Baja Cali Tacos #2

So I just went here for the first time today for dinner. I Always pass it up going other places so I thought I would give it a try. My wife got the chicken taquito plate and I got the pastor Torta. The service was great and they were very friendly and the price was right.Just plain and simple, the food was greasy and so BLAND. The chicken in the taquitos was boiled with no flavor, nothing. Same for the rice, No salt or pepper. And unfortunately the same goes for my food. My wife actually threw hers away and got a warm tortilla with butter from the kitchen. I'm trying to figure out why some people gave it such RAVE reviews?PLEASE LEARN HOW TO SEASON YOUR FOOD. (Maybe we'll go back)

Baja Cali Taco #2 came in (used to be Señor Baja)! They pretty much have the same menu except a tad bit more expensive but still reasonable. I ordered a shrimp burrito, fish tacos, and shrimp tacos. The quality of food and taste are still solid, and the tacos still come with their famous grilled peppers.They also have Monday-Thursday specials so be sure to check them out!Will definitely come back to get my shrimp burrito and fish taco fix!

Calling all fish taco lovers to add this mama papa taco/Mexican spot to your list! It was recommended to me by a friend, I have been returning whenever I carve for a good fish taco. I usually get 2 of the fish tacos which are just enough. It's priced reasonably at 3.99 dollars. The battered fried fish is of generous size with right amount of shredded cabbage, a type of white sauce which could be ranch, diced tomato, and pieces of cilantro. I love the added side of the grilled jalapeño which you don't usually get at other taco places. For to-go, you will get lemon slices and green and red salsa that are not too spicy. It has inside sitting booths. It seems to be family owned and phones are answered promptly. They are open 7 days from 9am-8pm and you could order other meals of your choice. I have tried their fish burrito which is OK. You can place your online order through Yelp, Uber eats, and DoorDash.

Been coming here for over 15yrs, used to be Señor Baja, same great food and excellent service. Food made to order and delicious.

The fish tacos are the best in the area. This place is a small jewel, with tasty food served quickly and beautifully. It is not fancy, but the fish tacos have the best taste of all the other restaurants I have frequented. The menu is varied and it is all Mexican. Each plate is served with a pepper, for all the heat you may need.

I understand if one thing out of my order went wrong but having an issue with my entire order it's something else. This review is solely on the food. The asada quesadilla was drenched in oil, it was so oily that you can see the level of oil in the picture. The al pastor tacos had no flavor what so ever! The meat just did not taste like Al pastor, It had a bit of an odd taste. Lastly the fish tacos which I would have thought would be good after all the reviews, truly were not. The fish was not crispy, was just soft. The sauce had no flavor. It took lemon, salt and adding salsa for them to be a bit tasteful. Aside from the fish tacos we couldn't eat the rest of the food, it was just not edible. Will not be returning here.

Stopped by after getting out of LAX, had to get my taco fix. I had 7 al pastor and wife had 3 fish tacos my boy had 2. They were phenomenal we all cleaned out plate. Will def be back

Got an order of red enchiladas and menudos and it was literally just the two enchiladas. The menudos had 3 small pieces of fat and water. The flavor wasn't good.

Clean! Friendly! Quick! Fresh! Delicious! I want to gate-keep this place but it's too good to not share!

Fish tacos are to die for!!!!!!Good prices, great customer service, and fast. Our favorite spot when we aren't in the mood to cook.
