My dad introduce me to this place, now my family is all from the south and we LOVE some good seafood. So we had a family night and my dad order a BIG dinner for everyone. crab, sausages, corn, shrimp etc.... Tried this place because we saw it on Tik Tok. It took 30 minutes to order. Then we were told it would be 45 minutes for our food. It actually took 90 minutes. While we were waiting everyone in line was there because of TikTok. TikTok blew them up! The wait was long but once we got our food it was sooo worth it. We all ordered the Happy Hour special. 28. for a whole lots of food. That meal easily feeds 2 people. Because of COVID there is only the out. We brought a table and headed to a park to eat our food. Definitely coming back. Service was great. They are doing what they can because of COVID and they weren't expecting the publicity they got from TikTok. Try them but just don't cone starving bectherebis a wait! They do not take phone orders!

Like many people that found this place it was through social media, and in my case it was because of TikTok. I am all about supporting small businesses especially black owned businesses. Because of COVID I do not travel unless for essentials, and I thought this place would be a great place for a celebratory dinner pickup. It was going to be a special treat since I was going to drive up from Irvine to Carson! After reading the reviews, I already had an expectation that customer service was lacking, but to what extent I would soon find out myself. I came here to pickup an order my husband had ordered online, it was the $145 double up pan. I came with my three month old and my 7 year old son in tow. Total travel time: 4 hours including wait time. I never got my food, here's why:It was COVID central as it was packed and disorganized.1. COVID regulation fail- while most people were in masks but many were in line not six feet apart and with almost twenty people in the restaurant. 2. There was no distinct pickup or order line. People were so upset they waited in the restaurant for their name to be called, with some waiting two hours!!3. Online system failed. My order went through but according to them it never went through. I showed them emails as well as the notification for pickup. They said they would check on it and an hour lapsed and nothing. Mind you I've been waiting already three hours with everyone. 4. Customer service fail. No apology. No refund.I never got my food. Never got a response so I drove back to Irvine. My seven year old was complaining and my boobs were about to explode as I needed to pump By 4pm. And I figured I would deal with a refund through the credit card company versus trying to get a response from them. The failure of the place was due to not having enough people in place and a system that worked. They underestimated their popularity but that would soon change when more people complain and reviews are in place. Tiktok's algorithm will fade and IG too. They need to get a better system in place if they want to truly succeed.

I'd love to say the food was great, but we never got it. The restaurant confirmed the order. Sent an email saying the order was being prepared. Then sent us an email saying the order was ready for pickup! Drove over and spent over an hour in line for them to tell me "we never received your online order." How's that possible when I received 3 email confirmations including one saying the order was ready for pickup. They went into the back to check on it, an hour later still nothing. No refund, no communication, no food, no nothing. We left after wasting almost 3 hours on a weekend. Now all we can do is dispute the credit card charge since they didn't offer a refund, oh and did I mention, no food!? Look, I understand we're all dealing with COVID. I get that the restaurant recently blew up from whatever viral crap going on. But what business owner allows orders to come in when you clearly can't handle them? What business allows it's customers to spend $150+, wait 3 hours, leave without food, without an explanation, and without a refund. It's pure insanity at it's finest.

Let me tell y'all one mf thing, I ain't had nothing this good in a LONG TIME. BUT THATS NOT WHY I'M GIVING IT 5 STARS.I'm giving it 5 stars because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE.I live in Rosemead and I got all the way home and saw that they forgot my crab.So I called and called and first no on picked up. So I was getting kind of mad because nobody was picking up the phone and in my mind I was like "these folks ain't gone believe me". So after about the 5th time of calling the owner picks up, APOLOGIZES and says to text him what happened so he can take care of us next time.Now that's the kind of black business that gets my money.I'm going back again tomorrow and ordering again.But y'all this food?!?!! You ain't gotta go to no other sea food spot because this is it!!I found out about this place because some chick on Tik Tok recommended it.

You get a lot of delicious food here at a decent price. There is no dine in option it is for pick up only. One star knocked off because you can't call in to place an order. You have to go there to order and the food can take up to thirty minutes to make. They do have an option to order online which I will post a photo of to help all my fellow yelpers. Cash Only!!!

So, I'm all for recycling the black dollar...but the customer service is at an all time low... First impressions are so crucial in order for a business to be a success for years to come. We drove far to support this owner who is doing something positive and trying to better himself and the community..but the "first responder" or cashier needs to be replaced... So, besides the lack of customer service...our order was wrong. We ordered crab, shrimp, and lobster etc...but only received 50 shrimp, rubbery lobster, and NO CRAB. No one notified us that our order wouldn't have crab, but instead we found this out once we got home. The food was subpar and I wouldn't return. Unfortunately, this was my first and absolute last experience with 3 Stakxs.
