Big Brian's Meats

I just picked up his seasonal stash of Tamales. He had 4 kinds of flavors running this year: brisket, green chili chicken, and red and green pork. Now, I'm from San Diego and spoiled with great Mexican food. After moving to Irvine, I have had trouble finding legit Mexican food. I just stuffed each flavor into my mouth and omg, they are sooooo good. Meats are so flavorful. No salsa/hot sauce needed. The meat to masa ratio, you're getting the meat that you paid for. I mean each and every one is just filled with meat. I've tried his regular bbq at his 1 year anniversary and ya'll are sleeping on this. Fall off the bone ribs, brisket sandwich was so yums, and you can't ever go wrong with Mac and cheese. They do weekend pop ups at Syncopated Brewing in Long Beach. Be sure to check em out.

Big Brian's Meats was at my daughters' school for some special function along with some other food stands. I figured there must be a reason they were the busiest and there was. The food was fantastic and I've since followed on IG and ordered 3 or 4 more timed.This afternoon, my wife and kids has pulled pork, tri-tip, mac & cheese and cole slaw. We had a quick picnic and still gave ribs, mac & cheese and a little cole slaw and tri-tip for dinner. Even though we stuffed ourselves, we have plenty for a second meal and it was very reasonably priced.As we left the park I told my wife a 5 star review was way overdue.

OMG that pastrami burrito was amazing! definitely top 5 of items wrapped in a tortilla that I've had. They were also great with helping decide on a meal for the lactose allergic husband. They allowed me to check the buns, but help decide and provide alternative solutions for him to also have a great meal which was the pulled pork and bagel chips.

I was never a huge barbecue fan until I had Big Brian's Meats. The smoked tri-tip chili with freshly baked corn bread is simply amazing! The chili has a hint of spice that's just right. If you are thinking about ordering from here, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered the butter infused turkey for the family potluck. It was a huge hit and was all gone. And the Mac n cheese was a favorite of kids and adults alike! Heating and prep instructions were easy to follow. Thanks Brian!!!

I very much enjoyed my food. He made it the way I asked too. No mistakes. I wish I'd ordered another one. I will definitely order again from Brian.

I attended the barbecue festival today I purchased a brisket torta from big Brian's meats it was hella dry, very disappointing, no flavor, idk what kind of meat it was but it was very dry and flavorless I can't believe me and my family drove 2 hours to be disappointed.

Highly recommend!!! The meats are cooked tender and flavorful, without being too salty or overseasoned! The team makes tasty options to showcase their meats- tacos, sandwiches, nachos, etc. and their extra bites like jelly-cream cheese dip and brownies are BOMB! His team are all sweet and fun, great service! He has some of the cutest lil service staff members, as well! Follow them and check it out!

THIS WAS THE BEST "small buisness" FOOD IVE EVER HAD. Soon to be the biggest food chain in the WORLD! Really kind service! Im addicted to the taste!
