to be burnt.If a BURGER place can't cook a well done patty without burning it they shouldn't be selling burgers.

After several years of having Black Tap - Anaheim on my to go to list, my mom and I were able to try this restaurant out during the Disneyland Half Marathon race at the end of January.On Thursday, my mom and I had reservations for Disney's California Adventure theme park. I had to register for the virtual queue for the RunDisney's Merchandise shop at the Health and Fitness Expo Hall. My group was number 45 and I ended up having to go get my race packet pickup, including shopping at the RunDisney booth at around 11:30. After picking up the race bib, and merchandise, we decided to grab lunch at Black Tap - Anaheim!Black Tap - Anaheim is located in Downtown Disney. It's towards the Lego Store and the Disneyland Hotel. When we went to the team member that was outside the restaurant, we had asked if there was seating for two, and there was still availability! To place your order, you wait in line, and then place your order, pay at the register. The Texan burger included Prime Burger, Bacon, Aged Cheddar, Crispy Onion Ring, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ, and omitted the mayo. I ordered the All-American Burger with cheese, no lettuce, tomato, or special sauce. I also upgraded my French Fries to include the specialty cheese fries which include Black Tap's zesty sauce, parmesan, bacon, scallion, sour cream & onion.Once you placed your order, you were provided a number. There is open seating at this restaurant. Restrooms are located in the middle of the restaurant. Soda drinks are self-served with two available machines. My mom and I ended up sitting at a booth towards the middle of the restaurant.We waited about 20 minutes for our order. It wasn't too long considering how busy it was!! I was in awe when the food came to our table! The food looked amazing!My mom had the largest fried onion on her burger! It was huge! My cheeseburger was scrumptious! The burger was tender and juicy! It was cooked perfectly for me, which is medium-well. The French Fries were outstanding! The cheese sauce was yummy! The sour cream really enhanced the dish! I was surprised at how much flavor it added with all of the other ingredients! I would order the cheese fries again!My mom and I had a great time at Black Tap - Anaheim! I have to go to their location now in Las Vegas at the Venetian Hotel & Casino to get the CakeShake Milkshake!

Located in Downtown Disney - walk up counter to place your order. I had the Mexican burger and my son got the old fashioned. It was alright - the burger did not taste like it was seasoned however it was well garnished. I think they make their own pickles - not very good. Just tasted like cucumber that was dipped in vinegar. It probably needed more time in the pickle brine. I remember going to the one in Vegas and it was impressive and i thought it seemed bigger. Maybe it was the location too.

We came here once several years ago and hated it. We came back this time out of desperation because everything else was closed.We had the old fashioned and wagyu burgers. They were pretty decent but I have to say the fries and sweet potato fries and all the various dipping sauces were much more impressive.Their ordering before you sit system was really awkward. The guy at the front won't let you in until you know what you want. But the menu is kind of a lot to take in quickly so everyone tends to take forever at the registers anyways. I also didn't see a list of sauces on the menu and there were so many that the cashier had to repeat the list a few times for me and stumbled on that a bit. Frustrating for both of us.We skipped the crazy shakes. Still haven't forgiven the last time we tried those. They were instagram worthy but, in reality, very melted and not very good. And the prices on the shakes are pretty ridiculous.Now onto the ambience. The music on the whole was so abrasive and terrible and extra loud. I don't see how anyone after a long day at the park would want to spend a meal here. The only time we got a break was when they played some oldies. Otherwise it was just noise for the sake of noise.Service was good overall but I do want to mention that the manager (I think his name was Brennon?) was very friendly and helpful so he really stood out to me.Would we go back? Probably not unless we had no choice again. The other food options in Downtown Disney have so much more to offer.

The service is nice and saves table for parties of anything more than 4 people. We order at the register and the food gets delivered to your table. Food came extremely fast. Ambiance has loud lively music, clean, free refills on drinks. The portions are huge and food is delicious. Great restaurant at downtown Disney.

Very good beer. Nice vibe - indoor and outdoor seating. Portions are huge. You won't leave hungry. Tables are cleaned quickly and well. We ordered at the counter and service was friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and it was handled well.

Here they have some of the best milkshakes I've ever had! They have a bunch of options to choose from, some being basic flavor options & others being super extravagant ones which they call "crazy shakes" & are also sometimes Disney themed! I almost always make a point to get my favorite whenever I'm at downtown Disney, which is the funfetti cake batter shake! - if you like cake flavored ice cream or cake in general you'll love it! But honestly you can't go wrong with any of the flavors, but for me personally I always get funfetti cake batter shake 90% of the time when I go because I love it that much! (: The shakes are kinda pricey I will say, but ultimately worth it to me, I definitely recommend trying Black Tap if you're ever in Downtown Disney!*I've only ever dined in here once so long ago that I don't remember it that well so I can't confidently review their food options*

Decided to give the black tap a try at downtown Disney today. I was with a group and we tried a few different things, each one was actually very tasty. We did get the fried pickles and just as a heads up they are definitely spicy the chicken fingers that is in the kids section of the menu were very good. The wings and the hamburgers that were gotten at our table were also very tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, bright, large with music playing. If you're hanging out at downtown Disney, I would recommend checking them out.
