Absolutely love Loco Style Grindz! Nestled in the vibrant Churchill in downtown Phoenix, it offers a fantastic ambiance that makes dining here a delightful experience. Ordering at the window is simple and hassle-free, but the real highlight is the food, which is absolutely worth it.This is some of the best food I've ever had, especially when it comes to Hawaiian cuisine. I recommend going early, as they tend to run out of food quickly. The steak is a must-try, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it today because they were out. Each dish is crafted with care, and the sauces are so delicious that you'll want to try both. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is friendly and efficient. Just make sure to arrive early to enjoy the full menu. Loco Style Grindz is a culinary gem in Phoenix that you won't want to miss!

The Churchill s location is excellent. Off Roosevelt. Finding parking can be a bit challenging so bring your extra patience for this task. Excellent place to eat with a group of friends since The Churchill has various food places. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Even though is august in Phoenix the mists kept it pretty cool. Will return to try the other food places. I love supporting our local peeps. Bathrooms are available and they are kept clean. Baby changing stations are also available. Water stations are also available.

We have tried to come and eat at this restaurant multiple times. The first time we took the light rail from Tempe into Phoenix during the sweltering heat only to be met with annoyed employees saying they were closed. It was the middle of the week around Midday. Churchill itself was bustling and lively. We assumed that day that they were closed due to extenuating circumstances or SOMETHING because they gave no reason when we asked why they were closed, when their hours said they were supposed to be open. The second time attempting to visit was Father's Day (Sunday). We stopped by well before closing and yet again... CLOSED. After these two happenings we will definitely not be supporting this business. It is unrealistic to have inconsistent hours and not say anything about it through their social media presence. Which just so happens to be how we found out about them in the first place. If you ever find yourself visiting Churchill try out Stoop Kid instead! Their food was delicious and very satisfying after the disappointment of an experience with Loco Style Grindz.

This is Phoenix's best kept secret. I love Ono's Hawaiian BBQ but this place takes it to the next level. The quality of meat and the charcoal or mesquite (not sure) they use is where the flavor is at. Cooked perfectly; the side macaroni salad and white rice with sweet teriyaki sauce is delicious as well. This food is priced accordingly based on the quality of meat. It's worth it. Been following them since they were in Mesa (long time). I'm so glad they finally got a permanent spot at the Churchill. Great vibes here. Love getting a cocktail while waiting for our order. Please stop by and say hello to Mox. She will be happy to take your order. (If she's not in Hawaii).

It's hard to find good Hawaiian food on the mainland (especially Arizona) but this place does it really well! So happy it's got a permanent home in the Churchill because it's a great area to just chill, have a beer and have some bomb food.We got the garlic chicken and the korean style galbi which was so delicious. The chicken was super crispy and tossed in sauce with lots of additional chopped garlic. I'm definitely a garlic girl, so I really enjoyed the different garlic flavors. It can be overwhelming for those that aren't the biggest garlic fans but it was perfect for me. The galbi, however, kind of fell short. It was pretty charred and had a strong burnt flavor. The marinade was good, but it was hard to detect because of the burnt taste. The POG juice was yummy as always, the passion fruit, orange, and guava juice combination just can't be beat!

I've been meaning to try this place ever since they joined the Churchill and it did not disappoint. Counter service. The chicken was flavorful and not dry. The mac salad was light and tasty. A good version of Hawaiian food.

Never a bad visit to Churchill & St Patrick's Day was vibing! The food was so good and fresh! You can watch them match it from the waiting area! Our service was super nice and the wait time was well worth it (maybe 15 mins for 2 combo plates). The line packs up so you know it's good! The music was numbing and it was pretty cool watching their team work together ! I also purchased the POG afterward and that juice is THE B O M B D O T C O M ! You heard from Ari: Try This Place! Cheers!

If I could give them more stars I would. I like to take a peek and see if they're open when I'm downtown. Nice folks here I've been familiar with LSG since their ranch market days. I noticed they changed up their Mac salad a bit but it's still great. Always known them to be incredible and busy. They sell out frequently so have a contingency plan if they're not open. It's not their fault they're popular If they have no fans I'm dead.

I'm addicted to Loco Style Grindz and so glad they finally found a spot at the Churchill! Their teriyaki steak and chicken are excellent. The meat is juicy, flavorful, and perfectly charred. If you need more action, ask for "action on top", which is their homemade creamy (and very slightly spicy) sauce. The wait for food can be long during peak times so please be patient. I really wanted to try their other things like loco moco and garlic chicken but their teri steak and chicken are just so good I never got to try anything else...

RELAX ON THE PRICES THIS ISNT HAWAII. 2 plates with one entree each + a Pog drink that's not even Pog from Hawaii. I'm born and raised on the island of Maui and I just moved to this state March 2024 and of course I am trying to find a restaurant that tastes like home. This place not even close, I really don't know what the hype is about this place because I ordered the chicken Katsu and I mostly got bread. My husband got the kalbi but it's nothing exciting.People that open up a food service business and try to make the menu Hawaiian kine and make the plates Hawaii prices are idiots. The reason why the prices are the way they are in Hawaii is because the people there have to pay for OCEAN PRICES just to get equipment and foods to the islands for their food service businesses. SO CALM DOWN ON YOUR PRICES THIS ISNT HAWAII. I wouldn't refer anyone to this place. You folks should really cut your prices in half because that's honestly how much your plates are worth or just get shut down. Also, fix up your schedule it's not consistent and you're closed on Sundays, not even open.
