Owned by a Thai couple, they take classic American diner favorites and add a flavorful Thai flair, making every dish something special. You can rise and shine with a Thai iced tea or dive into their Thai tea boba pancakes--fluffy, sweet, and packed with that signature spiced creaminess. Not feeling Thai tea? The mango sticky rice pancakes are just as dreamy, bringing a tropical touch to your morning. On the savory side, their chicken sandwich is *mega*--huge, crispy, and seriously delicious. But the real FOMO moment hit when I saw everyone ordering the chicken and waffles. Obviously, I had to join in, and let me tell you--it was perfection. Whether you're in the mood for sweet or savory, Arize Bistro serves up brunch that's worth waking up for!

The sauce that came with the chicken sandwich was super good! I totally recommend trying that sauce!The owner was kind & and patient, and you do have to order before getting seated. I'm cool with that.My only downside is that coffee and juices are not served in glasses but in to-go cups.Other than that everything was ok! See myself coming back for sure !

Arize Bistro is a must-visit spot! While the parking alley is a bit tight, there's convenient street parking available, making it easy to stop by. The bistro offers both indoor and outdoor seating, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.I ordered the mango sticky rice pancakes, and my boyfriend had the crispy chicken waffle -- both dishes were incredible! The mango sticky rice pancakes were perfectly sweet, with just the right portion size, and the flavors were truly delightful.The staff was friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to coming back for those pancakes. Highly recommend!

I visited this place after seeing an Instagram video someone made. The food did not disappoint, and the mimosas were tasty and strong. The serving size was more than I expected, but you definitely get your money's worth! The service was good and the vibe was nice. It's a small space with indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend reserving a table even if there's no wait online. I checked for a wait, and there wasn't one, but when I showed up not even 30 minutes later, I had to be put in a waitlist. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes, which isn't bad, but I was also a party of 2. For larger groups, you may want to be more prepared than I was. This is definitely a place I could go to on a regular basis if I lived closer. The drive is worth it, so I I'll be back. NOTE: You'll need to pay before you're seated, so be sure you know what you want. There's a menu outside, so if there's a wait, you can look it over or check it out on your phone. The restaurant is on the corner, and parking on the street is limited. I parked in a nearby parking lot a couple blocks away and walked to the restaurant.

Very solid brunch with a Thai fusion!Arize bistro is on a nice corner where I was able to grab brunch with a friend of mine. The ambiance walking inside seemed like a very homie cafe where you order in the front and then wait for the foodsThe reviews reccomended their mango sticky rice pancakes which were phenomenal and wasn't too sweet. For the main dish I got the Japanese curry with chicken Katsu which was very flavorful and a good portion size.Overall everything was affordable prices and fast service.

Thai inspired brunch place in Long Beach. Its a small establishment so be prepared for a wait on the weekends. I recommend joining the online waitlist through Toast app. Parking wasnt terrible as everyone says, there were plenty of street parking along Elm Street (come on Sunday for free parking)For a thai inspired brunch place, id expect there to be more thai fusion menu items. However the only unique item was the mango sticky rice pancakes. Their chicken and waffles were solid though.Drinks could use some work. The thai iced tea was mostly sugar and milk. The matcha latte needs some work, it tasted like 95% almond milk with a splash of matcha. Good thing I used the yelp check in for that

Such a cute and cozy place! I believe it may be family owned but it's incredible. I had the monte Cristo, umm.... yum!!!! The house potatoes are delectable as well. My man got an omelette and killed it. Definitely going back!

Came here with my son for some brunch. So glad we did. I got the Thai iced coffee and he got a Thai iced tea. We got a few pancakes to share and then tried their new apple French toast. Everything was so good!

Arize Bistro was a random choice one day when we went Long Beach to check out record shops. I had their Cold brew and Bomb omelette. I was surprised how good their Cold brew was. A cold and refreshing dark cup of java that danced on my taste buds. I don't know how they made the eggs in the Bomb omelette but it was super fluffy. Combined with the bacon, sausage and cheese it was one of the best egg omelette that I've had.Next time? They have a humongo chicken sausage that looks so good.

The absolute best! Food is delicious, service is top quality, just couldn't ask for more in a neighborhood bistro!
