Had the worst experience! And will never come back again. Staff are very unprofessional and like to accuse their customers blindly without any evidence. (FYI staff at basil -There's a better way to approach your customers if you assume that there's an issue. )Overall the food we order was a bit off then the last time I was here.The crying tiger we had looked cooked but when we cut into it, it was raw! I wish I would've taken a picture of it before they had taken it back and did not do anything about it. Anyways they waited for me to pay to tell me that they had taken it off the bill. (Staff here have a very poor communication.)The pad Thai was a bit slimy with broken noodles. (So disappointed that my kids didn't say anything until the end)The soups we ordered was alright The flavor seems a bit off and not as flavorful as before. I gave this place a one star because of how the food tasted and how embarrassing, unprofessional and rude the staff here are.

Fast and Friendly service last night close to closing time! We started with Shrimp Rolls. I ordered Tom Kha Koong soup. I love coconut soup. My friend had the Pumpkin Curry and sticky rice. Everything was excellent. I also ordered Shrimp Tom Yum to go, for lunch today. It was yummy. It was a nice quiet time to visit with my friend. Nice vibe.

Love this Thai restaurant! We always order for delivery and it still comes out very good and fresh! They have great lunch specials that comes with rice and salad! Great deal for the price! Love the ambiance ! We dined in recently and ordered shrimp pad Thai, fried calamari and sweet & sour salmon! All very good and delicious! Service was great and staff was attentive. Indoor seating with a few tables! Been eating here for years and will always be back! :)

The food is amazing and came out quick, we ordered a pretty decent amount of food and everything came out perfect. Service was excellent and restaurant is very laid back and smooth. We ordered the fried rice and it came out actually fried unlike some other places.We also ordered the Pad Thai and one main problem with certain places is either there is too much sauce or none, but Basil Thai Cuisine has a precise amount of sauce that makes it enjoyable and tasteful with a bit of sweet to it. My favorite was the Thai Iced Tea which came unmixed to mix yourself and when mixed it is amazing. We will for sure be coming back! I'd give the place a 8.5/ 10 when reviewing both the service, environment and the quality of the food.

I stumbled upon an unbelievable spot for delicious Thai cuisine. i entered the quaint restaurant, a the ambience was very pleasing, with tasteful Thai wall hangings, plants and statues. we ordered chicken Pad Thai, pad see ue lunch special, and the very veggie tofu (which are big portions) a plus! and everything was so tasty and delush: from the fresh, light salad to the main dish and even the rice were all prepared so perfectly. For dessert, the mango and sticky rice was superb. Our server, Megan: she was above and beyond - so warmly accommodating.An overall excellent lunch experience. I will definitely be coming back, and I'll be having dinner on my next visit.
