Great vibe! Had the best service. Ask for Marisol if you want top notch service. FYI , Sundays they open up another room for a day club vibe. Enjoy!

When we usually go, we get the Agave papas. That seems to be the best, reasonably priced thing on the menu. At least, that's our favorite. We went on a Taco Tuesday and I ordered 2 tacos for $5 and a happy hour margarita! I enjoyed my food! The ambiance was casual/dressy. The service was good We go back every couple of months so we'll be back.

Not Family-Friendly & Poor Service - very rude lady We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We came in with a gift voucher and family to eat, only to be told that we couldn't stay because we had our kids with us or place a to-go order, which was frustrating and made no sense. There was no clear policy mentioned beforehand, and the staff was completely unhelpful when we asked for clarification.Given how unaccommodating they were, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Definitely not worth the visit. Place is trashy.

Ok so let me give you a fair and honest review because I've been to this place a couple times, for brunch and for lunch/dinner. The place is cute and conveniently located, so I thought I'd give it a try. The first time I came, it was on the weekend for brunch. It was pretty crowded, but the service was decent, and the server we had was a really nice and attentive guy. We ordered mimosas (I don't think I like the idea of it premixed), but they were decent. I got chilaquiles and they were good. My friends got French toast and taquitos, and they were good. Now the other time I came, the experience was the complete opposite. I couldn't believe how horrible it was, to the point I wanted to just get up and leave. I wish I got the servers name, but I remember her being Hispanic with dark hair and small lips. Super cute nails but such a mad person that clearly doesn't belong in customer service. Upon arrival, I noticed it was self seating, so we sat at a table. It was fairly empty, but there were several waiters that day as it was a Saturday evening, before the busy night began. Multiple people seen us, and we sat there for 15 minutes before someone even brought us water. After that, I tried several times to get different peoples attention, but as soon as we'd have eye contact they'd look the other way and walk the other way. I thought it was rude and intentional. I approached the podium near the bar, asking if I had to order there. It just so happened one of the people standing there was the manager. He said no, asked me if I had a table, then took our order, and relayed the order to the server. She came over to us, no eye contact, to confirm our order, but had an attitude because she was the one that didn't do her job. I hated how she made us feel that whole time ! I should sue for discrimination. The food was alright, could've been better. She didn't even give us utensils, and when we told her we didn't have silverware, she brought us plastic, while everyone else in that restaurant had silverware. I felt like she was lazy and disrespectful. She didn't even check on us. I had to wave her down to even get the bill. Mind you, she wasn't even busy. She was standing talking to 3 other workers doing nothing. Then had the nerve to say something to me outside AFTER I LEFT. I couldn't believe this. This experience made me never want to return again and tell everyone else not to as well.

Omg where do I begin! I chose Agaves for my birthday brunch and it was about 16 in my party. They sat us on the patio and it was absolutely perfect. The weather was nice, the music was GREAT! Our waiter Soany was absolutely awesome! We were a very large party and she made sure to take great care of us. She told me at the beginning of our reservation that she was going to make this a great time, and she did EXACTLY that. I can't wait to come back to this establishment. Thank you to everyone at agaves for the hospitality and showing me and my friends an amazing time. A MUST for your birthday!!

My first time here and it was splendid!! Heard about this place from my friend and decided to tell my friend to come here for her birthday brunch. We Went this past Sunday for brunch, since brunch is popular on Sundays with two times and a day party from 2-7pm. The food is good too! I ordered the salmon and Caesar salad that was good. They also had good margaritas and reasonable prices. The food was delicious and filling. You can order brunch until 3:00pm then after the regular menu or dinner, which is good!! The ambience and vibe is definitely fun and a good time!!! It reminds you of a bar and restaurant like in Miami. The dj Played all the hits for sure. They have a bar inside you can get drinks from, and another side where the day party happens. You can buy bottle service for good deals too!! The service is decent our waitress was nice took a while to come back in the beginning but she was very amicable and patient with a big party. It's located on pine in Long Beach and they have street parking or parking structure located right behind for $20. Overall, I highly recommend here if you want to have a good time and celebrate! This is a fun spot with good music, food, and a place to dance. Heard Friday's and Saturday's are poppin too!!! -Marshay D.

Service and accommodations are atrocious. The front hostess was very rude to my wife. She was also rude to the other employee standing right beside her.

Why try to promote your business on Groupon if you won't let people redeem it???. We got a Groupon for this place with the idea of trying new places and when we got there they told us we couldn't use it. Keep in mind nowhere on the Groupon page had a disclaimer or restrictions for specific dates plus it wasn't happy hour or any other promo. I'm disappointed we were really excited to try the place but this is just shady. No wonder this place was super empty on a Friday night (Valentine's day) that should have been a red flag lol the food is alright but honestly wouldn't give this place another chance. You can't be acting like that when you already don't have customers lol pick a struggle.
