Alchemic Catering

Alchemical was catering a baby shower, that i went to. When you walked in they were the first people you encounter they were very friendly & very welcoming, the food smelled delicious. The presentation was very nice & clean. I'm looking for a catering person to cater my son's graduation in June. I thought for sure this was it. I had found the perfect catering people. When the time came to get in line for the tacos. It was the total opposite. When I finally got to the front of the line to order my tacos. The man that was serving the tacos quickly said you can only get 3 tacos if you want more save your plate & get back in line. Wow! That's so rude I haven't even place my order. And that's the reason you get one star taken away. One no need to be rude & second why would you want to serve tacos in a dirty plate? That's just gross. Be careful what you say you never know who is listening. Do I recommend this catering, maybe, because The tacos are good they serve plenty of meet on them the salsas are delicious you have great food but your customer service needs to improve.

A dear client of mine booked Chef Carlos upon my recommendation for her birthday party this summer and he did not disappoint. The tacos that he prepared on site were delicious to the point you will find yourself going back for 3rds! His set up is absolutely perfect with his variety of meats cooking on one side for your tacos and a whole bartending set up where you'll get mouth watering Paloma's! Alchemic catering really brought the fun to the party! He was professional, prompt and made booking his services absolutely seamless! I would not hesitate to continue referring Chef Carlos amazing catering services .

My friend had a birthday party and had Alchemic Catering in charge of keeping everyone fed and happy. I not only had what was on the meat-eaters menu, BUT, I also tried their Vegan option, which blew my mind! Everything was amazing and delicious!I had to give compliments to the Chef and had to ask for his business card. One of the nicest and friendliest people out there, which I intend to hire on my next event. Thanks again, Chef!!

Definitely would recommend Carlos for any catering event you have, such a great person with a fun personality! He was at a few pop ups with different menus. I have had a few different tacos with some bomb salsa, Ive had a burger which I really enjoyed! The patty was moist and full of flavor, the bun was nice and soft and he didn't skimp on the toppings, super delicious! I've also tried his strawberry palomas and it was very flavorful with fresh strawberries. If you need any catering he's your guy for any size party.

BOMB! Never disappoints and always has us wanting seconds! If you're debating on hiring them, dont think twice. 10/10 recommend

We had the pleasure of meeting Carlos 2 yrs ago at a pop up. We had his mariscos, they were delicious. And we also have had his drinks, which are well served and delicious. His burgers are so delicious! 100% I would recommend Carlos.

We ordered taco trays for this company for my sons bday party and man oh man was the food delicious! Plenty of meat, tortillas, salsa, rice and beans! We ordered enough to feed 50 people and it seemed like we had more than that! People were able to go back for 4ths! The red salsa is HOT just like it should be! The green salsa was hot enough for those that don't like "heat heat" but enough of it and the avocado salsa on top was the perfect for extra flavoring! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Wish I would've taken a picture to show how delicious it looked (& tasted)
