I have been following this spot for a while as I live really close to it. We finally decided to got here for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The breakfast burrito selection is the best I. The South Bay and the rest of the menu looked amazing. I will definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu. Not in one sitting of course. Great service as well!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by an employee. She explained the menu to me and was very helpful and friendly. The decor is bright and tasteful with gold chairs, white tables, and light blue accents at the bar. It gives off a very cute and comfortable vibe.I looked over the menu and when I was ready, I went to the cash register to order. I ordered a lavender latte with soy milk and a Korean breakfast. The lavender latte was perfect. It has a really cute foam design that made me smile immediately. The amount of lavender syrup that was used was perfect. I would prefer that the coffee is a tad bit stronger. Although the bulgogi rice was a bit too salty and saucy, it did hit the spot before the sauce was blended into the rice. The presentation is super pretty. It was such an artistic masterpiece that I didn't want to eat it. I ended up devouring it because I was starving .

I decided to check this place out after an entertaining food blogger put this down as one of his favorite breakfast burritos. This is a bright and cheery Café It is located in Lomita about a block or two off of Pacific Coast Highway. This is an order at the front counter and they will bring you your food type of establishment They don't have a parking lot for customers, so you'll have to find street parking which wasn't very difficult. The service was very friendly. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito. So far, this is my favorite bacon breakfast breakfast burrito in the South Bay. The ratio of egg to cheese to bacon and crispy tater tots was spot on. While it's not the biggest breakfast burrito I've had, nor the cheapest (~$14 plus tax), it was filling. It may have been one of the most aesthetically pleasing burritos when I looked at the cross-section. For comparison, I've had breakfast burritos from Barans/Tigres Fuego, Phanny's, Fantastic Cafe, and others. They have a few other interesting combinations if you like to experiment. The bottom line: Would I go back? Yes.

Small spot for brunch/lunch in lomita. Parking isn't great but there is a parking lot a block away for this place. Seating is limited. Prob not able to seat a large party. My favorite was the japchae. We added bulgogi to it and it was really good not too sweet. They also added basil and cabbage to it which is a bit different. Ube pancakes were good but did not taste like ube. The texture was nice and chewy and maybe had rice flour in it. The sauce tasted like coconut and condensed milk.Shakshuka was good but was not legit shakshuka. More on the heavier side. Kale Caesar was good and I liked that they put radish in it. We added avocado for like 3 bucks but it was literally like 3 slices...Kbbq burrito was good. I don't think you can go wrong w one of their burritos They have bottomless mimosas for 27 so we opted for those since one single mimosa was 12 dollars. Also tried the rose latte and it was pretty good. good for a casual lunch or a to go order.

I remember "Crack in a Cup" tasting really delicious, but I recently got it, and it definitely didn't taste like how I remembered it. I will not be ordering it again. However, their vanilla latte is great! The Shakshuka is amazing! Super flavorful and the dish was plated beautifully. I would order the Shakshuka over and over again. I wanted the eggs sunny side up and that they were - runny and perfect. I've been to Bites & Bashes a few times now, but on a recent visit the service was extra incredible. The person working there was super friendly and personable. She made me feel so welcomed and she was just amazing. 10/10 ... She was awesome! Parking is a bit tricky. It's def not my favorite because the streets are narrow and parking can be difficult at times.

I enjoyed this place for its vibes, atmosphere, and staff. However, while the breakfast burritos and coffee were okay, I can't say that they were worth the price point I paid. $45 for 2 breakfast burritos and 2 small drinks is a bit steep.

For my entire life in 30 plus years of South Bay / Harbor City adjacent life I have been looking for a local restaurant that made me feel like I live in Los Angeles with all the promise of a place where cultures are mixing. Today I just found it. I'm probably too old to own license to use "vibe" but this place has a vibe! Minimalist interior with some playfulness. Chill/ cool music. I feel this is a place I have to explore - not the physical space, but the food! "This is a thoughtfully made breakfast burrito with scallions incorporated into egg not just sprinkled on top" ~ my partnerThis statement just about sums up what you need to know about the restaurant. Food that that has thought and care in it, but is not overly complex. I would summarize this as a fusion of Korean-American (north and south of the border) palettes. But that doesn't do it justice as the food seems all and not quite any of them. My partner had an Original and I had the Taco Truck breakfast burritos. They both were great. My Taco Truck was Korean inspired in ingredients that had nice sweet and spicy elements. The Original was more traditional but well made. It's nice to not be concerned about the grease level in your food. I hate to call out just what we ate as this visit was almost unplanned and may short sell other items. The ice coffee was just good and my partner's lavender lemonade was delightful. Not too sweet with a nice blend of lavender that wasn't overwhelming. The staff was pleasant to deal with and reasonably accommodating. The only things to improve I can see is that longer hours might be good - til 7? I will also say another review said parking is easy, but that was not true on a Saturday morning. We parked in one of the local commercial places that looked closed and hoped the "we tow signs" were not going to apply when the business was closed. In any case, I look forward to another visit.

Just visited for the second time with my childhood best friend. I LOVE this place! The service is fantastic, restaurant is very clean and the food....oh my goodness, the food!!!!Here's what I've tried so far in two visits (splitting things, of course!):Korean Glass Noodles - this is worth the drive from my place. Generous portion and the flavor is just perfect! Highly recommend you add bulgogi!Korean Spicy Pork Banh Mi Sandwich - The meat is so tender and the jalapenos add just enough heat! Comes with little taster sides (think cucumbers, pickled radish). For the side, we ordered....Crack fries - we didn't know why they were named this until we tried them. They are addicting!!!! Perfectly crunchy outside, soft inside. The sauce is outstanding!KBBQ Burrito - can you say heaven? Perfect amount of everything! Again, very tender meat. Flavors blend so well. (I wanted another one today!)My friend ordered the Meyer Lemon Bites and a cookie to take home. I'm sure they are also delicious!Lavender Lemonade - I'm not a lemonade fan, but I like this one!Guava Lemonade - What a nice twist to lemonade!!Also of note, I heard the lovely owner has her own garden nearby so all the flowers you see adding such beautiful accents to your food...it's from her garden!Lastly, they have menus for the holidays. We had a sneak taste of the apple churro pie...it was delicious. I already have plans for Thanksgiving, but I'm excited for the Christmas menu!
