Christmas Eve :) lunch with the family and glad we're able to come out to 22nd - what a treat! This must have been our lucky day being that some of the reviews were borderline not so great.I've driven past this place a few times and have been wanting to come here.Pleasantly surprised at the views and spacious dining room. Started with an espresso martini - a good amount of vodka but not enough to tip you over. Starter - calamari had that soft crisp and was not chewy; spinach artichoke dip was warm and cheesy delicious, chips were made fresh ( a little oily). The. Breadsticks were super soft and warm what a surprise. Yumm! Ordered the scallops pesto penne and the scallops were perfect and not heavy on the sauce seasoned well.Dessert was mud pie. A favorite of mine. Almonds are usually mixed in but this was all on top which was different and really good. Lemon cheesecake was not super sweet which is a plus and the brownie sundae was really good too.Good service on Christmas Eve. Parking is a private lot. Elevator available to the 2nd floor dining room.Definitely coming back to enjoy other items on the menu and more of the gorgeous view!

I came here with a couple of friends on Saturday evening for dinner. We had a reservation and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Since I came here at night, I can't tell you much about the appearance of the building outside. Inside, you take an elevator or stairs to get to the restaurant. Once you get to the top, you're right by the host area. The restaurant is very large with a large bar and dining area. The decor is somewhat nautical-themed. The crowd was on the older side that night , which is perfectly fine. Our server, Tiziana, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and checked in with us often. The food was alright, nothing really stood out but nothing was bad. I ordered swordfish with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. I also had the option of soup or salad and I got clam chowder. We also ordered calamari as a starter. The calamari was tasty and came with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. I thought it was a little odd that the calamari came on a bed of dried rice noodles (the kind that comes on Chinese chicken salad). The clam chowder was very rich and thick but not in the way I was hoping. The swordfish was alright. The garlic mashed potatoes were the tastiest thing on my plate. Very garlicky and well seasoned. Overall, a good place for a family meal.

Parking is a little small but across the street is a bigger location that you can park , parking shouldn't be a problem. Service is very great once you walk in and go upstairs you shouldn't have a problem with being seated if we go on a peak time we will grab a drink at the bar while we wait for a table my favorite place on a nice sunny Sunday is the patio area the sun hits perfectly The food is absolutely amazing from the oysters to the mussels to the lobster bisque it's amazing this will be my Sunday go to place forever

Pro's: Wow! Fresh delicious seafood just like you want with excellent indoor and outdoor ambience.Con's: ZeroGo back? Yes!More...We were in San Pedro to embark on a cruise the next day. This restaurant was walking distance from our hotel. I had MY FAVORITE seafood lunch of clam chowder and an albacore tuna melt with fries. It was just fantastic! Could not have asked for better. Sitting outside on the marina was an extra bonus for the month of December. I love this place...highly recommend.

Really it's a 3.5, but I rounded up. The views are amazing! The restaurant is pretty and a good size. The waitress was super friendly and checked in on us often. So far so good right? Well this restaurant would be perfect if it wasn't for the food. The food was a 3. At best. We started with the herb tuna cold appetizer and it was actually pretty good, but the wasabi was not good and the ginger was off. Still, the rest of it was yummy. Then the entrees. I had the shrimp scampi and my friend had the stuffed salmon. We split the mains in half so we could both try each dish. Between both of us, we neither was a winner. The stuffed salmon was supposed to have brie cheese, lobster and I think shrimp but it had maybe shrimp. It was bland and the table didn't have any salt or pepper so we couldn't even make it better. The rice it comes with also very bland that we both were reminded of minute rice. The steamed veggies that came with it were no doubt from a bag. Zero seasoning on them. We had just got done hiking so we were hungry and still ate everything, except those vegetables cause ugh. I saw a lot of older people eating in the dining room and it made sense why the lack of salt. For how expensive the food is, I was disappointed in the taste. Look wise, so nice, staff super friendly, bathroom very clean. It checks off all of the boxes for a great restaurant, except the excellent food part.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and it was a lovely day to have lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was quite busy, and the atmosphere inside was lively and vibrant. We kindly requested a table on the balcony patio so that we could enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful scenery. The service staff were friendly and attentive.However, I must admit that the food was slightly disappointing. It was a bit too salty for our taste, and the chowder in particular was barely touched due to its excessive saltiness. The cioppino also seemed to have a different base than the usual wine base, and it tasted more like a bouillabaisse.Despite the food not being entirely to our liking, I would still recommend this restaurant for its stunning view. The food is decent, but the view is truly the main attraction.

View and service, amazing! Food... not so great. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, from walking in, to walking to the table, to the entire meal service. We ordered fish and chips and a pasta with shrimp and fettuccine. More on the tasteless side, but the breadsticks are delicious. Again, I would go back for the ambiance and views rather than the food.

Ambiance is AMAZING! Service is great. Food.... Meh! I don't think I've ever had really good food here. I have had a wonderful time with my friends and family, but the food is expensive and really not good. I do recommend sitting on the balcony over the marina and having a cocktail or some wine!
