Angelenos Wood Fired Pizza SteelCraft

Even though we live in the South Bay, we go out to LB specifically for Angelenos! It's located within SteelCraft so seating is outdoor but they do have heat lamps for chilly weather. Order at the window and pick up when it's ready!Our go-to is usally the Mushroom and the Napoleon. Usually I'm not a fan of white sauce pizzas but the garlic crema is top notch here. Also like how they use different types of mushrooms. For the Napoleon, it's like a meat lovers. Love the red sauce here. The crust is so good here and it's one of the few places where we'll actually finish it!Not much else besides pizzas here but there are other vendors selling beers and other food.

A respectable pizza for a respectable price.I'm pretty sure I've had angelenos at a music festival or raves as us ravers call them, I could be wrong lol.It's located inside SteelCraft which is like this shipping yard container build food court plaza which is actually pretty cool design wise.Pizza didn't break the bank was like $20.I ate the whole thing lol kinda small pizzas but it was definitely flavorful and I wasn't disappointed. The pizza is a smaller size so if you're starved you may eat your whole pizza as I did lol.I tried the Tropicana didn't take too long and staff seemed to be friendly and overall in good spirits. Worth a try and definitely better than some of the over hyped local pizza spots for sure :)

Pizza is great. No complaints on the food. However, we got a spicy pizza that had some bites a bit too spicy for our taste. They refused to give my kids a cup of tap water. Said we had to buy water bottles and they don't have cups to give us water from the sink. We got water cups from another vendor who was kind enough to point out the drinking fountain. Something as simple as a cup of tap water after a 30% tip and purchase, you can't even suggest where to go to get one? Super rude and strange. Management tried to make it right by refunding our meal but defending they will not offer water for "safety reasons." I don't need the pizzas refunded because they were perfect and we ate them. I find it strange since the other vendors offer a cup for the drinking fountain that we hadn't noticed. Seems like a cheap solution. Pizza was excellent though.I was ready to toss this review and give it another shot until the owner accused me of harassment when I was responding to his explanation & informing him we weren't even given customer service. Just a "no, we don't have cups" and a shoulder shrug. He still claims I'm harassing him AFTER all said and done. Defending bad customer service is classless and I did not "harass" anyone after anything. You explained, we both disagreed. All I did was reply to you that I still disagree. Replying to your private messages isn't harassment. We had a 2 way conversation where we both disagreed. I'm sorry you are so bothered by my suggestions and now flipping the story. Cute. Here's we're we as grown adults agree to disagree how that could've been better handled and move on. Your messages were snarky to say the least. The fact you think it's actually about the water at this point. Haha

Decided to try out this pizza spot at steelcraft. Daniel helped me out and had great customer service. I decided on the mushroom deluxe and I enjoyed it. A simple yet delicious pizza.

Their kids pizza is so reasonably priced for the kids. I'm in love with their dough also. That soft warm chewy crust is amazing. This place has been here at steelcraft since the beginning I believe and I hope it stay as for many more years!

This spot gives me everything I want in a pizza! Great selection of toppings, tasty crust, wood fired for a fresh hot taste. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and Wifey and I each got a 12" pizza. I ordered the Napoleon, she opted to create her own pepperoni and jalapeño. Both were tasty and the young lady at the window was super nice, and helpful. We love the Long Beach Steelcraft and Angelenos is a key part in keeping us coming back. Pair a pizza with a beer or cider from Smog City and it's a great afternoon with a nice crowd, music going, etc!

There is nothing as good as pizza crust out of a wood fired pizza oven and Angelenos sure knows what they are doing!! The crust on my pizza was perfection, crispy on the outside while moist & chewy on the inside... I left no crust behind on this one :) But of course the toppings matter too LOL I had the Wild Mushroom Duxelle Chefs Special pizza WOW This pizza was sooooo delicious with plenty of cheese and mushrooms :) On a previous visit I had the Create You Own with Canadian Bacon & Pineapple and it was just as good :) :) :)I love Steelcraft because there is plenty of seating, a play area, selfie spot & lots of parking! A big parking lot across the street and parking around the building. Even though we usually are able to park on the street in front. The common areas are kept neat & clean and the staff is very friendly. FYI... dogs are welcome :)But back to Angelenos, I have had their pizzas several times now and love them!!! Their staff is also very friendly and helpful with ordering :)

Good pizza & fast service! I came to this Steel craft location yesterday for the first time and was happy to see they had this pizza vendor. We ordered a pepperoni & jalapeño pizza and a kids cheese pizza. We both enjoyed our food. I would definitely get this again. & on Mondays every vendor at Steel craft has all day happy hour specials.

Sabrina was extremely helpful and amiable throughout my experience, on top of that, the food came out very fast and very tasty. Would come back

Ordered through Yelp (Grubhub). 2 pizzas and 1 salad. When my order arrived, there was no salad. I called the restaurant and they said that they don't offer salad even though I was able to select it through the app. The young kid who answered the phone (unprofessionally just says "hello", I found that strange that he wouldn't say the restaurant name) told me that I would need to contact GrubHub for the adjustment. I also had requested vegan cheese for one pie, though they didn't see it according to this kid. He showed no remorse. Overall it was not a great experience.
