Food:Tacos - Carne Asada and Al PastorHaving been to the location near Dodger Stadium in the past, I was super excited when I saw that there was an Angel's stand near my house. Like the other locations, the Al Pastor is the king here. It is flame grilled on the trompo (rotating spit) and then thrown on the flat top to give it an extra crisp. The al pastor tacos are 5/5 and its worth getting the al pastor on whatever you decide to order. The carne asada is okay, nothing special, and definitely not as good as the al pastor. 3/5 on the asada in my opinion. Tacos come with cilantro, onion, avocado spread (think like a lite guac), and salsa.Restaurant / Service:The stand is on the side of the street, so there is no seating, but parking is quite easy. Something about eating tacos on the hood of a car never gets old to me. The service was okay, they were not overly friendly, but they were not mean at all.Notes:Tacos are $2.75 each.

First time trying this spot that's been at this location for about two to three weeks so far. It does not disappoint! I went with the quesadilla for my first try since I noticed they are hand making their tortillas. Very delicious and they are very generous with their meat! Their tacos looked amazing and same generosity with the meat. Everything looks well taken care of and maintained. The Al pastor has great flavor and they even serve it with a slice of pineapple. Will be coming back to try the tacos.

They were really stingy with their guacamole, I had to ask for more. They put so little at first, it was nothing compared to other locations. Everything else was fine.

Pretty good food and fair pricing. The staff is friendly and you don't have to wait too long to get your food. Definitely one of the top spots in the area.

After such a long wait to try this I was left wondering how this is so hyped. Maybe the location I went to in Whittier isn't it. But the meat was low quality fat and tendon in it. The Al pastor was the highlight I should have just got that. That being said Al pastor was very delicious. The problem for us besides low quality carne asada was the fact the the only flavor you can taste on meat is mesquite it overpowered the flavor so much I couldn't finish burrito or taco. I'll try again at another location but definitely not the carne asada

Was really looking forward to trying this place. We pulled up in front of the stand to look at the menu and check out the set up. We went about 5ish so it was still light out. At one end of the table they had containers with what I'm assuming is raw meat with a white cloth towel on top of it.... And then I saw it, there were flies on the towel ..... oh no I took off and the guy working on that end wasn't trying to keep them off. Glad I went during daylight to see that rather then oblivious to the fact that they let flies get on their food. People will eat there regardless. To the owners please make sure to cover your food properly.
