7-17-20 (Friday) ngayong summer wag kayo bibili ng taro yam tasty bread ng 48!hrs nalang before expiration kc Baka Masira Lang tyan nyo At magka problema pa kayo Pag nasa work kayo. It's good napansin ko nung isubo na ng husband ko yung taro yam bread nya nakita ko sa pinagkuhanan nyang plastic May molds na. Last Tuesday night Lang namin binili. Buti gumising nya ako para mag breakfast. Waste of time going to the store & waste of money.

Bought suman from Seafood City in Mira Mesa and it was delicious! Looked at the label and saw that it was from Lola Happy Bakery. Looked them up and found them on Yelp! Seriously THE BEST suman (even better than the one my own Lola made during Christmas!) Very moist and soft even after a couple of days. The sauce that came with it was also delicious. Highly highly recommend!

Loved them for their chicken skin. But sadly bought some bread and discovered it had mold underneath the bread when I got home. The expiration on the packaging stated June 1st and I bought it May 28th. Called them about it to make sure no one else gets sick and they asked over the phone "Are you sure it's mold?" Thankfully when I went back to show them they did take all similar products off shelf. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. They apologized but they didn't look too sincere or apologetic. Selfishly I wanted them to grovel which is bad on my part, but seriously they could have potentially got someone really sick. Please be careful my fellow foodies.

The first time I stepped in to the store was years ago. I remember how disgusting it looked and wondered how they could sell food from this filthy place. I have never gone back in since then. But I do see their products being sold in many Asian stores where I have purchased ube suman, which is quite delicious. Their crispy dilis is also good and I have bought dilis countless times before but the package I bought today was absolutely horrible. I bought this Lola Happy Bakery crispy dilis package from Seafood City. When I got home, I eagerly opened it and got ready to bite into crunchy goodness but what I got was a squishy, nasty bite. It was not crispy at all. I thought that one was a fluke so I grabbed another one. Still squishy. And I tried another one, even jumbled up the package to get the bottom ones, hoping that those were at least crispy. Nope, they were all nasty. I don't know what they did with this batch. They must have left them out too long before packaging them up or something. I wanted to go back to the store for a refund but had already thrown out my receipt and I'm pretty sure food sales were final at Seafood City and it would be pointless to argue with the staff if I had no proof of purchase. I threw the entire package in the trash. What a waste of $7.

Love the roasted pork here and it's a must to have it on every party we host. The only downfall is they don't deliver.

Price wise - excellent and the lechon was cooked perfect - nicely roasted whole pig, crispy skin (best part) and very tasty.Everyone at the party had a HAPPY tummy from Happy Bakery lechon!!!I recommend this place.

Bought packaged dilis on 1/1/2021 with expiration date of 1/29/2021. Wat Da pak, the dilis is not crunchy anymore. Nakakahiya kayo, nagbebenta ng luma na. You deserve Zero Stars. Mga buwisit!

The people who own this business are not honest in what they say. I was looking where to buy lechon for my party on June11. On June 9 I happened to be driving around National City and searching thru google what store offers lechon. I end up in this Lola Happy Bakery so I asked the person in charged that day (the owner (male) was there too) if they have Cebu lechon and they said no that they only have the regular lechon that is flavored with salt. Since they said that at least it is salted I ordered a large lechon for $320 and a medium tray of pansit as well. I picked it up at 3 pm on 6/11/2022. During the party I noticed that they are not touching the lechon after having a piece, after the party most of the lechon was untouched. I was so curious why, when I tasted the lechon it tasted blunt no flavor at all no salt taste at all. Tuesday I called the store (I was so busy and tired reason for not calling them soon but I saved a piece in case they won't believe my story true enough a certain Doctor claiming she is the owner is not even sympathetic that their lechon is missing a taste. She wanted to talked me out of a lot of excuses but I don't have time for that lame excuses. I will let Karma take its course. I just want to share my story for your preference in case you are wanting to order some lechon in the future.
