I ordered via uber for pick up. Food I ordered was cooked well and tasted good. However, the entire process was tedious, stressful, and honestly not worth the time to go back for.This is part of a cloud kitchen that is poorly maintained. There is not even one person attending so if there are any issues, you are on your own. I tried calling the phone number but no one answered. I even tried texting the restaurant. Uber support did not help either. The instructions given for pick up from the restaurant via uber were poor so guidance is necessary.There are men loitering around the lobby that do not work there. The confusion regarding their purpose and intentions did make me feel a bit unsafe. It was probably not their intention but going into a tight alley, not knowing what to do, with no one that can help you and then running into a group of men would make anyone a bit concerned.Finally after figuring out how to check in, the order was not even ready even though the estimate already said it was ready. It seems like the order didn't get started until I checked in. So, I had to wait longer for my order, which again is an issue due to the loitering. There is also no parking near the lobby so it is a terrible place and area to be waiting. Not only are those men loitering but there are other drivers loitering in their cars in the alley for orders so it is hard to drive through.Having the cloud kitchen staff at least one person would help and/or a security guard to keep the alley and lobby clear could significantly help all businesses operating out of there. Although this is mainly an issue with the cloud kitchen itself, it is something that this particular restaurant can work on. Had the instructions been clear via the app, I would not have this issue. Additionally, they could have answered the phone or texted back, but did not.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Food was pretty good, I got their fish mix, but Hawaiian food that gives you tartar sauce in little generic packets... come on. That immediately lost them one star. Another star down because it was difficult to find, no human interaction and it seemed like an Amazon food delivery service. I love supporting small businesses, it's my top choice over anything franchised and why I hunted them down... but this lack of human interaction made it feel like a chain that didn't care and very robotic. Was not a fan of that. I highly doubt I'll be back.

My go to place to order from when I'm craving Hawaiian BBQ. There's a couple other Hawaiian BBQ places around Long Beach, after trying each, now I'm only ordering from Ahi Hawaiian. Always well proportioned, plenty of meat, great flavor. Love the macaroni salad that I normally order a side of for later because it's so good. I usually get the spare ribs, never disappoints my craving. Chicken katsu is also great, juicy chicken. Really no complaints, just gave it a 4/5 because I haven't gone into this location and can't fully judge. I have only ordered from door dash. Comes hot and fresh every time though.
