I recently ordered delivery from #1 Pho & Brew, and I was really impressed! I got the chicken and brisket pho, along with spring rolls, and everything was great. The food was well-packaged and stayed fresh.The pho had a rich, flavorful broth, and the meats were super tender. The spring rolls were crispy and packed with flavor. I was especially impressed with how fresh the cilantro, onion, and sprouts were!Overall, it was a really good experience, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

Stopped by based on previous reviews because it was gloomy pho weather. We ordered the special and chicken pho and an order of their special fried rice. Their soup is absolutely flavorful and portion of protein were generous! The fried rice was made to order and had finely cut veggies and chunks of chicken and whole shrimp. It was delicious. This appears to be family owned and their service is exceptional. Had our drinks soon after we sat and our order was taken shortly after. Their dining area is a bit limited but it is an open floor plan and does not feel crowded. Would recommend to those seeking a change from the dry fast foods in the area (and Disney) and want a good quality meal that is nourishing. Their prices are very reasonable.

First off. Service and ambiance were perfectly fine. They made you feel welcome. All good there. It was the food that was okay and that's why I'm in the middle. The rib bone was tasty but too fatty for me and usually I don't mind that. I will take it tho because it does help restore the body towards winter time. It just was overwhelming because the broth was a bit too oily. I couldn't finish it and I do feel sluggish today. Maybe I could have finished it with a different meat but still. I guess I shouldn't have to.. if by chance reduction there then all is well. I wouldn't have minded at all the rib bone fat ratio at all! Keep that broth lean & yum.

Came here after a Disney trip for brunch and absolutely loved it! The pho broth was some of the best I've ever tried, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee were delicious and not too sweet at all which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Chloe, was so sweet and welcoming and made the experience perfect for us. This restaurant is definitely a great and cozy place to have some comforting soup.
