Always love making a stop at Loli Waffle whenever I'm at the mall! The shop shares the same space as Chamei Matcha :)Are you ready to LOVE EVERY BITE⁉ Because Loli Waffle is the first and only shop in Bellevue that serves croffles (croissant waffle). Not just that, these croffles also come on a cone - SO FUN RIGHT !!!FLAVORS: They rotate their flavors, so make sure to check out their Insta page (@loliwaffle_official) for the latest flavors. I love how they have such unique flavors like ube & taro (my favs). Their matcha flavor is also one of my favs. Their December flavors - cookies & cream and salty caramel macchiato are also so yummy!TEXTURE/INGREDIENTS: These croffles are so crunchy & chewy and the creams are so light & fluffy just like Indulge yourself *guilt-free * w/ these treats as all their ingredients are natural and handmade freshly in store! Also, the sweetness level is just right!The staff are friendly and ready to help you pick some delightful desserts & drinks to try!It's a spacious shop and great place to make a quick stop or chill & chat with others :)

Croffles on a stick! Croissant waffles have gotten pretty trendy in recent years and this is a lollipop version. Honestly the stick doesn't add much, it's definitely unique and helps this variation stand out but the overall croffle is no different. Loli Waffle is located in Chamei Matcha in Bellevue Square Mall and serves up large croffles or a trio set of mini croffles. I'd say the trio is the best value here, for two more dollars you get two more flavors to try and also share, making you the favorite child or friend. Their convenient location also means easy parking and plenty of options for dinner, drinks, and shopping.The croffle itself is standard with a caramelized sugar coating on top of a buttery croissant base, pressed into a crunchy texture. Their eight flavors are original, strawberries and cream, matcha, caramel apple cinnamon, black sesame, cookies and cream, dark chocolate truffle, and ube.

They bake the croffles fresh in front of you! I really like croffles so these were chewy but also flaky. My favorite was the matcha, then the dark chocolate truffle, and then the ube. I think the ube flavor just wasn't super prominent. The cream overall was quite light and fluffy.

Food: Loli waffle is a croissant roll squished into a waffle topped with a flavored light cream of your choice. Good product. mixed feelings about the pricing. Soft serve ice cream with taiyaki (fish wafffles), various cream fillings and toppings available and drink options. Service- order on tablet. Someone to help you with questions. Strawberry & Cream: The croffle was a little crunchy, but moist. The cream on top was not too thick. The tart strawberry slices were well complemented by the sweet sauce.The wait for a croffle is a little more than 10 minutes, as the croffle is made fresh. The price is a bit high at ~$10, but I did leave feeling full.

Croffle was perfect. Hot crunchy, cream was sweet and cool, fruit was fresh. Service was very friendly and nice. Hard to find the place. No sign that says waffle. No pictures. Inside was kind of cold and generic feeling. Needs cute decor inside.

Food: I ordered the three combo available, flavors sesame seeds, matcha, and ube. The sesame was my number one in flavor, 2nd was the matcha, and third was the ube. The waffle was soft and buttery, and the cream was a nice touch of sweetness. Service: The service was so, so. I think there was a new employee at the register. I asked a question, and he mentioned needing to ask the manager/owner. Once I received my order, I asked for water because I was extremely thirsty, which I would have paid for if they had that option available. Either the manager or the owner said they only have tap water available. They also sell teas, I wonder if they also use tap water for that? .. In my opinion they shouldn't, it would give it a tap water after taste to their teas.
