Sometimes you just need to go support your local small cafe with a home like feeling. Great tasting food with welcoming vibe. This place had nothing but locals that appear to be coming here for year's. Great prompt service with smile

Overrated!Overpriced!Average (SLOW) service!PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!! Tickets for parking in the alley!Worst part is charging a premium for the same item on different days or times. Adding fees to food after 9AM WTF!! SMH!!Plenty of other restaurants with much, much better food, faster service, better environment, and ambiance.

I absolutely love this place. It's a diner-style location. The service is amazing, friendly, and the drive thru is super convenient. Parking is a bit difficult, but way worth it. If you come here, get the huevos rancheros. You will NOT regret it. It's so delicious. It's my go to meal.

We just Love,Love,the delicious food!Always nice and Hot !! Service is great!! We are fortunate to have a place so close by!! It's Always fresh and homemade!! From the Breakfasts to Lunch Meals !!! Their famous Arthur's OJ's drink is like the old fashioned "Orange Julius".

So good! The homemade salsa was spicy and full of flavor. I'm glad I ordered a side of home fries solely so that I could try the salsa. We were stopping for breakfast as soon as we hit traffic on the five. The plan was to jump off the freeway for breakfast as soon as stop and go started up and stopped. I'm so glad that fate brought us to Downey! Arthur's is small and easy to miss, but their sign of the best food in town is legit. Hardworking, high quality diner food is always a universal boon to a neighborhood, and Arthur's holds the standard well. Nothing fancy, but everything was high quality, and front of the house and back of the house were singing. I hope I get a chance to come back!

I love theIs hole in the wall best breakfast ever and the service amazing I've been going to Arthur's for more then 15 years recommend the fresh biscuits and one of my favorite things to eat there

Pork chop and gravy look at the size of the pork chop! Replaced pancakes from biscuits and gravy. Very delicious

Good food and good customer service. The weight wasn't very long at all quality of food is good. It's fresh and it was nice and hot. I ordered a breakfast burrito.

The food was very good & reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly & checked on my table multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our food & if we needed anything. I will be sure to stop by again this cute family owned business if I am ever in the area.
