Big E Pizza

Pepperoni pizza was delicious! Fresh out of the oven, stringy cheese got me mouthwatering! All the requests properly followed.Place got packed out of nowhere! Cashier and servers were fast on taking everyone's orders. Only issue is that for now they're not taking Apple Pay and are needing to type your card info on their system to take your payment.I place my order to go and they served me with paper plates, napkins, peppers & Parmesan and a flyer with their daily deals. Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

Never left a 1 star review and would love to change it. I lived off Big E 8 years ago, tonight I couldn't eat it. Medium pineapple jalapeño (don't hate): everything was bland, the extra cheese I love them for tasted like nothing. Apple pie pizza: it looked and tasted like something junior high boys would come up with if left alone. Side of meatball: my bad for not realizing it didn't come with sauce, their bad for it being a steamed grey ball of nothing. I appreciate their pricing. I'd rather buy from a local business than a chain. But I think I would have gotten a better pizza from Domino's .I'm sorry Big E. It was just too bad not to review.

This is our first time here, and wow! It's so close to our place. And it's such a hidden gem! The pizza, the wings, and the lasagna were all delicious! Friendly staff, and so many cool photos in the walls

Looking for a great authentic Italian mobster themed restaurant ? Well look no further than the good old famous Big E's right in Signal Hill. This place always has a steady stream of happy customers at all hours of the day (seriously look at how late they stay open!). You can order at the counter and take it to go, or dine in. Service is exceptional and fast. This place is great for parties large and small. Great prices for the portions of food. I always end up having plenty of leftovers for the next day. Everything on the menu is legit. I really like seeing the owner's checking on their customers and thanking them for being there. Plenty of parking out front. Definitely wear your stretchy pants and FUGGET ABOUT IT !

Really solid comfort food. Tried the pizza, the salad, the pastas and the subs and they all slap. Their ordering app is great too because there's lots of options for customization. That said, the staff here has always been friendly over the phone and they can help you out. Big E if you can hear me: PLEASE start making Eggplant Parmesan. It's hard to find but so good and we all want it and please add it to the menu. Thanks.

Opened in 1986, Big E Pizza is not just your typical pizza joint--it's like walking into a mob movie set with all the gangster film posters and photos decorating the walls. The atmosphere definitely has its own unique charm! The pizza we ordered was huge--seriously, we had 4 adults and 1 kid and we still couldn't finish it! I don't come here too often but wanted to give this place a shout out. Ordered their 2 two toppings large pizza special. With tax, it came out to around $40 for take out order. I am not from LB, but my uncle used to own a donut shop next door where the Naga Khmer restaurant is currently at. I remember as a child the pizza being so delicious. And I craved it from time to time. They use the best and freshest ingredients. I took the pizza to a birthday party in Brea and it was still piping hot. And I rarely tip for to go orders but left a $2 tip since the workers were so nice and welcoming. After all these decades, the pizza quality and flavor still holds up. Thìs place has to be up there as one of the best pizza spots in all of LB! They didn't change anything with their pizza and stuck to traditional ways of making their pizza. Also you can dine in, plenty of tables. I also saw a lot of deliveries and at least 3 pizza delivery drivers hustling. I plan on coming back, maybe not every month, but every 2-3 months. My family loves the pizza. Wish them much success in the future to keep expanding!

One of my favorite place to order pizzas! I was introduce by a friend who's in love with this pizza joint. It's also connected to an Italian restaurant which is also amazing with great food! Place is spacious enough for you to sit comfortably. Service was quick and easy. Pizzas are enormous packed with pull string cheese. Absolutely delightful when you are hungry. We always order the pepperoni pizza and Hawaiian. You won't be disappointed. It's that good! Believe they are open until a later time so you can get it delivered to your place for a late night snack. I do have to add their subs are to die for. One of the best place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Highly recommended if you love pizzas like me!

We found this Late night craving spot on yelp.. 5 stars of course..this pizza was fuego ..The dough the meats the cheesey cheese everything was sooooo fresh!!! And soooooo tasty!!! I'm not a fan of eating crusts but I ate everything except the pizza box and left no crumbs. Because it was like super late we ordered and had it delivered I can't tell you about the service or ambiance inside the restaurant,But I can tell you the staff were very friendly over the phone, and my meal arrived quickly. I have to say, if you are a pizza lover you will not be disappointed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Please share with me your favorite menu items. I can't wait to try everything.
