We were driving by and decided to stop here for dinner. The restaurant was empty except for a group of 5-6 people, including the waiter, in the front of the restaurant. We sat in the back and ordered our food. The pho was good and filling and the seasoning was just right. On the negative, the group I mentioned were yelling and laughing so loud it made it impossible to enjoy our meals. When I say loud I mean far louder than reasonable under any circumstances. And as I mentioned the waiter was part of the group showing no respect to our dining. I chose not to complain and we paid and tipped. But I don't want to experience this atmosphere again and won't be returning despite the good food.

just left Costco and I was starving and craving Pho. This place is convenient and I didn't have to drive far. Clean atmosphere. The lady was friendly and greeted me as I walked. Scanned the menu even though I knew I wanted Pho. All their Pho comes only in one size. I ordered the Bamboo Song Special Pho with Rare Steak, Flank, Tendons, and Beef balls. The Broth was very weak, watery, and lacking the beefy taste, the spices absent. Decent size portion. The steak tasted old and tough. Overall I rate it 2. The Chicken and Shrimp Spring Rolls were just dry, tough, and bland. The service was the only good thing.

Looking for delicious pho and good service? Look elsewhere because this place is serving up mediocre food with a side of rude / poor service. The only song you'll be singing is disapointment and regret.

The good:I ordered 6 bowls of pho from here on Christmas day and was pleasantly surprised they were open. My family got tired of eating fatty and rich American-style Christmas food two days in a row so a fresh bowl of pho was in order. I was happy with the portions, broth and meat. The broth was a good color (lighter, not too dark and concentrated) and had a subtle but rich taste. The price was fair. The bad:The prices on their website don't match the prices in the delivery app and the prices shown in menus from more recent reviewers. The website prices are about $2 cheaper than what the bowl actually costs now. The interesting:They also sell some Japanese food like bento boxes with tempura, Korean food like japchae and Chinese food like fried rice. I'm always skeptical about places that sell so many different cuisines but I didn't find anything unauthentic about the pho!

Ordered takeout from here. Everything was well packaged. However, the bean sprouts were old and browning, which was gross. And they didn't give jalapeños. The spring rolls were good and the pho was good overall.

Was super craving pho on a rainy Wednesday night so decided to take a trip to bamboo song. Pricing is reasonable my combo pho was $15~ excluding tips. It was a comfort meal, delicious and filling. I don't think the combo pho had beef tripes which I usually look forward to.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a tasty bowl of pho. The broth was borderline cold and lacked flavor. The service could have also been a lot better.

Went here for Lunar New Year 2024. Place was almost empty. No decorations for lunar new year. Staff who took the order and brought out the food seemed miserable. Ordered 2 pork spring rolls and 2 pork vermicelli. Took 20-25 minutes for the spring rolls to come out. Vermicelli didn't come with any extra garnishes (dish is kind of known for its garnishes), as expected of a place that labels themselves as Asian fusion. Food tasted decent so there's that. Good for a quick bite, I guess? If I'm expected to pay $8 for an order of spring rolls and $14 for vermicelli, let's at least have a good time about it. If you're looking for an authentic fairly priced meal with lively atmosphere, stay away.

I have been driving by for awhile now and finally decided to try this place out. They both have Vietnamese and Japanese items on the menu. Just by having Japanese items on the menu on a Vietnamese restaurant already made me think that this will not be a good experience on the menu. I ordered a Bento box with pork katsu. It took about over 15 minutes to get my order. It came with a scoop of potato salad which tasted like a store bought Ressers Potato Salad. The Veggie salad has a thousand island dressing from the bottle. The tempura was ok. The Katsu was so skinny and tiny. Was not really satisfied about the food, it was not worth the $14.00.Will bot recommend.
