Albertoz Mexican Food

I have been to other Alberto's before and it's usually a good late night grub. I was tired and wanted to pick up something quick before heading home. The nice part of there's a drive-thru, so made this quick and easy.I ordered the Carne Asada Fries ($14.50 after tax). When I came home and opened the box, it wasn't even full. I used to remember the box being packed with ingredients that was enough to feed two or three people. The taste was alright and I was too hungry at this point, but very disappointed with what I got. It has gotten more expensive with less food.

Every time we're in LA this is a Go To but, this time around we were not happy with our food and I'm not sure if it's because the service was No Bueno or if it's was "just cause"There was literally No One in line but us, so we actually wanted to take our time to look @ the menu & the great thing is they have pictures so you can place your order & literally start salivating cause your looking forward to eating the good food they have to offer & especially when you already know they Don't Disappoint & in your mind already know you'll be satisfied so this was not the issue & I was not a happy customer especially after a 6 hour long drive from The Bay.

This place sucks! First off the guy tried to charge me $39.00 for 3 potato tacos 6 street tacos. Then after I corrected him he still tried to give me back -$10 less then what he was supposed to. Now for the tacos who puts lettuce on potato tacos? Umm no one! And sour cream ? The whole taco itself sucked. And the street tacos were absolutely disgusting. Rubbery meat and no flavor what so ever. All in all this place was probably the worst taco place I could've stopped at. Next time I'll be sure to just hit del taco.

Don't use your credit card or debit card there. Got overcharged last night but didn't realize it until I checked my bank balance. It was not a lot but that is not the point.

So this was our first time getting take out food, let me tell you the food was trash.

I use to eat here all the time. It was still so good. I only get to Anaheim once a year. But this will be a must go to spot forever. Breakfast burrito with potato, egg and cheese. Thank you for the wonderfulness.

As you guys know there's a bunch of these similar kind of food chains around like Alertos, Albertas, Alfredos, etc.. I decided to try the closest one to my house. Attempted to order the half order of the carne asada fries, but they only do full orders here. The carne asada fries which we all know consists of fries, meat, beans, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guac. I ordered it without beans and sour cream and added rice.Before receiving my order I asked for the carrot & jalapeno bag, but unfortunately got a response of "they didnt make any today", bummer. Once my food was handed over to me the lady asked for it back because they forgot to add my rice. I should have checked my bag before leaving because as soon as I got home and opened up my box there was only fries, meat, cheese and my rice. How do you forget the pico and guac?!?! Meat was very chewy and cut into large pieces. Salsa was watery with no flavor or spice. Everything was bland to the max and the portion was not the "full size".Overall I would definitely avoid this place and drive down a few extra miles to another one of these joints.

I should have read the reviews. This place is straight up a pass next time. I got a breakfast burrito ham and cheese and let me tell you how much cheese they put that the grease of the cheese was dripping all over my hands. It was disgusting. And the ham was all burnt and the egg was not fully cooked. very disappointing. Do not come here

Tried this place out for the first time; NEVER coming back! Food was trash; ordered fries and never got any. Taquitos were mid. Carnitas tacos were horrible. Asked for rice in my burrito and didn't get any but still got charged for it. Meat sucked! Went back to get my money back never ate the tacos due to them being horrible.

The food was crap and the service was worse. We went back to get something we ordered fixed because they made it wrong and since every time we called they would hang up. They refused to fix it or give a refund.
