88Keys Coffee

88Keys Coffee is a calm and cool community-based coffee shop located in Lakewood. This spot is a welcome addition to the community and is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have some cool music themed decor and about 5-6 tables for seating.As for their menu, they have a solid selection of different coffee, matcha, and speciality drinks to choose from. Wifey and I stopped by for our weekend matcha run and opted to try the Horchata Chai and the Banana Matcha. Both drinks had nice flavor profiles and were a great way to start off our day.Overall, we are glad we got the chance to check this spot out. They got some nice tunes playing and a laid back ambiance that is welcoming to all. The staff here are also all very friendly and welcoming. Come check them out and show some support!

We got a Large iced matcha oat latte + sugarfree vanilla syrup and a regular iced matcha mango latte. 3/5 - Large iced matcha oat latte + sugarfree vanilla syrup, this is my usual order wherever I go, and it never does me wrong. But at this spot it tasted off... like too earthy and the sweetness just wasn't for me.4/5 - Mango matcha - I liked this one more! It was pretty sweet, but not overbearing to take over the matcha.The space is on the smaller side. Interior is super cute for music lovers and creatives. Definitely a spot to go study or get some work done. All the tables and seats were taken when we got there though. Ample parking in front!Service was friendly. Drinks are strong enough, but more on the expensive side especially with the milk substitutions.

I really wanted to like this spot. The people were very nice. And the inside has a cool vibe to it. However, the service was incredibly slow. It took 20 minutes for two coffees which is too long of a wait. And the coffee was just ok, unfortunately. They have original ideas for their coffee selection but it really didn't stand out.

If you're looking for a place to work or catch up with some friends, this is it! There is plenty of parking in the complex. The ambience is piano/music themed, retro records on the wall. Plenty of space to sit.The staff was friendly , greeted us and made suggestions on their most popular drinks! I wanted to try their Ube matcha, but unfortunately they were out of UbeBut I got the next best thing! Banana matcha latte! So creamy, tasted like a banana muffin lolI would definitely recommend this place !

I'm in this area a lot and when I saw this place a few weeks ago, I made it a point to try and stop by.I orderd the Caffe De Olla Latte with it's unrefined brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks and anise. I loved the generous cinnamon flavor in the latte. Also the art foam design by the barista was on point.The ambiance was very chill, and loved the design arrangement. The staff was friendly and they had fast service.

This was a nice and unexpected find for me. I was searching Yelp, craving a matcha based drink. I found Matcha Lattes and Strawberry Matcha Lattes. I then stumbled upon an Ube Matcha Latte. Hmm, I've gotta try that one right? And there you go!If you want to savor the Matcha, try not to mix the drink until you have take a few sips. Once you mix it, the Ube becomes the leading player. Both were win, wins in my book! I like the musical theme of this coffee shop, though I did not see any piano (88 keys reference). There were music albums and a couple of guitars on the walls, however.

what a cute coffee shop! popped in to grab some coffees before heading homeabsolutely love the musical decor spacious interior with multiple eating areas i ordered: iced spanish latte iced the "mixtape" latteboth were great. i prefer the spanish latte over the mixtape latte. service was good. the wait time was average. parking: huge shared lot. no issues with parking

Came with my coworkers to get a little sweet treat and work. It's small but someone was kind enough to share their table and let us yap. WiFi was excellent. I forgot to assess their electrical outlet situation but my coworker did mention she wanted a plug in the beginning and we didn't have one in our seating area.We each got a different matcha: mango, strawberry, and ube. They were all on the sweet side.-The mango was good and honestly tasted like another fruit, like a strawberry or peach.-I had the strawberry and it was sweet and tasted like strawberry milk. Honestly thought it was ok.-I didn't try the ube but my colleague loved it so much.

Very cool vibe in here but pretty okay coffee.This place was nicely decorated with a musical aesthetic. There's a good amount of seating and tables to chill and do work at. Parking lot spots are kind of small so just be aware. Service was friendly. Prices are just like any other coffee shop nowadays. I ordered the Mixed Tape Latte with almond milk. This was okay. You could definitely taste the chocolate and a bit of the vanilla but none of the hazelnut. It did taste on the more watered down side, I wish it could've been a bit more sweet. The espresso was pretty strong and did make me jittery. Overall, it was good but not the best. 3/5Overall, the vibe of this place is cool and they have a pretty cool selection unique of lattes but their coffee missed the mark for me. But I am down to try something else from this place again.

One of the first things that caught my attention of this coffee shop was the interior. It's almost like a surprise because the outside windows are reflective so it's an invitation to come inside. The decor is super cool and nice to look at. The drinks have not been disappointing, super delicious every time. This time around I got a Cafe de Olla latte with oat milk and chocolate bear claw to accompany it which was also extremely good. The baristas are also super nice and attentive, repeating my order and making sure my order was correct. Definitely come check this place out if you're in the area.
