Anna's Fish Market

I'm glad I gave this place another try after my previous review. They must have new owners because not only is the food amazing but the customer service is top notch. They don't nickel and dime you for extra sauce and the food is plentiful and well seasoned. This is my favorite fish and shrimp spot. The place is clean and has seating. There's no fishy odor either. Can't wait to return!

This place is just "OK" it's a very basic fried fish... fried very well but there's no flavor what so ever to the batter. The fries are basic, the macaroni salad is tastes like they got it from Smart & Final and that's all I can say. The service was great and very accommodating. The ambiance very POOR like I've seen better signs held up by the homeless off the freeway. Prices are cool for the size and amount of fish you get.

I like this place, the prices and portions are good, it's fresh and cooked to order, so if there's a long line or people waiting, it could take longer than you might expect, but it's FRESH.The guy who worked the front was very friendly.Parking is somewhat easy, it's near Wal-Mart, so could get busy maybe on the weekends.It's a recommendation by me to try and I'll be back to delve into other menu items. I had the shrimp which was supposed to be what they're famous or known for, and it was good.

The food is good, but their customer service is horrible! I do understand that they occasionally get busy, but the young lady in the front with the red hair....is in serious need of customer service training. I called in to order as I left work, she answered the phone, then placed me on hold. It was a 39 minute commute from work to Anna's....still on hold the entire way. I walked in to order, and she had the nastiest attitude. After I ordered, I asked her the wait time...she yelled 30 minutes! I told her never mind, and to go ahead and hang the phone up....because it was me....35 minutes later! Smh

I really wanted some fish, so I consulted Yelp. Y'all really let me down. The catfish wasn't crispy and lacked seasoning. The greens had no seasoning, only VINEGAR! The yams were mashed like mashed potatoes. They didn't have any of those lovely hunks with that sweet cinnamon brown sugar liquid. Total disappointment. The parking is horrible. The restaurant (take out only) shares a parking lot with a Walmart and it's small. I really wanted to give them two stars, but I didn't want to be a jerk. But it deserves two stars. There's all these different fish in a case in front with terrible handwritten signs and the place looks old. They have an A rating in the window, but I'm skeptical. Hard pass.

Was looking g for a fish Friday place that had the choices I wanted and ran into this gem. I love fried fish specifically when done correctly and this place knocked it out of the park. Starting with their service. Placing a phone order for pick up was easy the guy who picked up was friendly helpful did not feel rushed he answered all my questions even though they were close to closing time did not try to make me feel like I had to hurry and order. Once I got there they were very nice I didn't wait very long due to placing order while I was on my way. The fish tasted great batter was right the texture was good the level of crispy was correct my oysters and shrimp were fried to perfection the greens were on point. Had a very good experience and this is my new go to when I'm craving fish.

I love this place. This one 0 my go to fish fry places I go to in Carson fishes fresh the jumbo shrimp is delicious and they have great customer service.

Was sick for 3 days after I had fish from here so not get the scallops want be going back

Excellent food! The catfish was super tasty and fresh along with the shrimp which has a really good tartar sauce to pair it with....the location is not ideal since parking is limited and the actual place is extremelyhot for some reason but I just wait outside. Oh and the coleslaw is really good lol definitely coming back

Anna's is always on point , they have great prices. Excellent customer service, and food is always amazing.
