This is a great brewery/restaurant to socialize at. I love their large restaurant with lots of options on the menu. And they have seasonal drinks as well. I came here with like 7 other people after work for the first time. Parking was a little annoying but I was able to find a spot not too far. Of course they are known for their beer but I got a wine instead. For food, I tried their fish tacos which are made beer battered. For the price they were pretty large tacos and filled me up. Flavorful and tasted pretty fresh. But not the best. The inside is large and I like that it had a view of the ocean. Service was cool but slow. We sat in the bar area so they checked on us more frequently. It's great for smaller parties are large groups. It's good for hanging out but food isn't all that.

Excellent location and view, subpar service. The lady at the table next to us was sat by the hostess and was there for 25 minutes and was never served. During that time we received our drinks so there was time to take her order. The bulgogi and fish tacos were good but the tomato soup was very sweet. We received a sample of the other soups and those were all much better.

I have been here so many times I can't even count. I love these ambiance, and this time I took my BF who has never been there, so it was kind of nice to experience it through his eyes. He was thrilled at the view we got. I always have to have the lobster bisque, which is amazing and this time I also ordered the Blu Apple salad with shrimp. It was very, very good. The BF got fish and chips and it was a very hearty dish. He brought two of the four pieces home. The next day he made fish tacos, he is very thrifty. We got there before the sun went down and stayed to see the city lights turned on. An absolutely delightful experience.

The service was great! We sat in the bar area and the bar tender immediately acknowledged us. He came over with menus right away and took our drink order. The food I thought was really good except that my bread for the pastrami sandwich was a little too toasted/ burned. It was fine for me because I don't mind more toasted than not but my sister in law said 'OMG they burned the bread, I would return it' lol it's a nice brewery with different flavors. It's very nice that you can sit and have a nice ocean view! All in all a nice experience and I would visit again.

Friends and I stumbled upon Belmont Brewing by surprise while walking on the pier. Open seating indoors, but there is a wait for outdoor seating where you have a view of the ocean. We opted to sit inside and service was pretty quick. I don't drink alcohol but friends really like the Strawberry one that they were promoting at the time. They also have a great bar area if you really want that brewery feel. As for the menu, I personally feel the prices were too expensive. We shared two appetizers and my friends ordered a drink each. The bill cost well over $50, so just expect it to not be budget friendly. Still, the food was good, but there was no value in it.

Dropped by for a very early dinner and we ordered the protein bowls. The portion is perfect and you have the option to add a protein of your choice (Chicken, Steak, Salmon). We also ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was delish. It's our first time here and looking forward to try the dinner menu and the beer. Service was great and there was ample seating. The vibe was super chill for a Saturday afternoon.

My friend is absolutely obsessed with this place and always raves about how amazing it is, so I had to take her word for it! On a whim, I decided to stop by on a random weekday evening. The casual atmosphere was perfect for a quick dinner with friends or family, no need to dress up. The view of the water added an extra layer of charm to the overall vibe.Note: Parking was a breeze, as there is a large parking lot located behind the apartment building. Please be aware that parking in the Vons lot is not recommended, as they tend to tow vehicles quickly. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive, greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Our server was particularly exceptional, taking the time to answer our questions about the menu and making recommendations that turned out to be spot-on.House Margarita: While it was definitely a solid drink, I wouldn't say it was anything particularly remarkable. The flavors were balanced and refreshing, but it didn't have that special something that would make me go out of my way to order it again. That being said, it was a pleasant surprise and a nice way to cap off a casual evening out with friends. If you're looking for a reliable, no-frills margarita, this one fits the bill. But if you're seeking something truly exceptional, you might want to look elsewhere.Grilled Avocado: As an avocado skeptic, I was blown away by this dish. The grilled avocado was surprisingly delicious, with the smoky flavor and creamy texture pairing perfectly with the tangy pico de gallo. The sour cream added richness, while the crispy bacon glaze provided a satisfying crunch. What impressed me most was how each component elevated the others. The avocado took on a new dimension when grilled, and the sourdough toast absorbed the juices and flavors without overpowering them.I'd go back to this restaurant just for this dish - it's that good! Charred Brussels Sprouts:Unfortunately, it was a letdown. While I appreciated the combination of flavors and textures, the charred sprouts ended up having a burnt flavor that overpowered the other ingredients. The sprouts were indeed charred to a dark brown color, but instead of adding a rich, caramelized flavor, they gave off a bitter, acrid taste that dominated the dish. The balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese, usually a winning combination, were overpowered by the unpleasant char flavor. The bacon was crispy and smoky, which would have been great if it hadn't been overshadowed by the burnt taste of the sprouts.Spinach Artichoke DipCreamy and flavorful, with a great balance of spinach and artichoke flavors. While the tortilla chips served with it were nothing special, the real star of the show was when paired with the Grilled Avocado. The combination of the warm, slightly smoky avocado and the creamy dip was a match made in heaven. Baja Fish Tacos The fish was tender and flaky, with a delicate flavor that let the other ingredients shine. The corn tortillas were warm and pliable, wrapping around the generous helping of fish like a warm hug. The toppings were a symphony of flavors and textures - the crunch of fresh cabbage, the tangy zip of Baja sauce, and the bright, zesty pop of pico de gallo. And let's not forget the sprinkle of cilantro, adding a freshness that elevates the whole dish. But what really made this dish stand out was the quality of the ingredients. You can tell that they are committed to using only the best, freshest components. The fish was expertly cooked, and every bite was a delight. And, I have to mention the Spanish rice - or rather, my disappointment that I didn't receive it. I was really looking forward to trying it, so if you're planning on ordering this dish, be sure to ask for it explicitly! That's all folks!! The onion rings are not good!

Our waiter didn't come around for 30 minutes, so we asked two or three different employees that walked by if we had a server. They all said they would find who is serving our table. Our server finally came around and said sorry she'll be back with us in a second. 10 minutes went by, and she never came back. So we went and got a manager to take our order. Our server also told our 96-year-old father to get out of the way pretty rudely while we were waiting to get checked in at the front. The food was all great, and they did give us a pretty good discount for the wait and hassle.
